Unfortunately she is out of network with our insurance so we were having to use our out of network benefit. Beginning of this year, we lost our out of network benefit so we looked for an in network provider and had 2 sessions with the new provider. We knew after 2 sessions that we would not get the same quality of therapy that we were getting with Amy. My daughter also said she liked Amy better so we contacted Amy and resumed therapy with her.

She asked pertinent questions and gave easy to understand advice about breastfeeding, preventing diaper rash and caring for a stubborn umbilical cord that refuses to fall off. I was delighted that my grandchildren have such an amazing doctor right around the corner. I would highly recommend this physician to new mothers.

Physical Therapy was attentive and the centerpiece of facility. I would especially like to commend Antonio and Danielle for making hard effort pleasant. Typically understaffed in nursing, especially at night and weekends. But the staff that was there was almost universally excellent. I would especially commend Nurse Cassie for service above and beyond. They have social activities that appear to bolster morale and socialization. Although I did not participate in them for my own reasons. They had daily activities and they posted calendars in the rooms listing them. The meals? I do not eat. So I cannot really review them. Except to say they smelled delicious.

Jill Overcash in particular is the best physicians I have ever met in any specialty. She is consistently up to date on the latest studies which is less common than you would think. She and the other doctors are very warm and kind towards the children, very evidence-based, and very adaptable to your child and their particular needs. They don't go overboard throwing medicine at your kids, but when they do prescribe something it is very carefully considered and tailored for your child. They did a great job with our kids when they were babies and now that they are 7 and 4 they are adapting to them as they grow up and face different health issues. Our family has been sick a lot each winter and they have always been very helpful. I can't say enough about their practice. The only downside I can come up with is just be on time. They run a tight ship and if you are more than a few minutes late you'll get rescheduled. It's for the collective good but it's frustrating when it happens. We drive from Decatur to see them and it's well worth it!

You can tell this establishment does not over / double book their patients. In the two years we have been coming, I've never seen more then 2 other patients, besides myself, in the waiting room. We have seen Dr.Overcash for all of my daughters well checks. She is so attentive, has a calm voice, full of patience & a passionate bedside manner. My daughter use to scream & cry EVERY single visit, she was THAT child you could hear from 3 doors down. Now, she sits there quietly, listens well & has 0 tears. I appreciate the amount of time Dr.Overcash spends with her patients & their parents. She wants you to understand throughly & takes the time to explain any & everything you bring forward. For anyone who is upset with "long wait times"...understand that these doctors are dedicated to your child's care & make sure you have what you need before you walk out the door. Transparent about what is necessary for patients my age (under 30) and is practical with the advice that he provides. His team is absolutely incredible as well! Walking through the door you're greeted with a smile and pleasant greetings (Hi Amanda) and when having my blood drawn it was literally painless. I'm not one who is shy when getting blood drawn but I legitimately felt nothing from start to finish (Thanks Ashley!). Very professional team, extremely hospitable, and worth the drive.
