The rate of breast cancer in black women is less than other races, yet black women die more from it that other races primarily because of doctors like Dr. Tina Ann Thompson Kerr who is guilty of ignoring the concerns and pains of patients.

I was in a bind and needed medication quickly. I walked in, got seen, and got a prescription, almost immediately. The lady in the front is so sweet. She may seem "hard" but she is a dear. A month or so had passed, and another emergency came up. I went back to this office and he gave me a referral for my sleep apnea. The people that he referred me to, needed a fax. The lady at the front sent it. The other office kept claiming that they never received it. It was a whole lot of back and forth. Anyhow, I called Dr. Wodecki office and told the lady at the front that I was just going to come and get the referral and fax it myself. She had everything ready when I got there. I gave her a hug and left. (By the way, I ended up faxing my referral and the apnea office "didn't receive it" either. SMH. But, that's for a different review.) I love this office, because they do listen. It's not like the other doctor office where you feel like you are being rushed or being hurried. Dr, Wodecki is compassionate and has humor. To me, that's important. They are a walk in office! I freaking love that!!!! Man, you can't beat that. He is not a pain management doctor, so he does not prescribe pain medication of any sort, but he can refer you.

She's been very proactive and making sure I take care of my health, even urging me to get tested for a difficult problem long before the recommended guidelines. Frankly I think she saved my life. The office hours are good- easy to get in when you need to see someone- and they work well with my BCBS plan. Most of the ladies are especially nice- even when the ole blood pressure cuff wants to turn my hands blue. Dr. Baron is a great guy too. Can't recommend they highly enough!

They did some juggling and got us in immediately. Since that time, Kathy (P.A.) and Dr. Baron have been outstanding. Not only were they very thorough, but are both great "people" persons, explaining everything we were curious about, and trust me, those three diagnoses presented a LOT to take in. Discovering this office has been one of the few extremely bright spots in our recent medical adventure. I'd recommend them to everyone, but I also want to keep them a secret, lol.

They are unwilling to change the bill coding so that your insurance will cover the bill, they don't tell you the patient what examination is being performed and the office is incompetent to perform the paperwork that the insurance company has informed the patient of needing to be performed. I went for an annual exam, however little did I know they coded it as a check-up and my insurance company does not cower those at the 100% rate. I called my insurance and they explained what they coded the bill ass and to discuss it with the medical office. I proceed to being told that it will be investigated by the coding office, the coding office never contacted me to verify my claims and said it was correct. Basically get scammed because a few employees cant tell the patient what the type of treatment is being performed and they be on the hook for the bill. I have never in my life had a worst experience with billing office by a medical provider.
