Appointment: I was set up with an appointment 2 days later which was this past Tuesday. It was preliminary, paperwork filled out, questions and answers about pain level with an examination. After all of this was said and done, I was set up to come in the next day to start treatment. The Next Day: I didn't know that I was going to get a massage and after that the ultrasound thing on my back as well as those things they put on you which massages your back and neck that they stick on you. I forgot the name of it, it's like a tens unit or something of that nature. The Massage: Lawd hav mewcy!! I have never felt so good in my life! They are very talented especially as it comes down to working all of the stiffness out of your neck and back. She reached some pressure points in my shoulders and neck that I didn't even know was hurting. I felt some popping and some pain with her getting all of this stiffness out of me. She had me so loose and comfortable and I just let her do what she wanted to do with my head and neck. I didn't resist on any portion of the massage at all. The great thing is, I'll be getting a lot of those. Back Ultrasound: Now this portion right here, oh my oh my. Man I was kicking a lot especially as it came to that gel that had to be applied on that tool and rubbed on my lower back. As I am a hot natured person, that gel felt like sub zero degree temperature once it hit my back. I had to grab that table so hard and my feet started kicking trying to endure that freezing gel. I told her that wasn't 2 seconds, more like 15 seconds. She initially told me I would feel it for only about 2 seconds. After a while it started getting warm but the initial contact was lawd hav mewcy on wheels. I know I'll be doing a good bit of that also. The Tens: After I did the ultrasound my back was wiped off from all of the gel and she started sticking the things on my back and shoulders. They were also cold but nowhere near to that gel. It was only a 2 second feel for each and that was simple. Then I had to be iced up. Ruh Roh!! I sounded like Scooby Doo when she told me that. The good part about that was the fact that she had to put my shirt down and wrapped the ice packs or whatever she used in a towel before applying it to my back so that wasn't bad at all. I did 13 minutes of that. Overall: I really had a great experience except for the sub zero degree gel that I wasn't a fan of. I'll be there for a while. If anyone is looking for a great massage or just need treatment, this is a great place to come to. They are extremely talented and know their job, especially the massages. Stop on by.

The program really works. I have fibromyalgia and, my daughter and I were both treated for our ankles n hip issues. I started in February and could barely walk and now in April I'm back to hiking and playing with my kids! Im my usual aches n pains are minimal. Gabrielle, the massage therapist is Awesome! She's very considerate and kind and really good at her job! All the therapist are good but she's my favorite! Victoria is good about not double booking so it's a rarity to have a wait when you arrive. Don't bother doing the paperwork online, go pick the packet up ahead of time, if u can because there's a lot of paperwork on your first visit. Dr. Pendergast, dr P for short, is respectful and knowledgeable. He explains what is needed and why it's needed very clearly. Dr. Human is also a good Dr., and has very kind and gentle nurse. And I plan on making this my go to office. Hope I don't have to go often, but glad to have them when need them.

I was discharged from this location on yesterday and found out by a text message. I then went on…read morethe portal and saw the reason for the discharge REASON: I said I was too busy! this discharge also states I requested to be discarged which is LIES. I have never told the lady at the front desk I was too busy never, everytime I leave the office I tell her I will call in to make my next appoitnment. Everytime I do call the front desk Eva, the lady that sits there never have any avaialable slots so clearly there was a conflict. So I called in this morning to ask why was that reason was put for my discharge and that it needs to be fixed because KEISHA who states she is the Director said that's what EVA told her so I am asking when and what time did I tell Eva that? Keisha still saying that's what she was told trying to undermine the reason and blow me off. Very unprofessional, how is she a Director? She was Very rude and hung up in my face. Before she hung up on me I ask for a Supervisor and she would not give me any information also stated she needs to find out what she can change on the discharge paprer. I am like you put the truth, you discharged me and put your policy reason don't lie on me and say I said I was too busy. I never said that. I would never use this location again and I will definately let the VA know this experience since they referred me there. Not to mention I had seen about 4 or 5 different people since I started in March 2025. Two of them left that location then I saw a guy that was filling in, then two other people afterwards. Honestly, I am very dissapointed and for the lady at the front desk to lie and said I said I was too busy and then Keisha to be so rude and disrespectful is unacceptable, even if I did talk over you at the end of the conversation Keisha, I was NOT rude and as a Director you should have empathy better listening skills and better customer sevice skills instead of trying to disregard what I was trying to explain.
