I was discharged from this location on yesterday and found out by a text message. I then went on…read morethe portal and saw the reason for the discharge REASON: I said I was too busy! this discharge also states I requested to be discarged which is LIES. I have never told the lady at the front desk I was too busy never, everytime I leave the office I tell her I will call in to make my next appoitnment. Everytime I do call the front desk Eva, the lady that sits there never have any avaialable slots so clearly there was a conflict. So I called in this morning to ask why was that reason was put for my discharge and that it needs to be fixed because KEISHA who states she is the Director said that's what EVA told her so I am asking when and what time did I tell Eva that? Keisha still saying that's what she was told trying to undermine the reason and blow me off. Very unprofessional, how is she a Director? She was Very rude and hung up in my face. Before she hung up on me I ask for a Supervisor and she would not give me any information also stated she needs to find out what she can change on the discharge paprer. I am like you put the truth, you discharged me and put your policy reason don't lie on me and say I said I was too busy. I never said that. I would never use this location again and I will definately let the VA know this experience since they referred me there. Not to mention I had seen about 4 or 5 different people since I started in March 2025. Two of them left that location then I saw a guy that was filling in, then two other people afterwards. Honestly, I am very dissapointed and for the lady at the front desk to lie and said I said I was too busy and then Keisha to be so rude and disrespectful is unacceptable, even if I did talk over you at the end of the conversation Keisha, I was NOT rude and as a Director you should have empathy better listening skills and better customer sevice skills instead of trying to disregard what I was trying to explain. Hanging up on paying customes is a red flag and needs to be investigated.

We received a 2 bandaids and no injury report was made. I emailed them on Nov 11th to inquire about their safety procedures and I got no response. We went to the emergency room and found out that his middle finger was shattered and it was an open fracture. Still no one reached out or asked if he was doing okay. On Nov 25,23 we went to the office as usual and we ended up being terminated from the therapists office. That was a blessing in itself, these people are completely unprofessional and judging from the reviews I don't know how they are still in business.

Been loving our experience so far here at Building Bridges Cumming! The entire staff has been…read morenothing short of lovely and inviting, and the new patient onboarding process was a breeze. Have to give a special shoutout to Alyssa because she always shows up with the best energy and enthusiasm for the day, and is also extremely encouraging for both my child and my husband and I. I love that she takes the time out of every visit to break things down for us in simple, easy to understand terms and shows us exactly what we should be working on at home as well. Even with all of the different patients and toys (which means exposure to a lot of germs), I always feel like the space and toys are kept super clean and I love that they make time between each patient's visit to wipe down and clean all surfaces and toys that were touched. The front staff are kind, helpful and fully explain benefits when I have a question. Our therapist, Courtney, is wonderful!!!! We were able to get our 1st choice for appointment time. We were also able to easily change our schedule when my son started school. My only hang up is I wish the end of session discussions were done in private. I hear others children's progression and they hear ours. I would prefer privacy.

Instead of taking accountability of a lack of training. Please notate who you speak with for any concerns. I will list here why you should pick somewhere else to go. 1. If your child has SN and needs OT and has sensory issues pls find a place that has therapists that are certified in sensory integration. For 2 years i requested help with this and all they could do is give me sheets of paper from the internet eventhough they kept saying they knew how to work with OT of which they didnt. I took my kid to another OT specialty office that was certified and they questioned the quality of therapy my child was getting due to this. 2. Their secretary when she first started called babies cant wait to get my speech cancelled after we had a friendly convo about aba and she told me she was vehemently against it..when i called babies cant wait the coordinator confirmed a helping hands rep called them to advise this and apologized thaf she had no reason to go out of her way to do that. My speech thankfully was never cancelled. My baby was newly diagnosed and i had no idea at that time aba was such a heated issue. 3. Lack of transparency. The owner calls and yells at me not recognizing her staff fave the wrong info or made a wrong decision about a question my husband asked Instead of calling to ask.i was berated after two years of goijg to this place told i wasnt an involved parent. If you just need an in and out place go here. But if you want a therapist that really understands sensory issues and is able to work on that instead of just felling you to get a vest and or trampoline go to a place where therapists are certified in sensory integration. I wasted 2 years going here thinking they need what they were doing. If you need to find out who is go on the website online to confirm any therapist has certification. Again always get a name and be transparent. Cos their staff isnt even aware of their own policies and will blame you. And the owner is not aware or accountable to her staff not knowing policy and will blame you for it.

