I have dealt with debilitating back problems since age 11, for almost the last 25 years. Herniated…read morediscs, degenerative disc disease, arachnoiditis, muscle weakness/loss, radiating nerve pain, surgeries, injections and countless different therapies. I always felt, intuitively, that this is the type of therapy I needed but I didn't know it actually existed, had a name and was practiced at an actual location. Well, it was meant to be. I needed something and fast and this place had the soonest appointment. I was assigned Victor G and it was honestly meant to be. He is very strong, intuitive, checks in and talks you through the entire process and what's going to happen. I appreciate that because I don't have to worry something will be sprung on me without warning. The therapy: you just need someone to push really hard where it hurts. That's exactly what I always wanted- someone to press on my spine or hip or whatever until the pain went away. Well, lo and behold, this is EXACTLY what they do. And it works. This is *not* traditional massage so don't go in expecting that. It's very targeted and done fully clothed. Depending on your needs, you could spend 2 hours just on 1 leg. This is the level of therapy they get to. I can't tell you enough how much you need to try this, especially if you're like me and feel like you've exhausted all options and are close to feeling hopeless and giving up. In 1 session pain I had for 6 months was gone. In 2 things were so loose and working the right way that I felt muscles I haven't felt in years. I absolutely see how people have said they've helped them avoid unnecessary surgery. I wish I had found this place 20 years ago but at least I found it now. Just try it.

I've been going to Airrosti for about 2 months now and have only good things to say…read more I injured my neck several months ago and was referred to Airrosti and didn't really know what it was; I was thinking more traditional PT that I'd been to before for other injuries but its that and much more. I've been treated by Danny for PT and Dr Renfro about 6-7 visits now. They are both friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable about what they do and human anatomy. Every session starts with Dr Renfro going through some questions and basic movements to see how things are progressing before he treats my neck and right shoulder (think deep tissue massage type work). After that, I meet with Danny for 15 minutes to discuss progress on my PT homework and also going through new movements for my next homework assignment. They've both been fantastic and I also like how they email you the list of exercises after every visit so you have it in email (there's also an app too). It makes it easy to open the email, watch the video demonstrations, and even has a checklist to keep you on task. Overall, nothing but good things to say and I'd recommend it.

He even listened respectfully when I told him I had stemcells and exosomes injected 8 weeks ago and they are really helping. STATS: Plenty of free parking On the north side of Huntington Dr. Friendly knowledgeable staff ESSENTIALS: Clothing that provides easy access to affected area EXPERIENCE: After months of pain and still holding the referral my primary doctor wrote up, I finally made an appointment to have this pain in the elbow examined, Dr. Z's nurse asked me a plethora of questions about my injury prior to Dr. Z's entry. Shortly after the Q & A with the nurse, Dr. Z walked in, greeted me with a smile, a handshake and pleasantries. After a few more questions some squeezing, bending and pushing, voila!!!!... lateral epicondylitis, aka tennis elbow. Wait!!!!....Wha?!?!? I don't even play tennis. After conducting some research, studies show that trauma such as direct blows to the epicondyle (femur), a sudden forceful pull, or forceful extension cause more than half of these injuries. It has also been known that incorrectly playing tennis may cause early stages of tennis elbow as shock is received when mishitting the ball. Yeah, couldn't say what exactly caused this injury....have ya read my activity reviews?!?!?! Anyway, he gave me two options, one, a brace for several weeks and possibly physical therapy, or two, a shot of, I cut him off as I was not interested in a shot of anything, except, perhaps a tasty beverage. I digress. Not wanting to leave just yet, as I like to get my co-pays worth in, I brought up another issue I've been having. 'Come on, let's look at the x-rays', he says. Badabing badaboom, another specialist misdiagnosed me. Dr. Z wrote down some options to help with the other aliment and I was on my way. Came in with an elbow issue, walked out with a wrist brace and knowledge and helpful tips my Podiatrist didn't tell me about my foot. Kudos Dr. Z!!! The next day I called my primary to request she change yet another referral to Dr. Z. After all, his specializes in sports medicine and if you've read any of my non-food, or perhaps in even food reviews, I'm not a couch potato.

He examined my knee thoroughly and listened to whatever I had to say. After that, Dr. Burris went through all treatment options with me after telling me that my knee problems were from severe arthritis; because I'm also concerned about costs, we discussed that as well. I chose the cortisone shots in my knee, and received one right away. No follow-up necessary until I need him again. It's rare that I can say this, but it was a very pleasant medical experience. I won't hesitate to rely on him again! Add 5 stars from me, too!
