I highly recommend Kid's Creek Therapy for occupational therapy. The therapists, customer service, and overall environment have all been great. One thing to note--scheduling can be limited, so it may take some time to get started. That said, it's a reflection of how in-demand they are, and it didn't take away from our experience. Well, the lady who works at this place has proceeded to either bang on the ceiling or walk upstairs with this entitled attitude like it is not a shared office. There is no insulation in the ceiling, so of COURSE it is loud. Further, the children these therapists are working with already have a hard time processing and dealing with explosions of emotion, and these types of people make it all that much harder. There are no questions, no politeness, nothing. Just entitlement as if she owns the building. SUPER frustrating and I'm hopeful that she understands what she's doing to these kids with her behavior and attitude.
