He starts you out in one of the small rooms so you can have the TENS treatment (electric nerve stimulation), heating pad and do a few exercises. Then you go into their gym/work-out room to use some of the exercise equipment. I like the fact that this is a small practice. They make you feel comfortable and will take good care of you here! IF (and I intend to use IF) you can make contact with an employee , the employee will then inform you as to whether the phone is in use OR the patient is available OR the portable phone is functional (Charging) or in use by another patient OR they can't locate the phone. Tried reaching the Administrator a number of times but seems to always be out of office. How difficult would it be to have a phone in each of the patients rooms and avoid making contact with staff there. This internal process is not functional and it also is not a sanitary process with the phone being handed by so many people during the course of just one single day. Totally unbelievable.

First during Covid when the family's were not allowed to visit. They left my grandmother with a decubitus wound...... the doctor said he never saw a wound that bad. Kemp passed a law that they can't be charged so they got away with it. I mean they can send me a cease and desist and we can them pull the records..... shall we continue? Let's...... I'm in Healthcare. I'm a RT during covid to ease their stress I sent 82 mini bundles cakes and 6 boxes of pizza. Had I known I would've prayed they choked on every bite. Enter 2024..... my uncle gets sent there for rehab. He's covered by his insurance. They told me I had to come in and fill out this form if not he would be discharged. I took off filled out the form. I get home the director called back and said I didn't have him admitted so he has to leave now. No I'll get him when I feel like it. Mind you he a covered for 30 days. Because I would not switch him to long term care they lied and said he had to go. Again take me to court if I'm lying. They wanted to keep him so they could collect his checks is my opinion. The kicker...... they had the audacity the unmitigated gull to call DFCS on me when I took him home after they kicked him out. DFCS actually laughed when they saw my home. Only send your family there if you hate them. This is the worse place ever. Again I dare them to tell me I'm lying. One things for sure and 2 things for certain. I keep a paper trail, pictures, emails time stamps. Oh..... I work in the hospital and I still haven't heard of any improvements

He is working on fine motor skills. His handwriting hasn't improved much. I chose to end my son's sessions when I received a call saying he was completely out of approved visits although I had recently asked if he needed to recertify. I don't understand why they would wait until there are no more approved visits to ask for information needed for the insurance company. I plan on moving soon so it's not even worth the effort to continue with OT here. This lack of professionalism was the straw that broke the camels back. I chose to drive out of my way just to have continuity in treatment when they relocated but in the end I feel like it wasn't worth it.

She is friendly and nice to speak to,but you want more than that in your therapist. Also, she has only one staff and is very laid dback in billing issues. My son used to be put off for weeks before she got more sessions approved for him. Also, you can't get services from the speech therapist (who is very good but works for her), unless you first get OT from her!

Progress reports, evals, and plans of care are all done on time and are very, very thorough and accurate. I've been able to email or text occasional questions between sessions and have gotten responses within the day. The office staff is highly responsive and very knowledgeable about insurance, etc. Because of their services, my gs has moved from the 10th percentile to the 42nd percentile in speech in just a year, only has 1 gross motor skill that we are still working with, and is in the normal range for mobility, range of motion, etc. Without their help, we would be struggling with a lot of different issues.
