I dealt with repeated prescription mistakes, constant runarounds, poor communication, and zero accountability from the office. I repeatedly explained what medication and prescription format I needed, yet they continued sending incorrect prescriptions, causing unnecessary delays and stress. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was met with attitude and lack of urgency every step of the way. Patients deserve respect, professionalism, and competent care -- none of which I experienced here. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Steve took a look at me and performed a dry needling technique and cupping that was a great success. He also gave me tips on how to sit at work and change around my work station. I literally do not have to tell her where I'm hurting cause I just KNOW she gets all the right spots every single time. She's quick and she's AMAZING. I get a lot of pain from carrying and flipping around with my toddler but she's the cure to all my aches. Every other chiropractors I've encounter with I've had to tell them where I'm hurting and even then, they still don't get it right. I was not disappointed. Dr. Clisby assessed my problem and approached it conservatively and gently. Today, I function very well. I'm not cured, of course, since the arthritis in my spine is permanent, but I am functioning as well as possible given that fact.
