I dealt with repeated prescription mistakes, constant runarounds, poor communication, and zero accountability from the office. I repeatedly explained what medication and prescription format I needed, yet they continued sending incorrect prescriptions, causing unnecessary delays and stress. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was met with attitude and lack of urgency every step of the way. Patients deserve respect, professionalism, and competent care -- none of which I experienced here. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Steve took a look at me and performed a dry needling technique and cupping that was a great success. He also gave me tips on how to sit at work and change around my work station. I literally do not have to tell her where I'm hurting cause I just KNOW she gets all the right spots every single time. She's quick and she's AMAZING. I get a lot of pain from carrying and flipping around with my toddler but she's the cure to all my aches. Every other chiropractors I've encounter with I've had to tell them where I'm hurting and even then, they still don't get it right. I was not disappointed. Dr. Clisby assessed my problem and approached it conservatively and gently. Today, I function very well. I'm not cured, of course, since the arthritis in my spine is permanent, but I am functioning as well as possible given that fact. She would come to work and tell me about chiropractic so she could practice explaining the techniques to where patients would understand what she was talking about. I also volunteered while she was going to college to get her experience in before she graduated. I had never gone to a chiropractor before and I never felt threatened or scared because of the knowledge she expressed when we would be at work. This past February I had a horrible fall from about 8 ft off the ground and it messed up my hips real bad. I tried going to the chiropractors here where I live and one guy would do the same technique for everybody that he saw and the other chiropractor she was better but she was too little and too weak to get what I needed done, done! I reached out to Natalie because I knew that she would be able to get me back into a healthy state of physical being. Now it's May and I have been seeing her for a couple of months and she has gotten my hips to go back to the way they are supposed to be. She also has the ability to adjust arms and legs in which she got my right shoulder back in place as well as my right knee.