One time she got sick unexpectedly and we found out when we showed up and it was a no go. He looked forward to Ms. Tracy as part of his weekly routine. Unfortunately we changed insurance and I dropped the ball not thinking of his speech therapy but all the other doctors‍ he's not there at the moment so I work with him at home. We tried other therapists in the past but they don't make him work like Ms Tracy so it's a waste of time bc his visits were only 30 min. She's excellent at what she does.

Progress reports, evals, and plans of care are all done on time and are very, very thorough and accurate. I've been able to email or text occasional questions between sessions and have gotten responses within the day. The office staff is highly responsive and very knowledgeable about insurance, etc. Because of their services, my gs has moved from the 10th percentile to the 42nd percentile in speech in just a year, only has 1 gross motor skill that we are still working with, and is in the normal range for mobility, range of motion, etc. Without their help, we would be struggling with a lot of different issues.

I called several places and inquired about their services and scheduling. I selected Holistic Occupational Therapy not just because they were near but because they asked for my number to have a therapist call me to answer my questions. They wanted to make sure that they could provide the services I needed and explained the services I inquired about. When I went in for the appointment the therapist did a thorough exam, asked questions, recorded my expectations, and explained the plan of care and the time and expectations. She then sent the information to my doctor for agreement and approval. BTW, my surgeon was very impressed. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. I have had various physical therapies before but I was most impressed by the online program that she provided. As I did my exercises at home I was able to let her know my pain level and the number of repetitions with each exercise. Therefore, in my next session, she would be able to measure my success from home and at the clinic. It made me feel more in control of my success! From the beginning, it became evident that the clinic did not consistently uphold the ethical standards required in behavioral health settings, particularly those outlined by HIPAA. There were repeated breaches of client confidentiality, including the mishandling of sensitive information and insufficient safeguards to protect client records. In addition, the clinic engaged in highly questionable billing practices, including providing services to children who were not covered by insurance and failing to obtain the necessary authorizations. This not only violates ethical standards but could constitute insurance fraud. As an employee, I experienced wage withholding without explanation, including delays in paychecks and incomplete payments. When I attempted to address these issues professionally and requested my owed wages, I was met with hostility and ultimately wrongfully terminated. This retaliatory action followed my attempts to advocate not only for myself, but for the ethical integrity of the clinic. There were also instances of dual relationships and other boundary violations that are explicitly discouraged in mental health practice due to their potential to harm clients and staff alike. These situations created an unhealthy work environment and compromised the quality of care provided. Overall, I cannot recommend this clinic as an ethical or lawful place of employment. I have since taken steps to report these issues to the appropriate regulatory bodies and encourage others who have had similar experiences to do the same. Protecting clients and maintaining professional integrity in therapeutic environments must remain a top priority -- unfortunately, that was not the case at Rightstart.

I love that he doesn't get stuck with just 1 person bc that's been a challenge for him: learning to adapt and roll with the punches. We are trying to help him grow and be more independent so having a TEAM of trusted people for us rather than just 1 person is exactly what we needed to break his co-dependency habit. If one person is out - it doesn't break his heart bc he has so many loving therapists who he looks forward to seeing! Since attending Right Start's ABA, SPEECH, & OT program full time he has FLOURISHED. They take such great care of him and they met him right where he was at by first building that trust and rapport, and now he has taken off!! Not only is he verbal now, but he can count, identify colors, identify people, & use ASL to ask for what he needs. ALONSO COULDNT EVEN SAY "'MAMA" BEFORE WE STARTED They are miracle workers. He is in their care from 9am to 5pm & is so happy at drop off/pick up! Chanel is the head BCBA and she goes above and beyond!!! Carolyn & Shavere are his main ABA therapists and they take their time with Alonso and they pay attention to his every need. Natarra is his occupational therapist and she is the BEST one there - we LOVE her!!!! He's had a few Speech therapists but sees Ms Margaret & Vanessa often and Alonso enjoys his session with them.

Currently, she's receiving speech and occupational therapy from Kidz Speak. Her speech therapist is "Ms. Trish" Sumner and her OT is "Ms. Lindsey" Giles; both therapists are licensed professionals, with the academics and experience needed to help your child. Catherine loves them and is always excited to go to her appointments; she thinks she's playing. I've sat in on speech and OT sessions, and it amazes me how the therapists work to help Catherine improve on her language skills as well as her fine motor skills. Even if your child is receiving services through the school system, it is not enough. I HIGHLY recommend Kidz Speak. The one-on-one attention your child will receive is critical to helping them reach their fullest potential. I wish your and your child the best.
