This is by far the best place to go for physical therapy! The genuine care the whole staff has for its patients is amazing.

I (fortunately) was given Isaiah as my PT and I've never had a more thorough evaluation and plan of care!

Ashley, Lane, and Light are awesome! The office is well equipped and clean! My daughter started PT…read moreafter spraining her ankle (sports injury), and I can honestly say it made a world of difference. When she first started, she was still dealing with swelling, stiffness, and pain that made even basic movement tough. The team took the time to assess her injury and build a personalized recovery plan that progressed as she healed. The sessions were a mix of strengthening, balance work, stretching, and hands-on therapy. I appreciated how they explained the "why" behind each exercise, which helped her stay motivated and stick with it even on the hard days. Within a couple weeks, she saw noticeable improvement in her range of motion and stability. If you're recovering from an ankle injury and wondering if PT is worth it--absolutely yes. It made her recovery faster, smoother, and safer. I'm grateful for the care and expertise she received.

Mixed review. I went here for my ankle a few years ago and Nicole was excellent. I wanted my…read moredaughter to see her for a neck injury a year ago but they were having Nicole going to a couple of locations and training new PTs. So we were able to get an appointment at a different location which turned out to be a mistake. Transferred back to this location and made an appointment with Nicole. When my daughter got there she was told she'd be working with a newly hired PT that Nicole was training. The new PT was doing a terrible intake and my daughter did not feel confident she knew what she was doing. She asked not to be assigned to the new person and saw Nicole for 6 weeks and did help my daughter, therefore the star rating is mixed. Sadly Nicole left Endeavor and so we have not gone back. I would not recommend them. Interesting enough that new hire was removed from the website most likely due to other complaints.

Therapist had total disregard for patient care. First appointment almost thirty days after…read morereferral from my doctor for severe leg and back muscle pain management. Therapist took one hour for evaluation; acknowledged I needed massage therapy for pain; never received a massage; sent me home with exercises. Received call ten days later to schedule massage. Allow me to preface this review by stating that the actual physical therapy services rendered to me…read morewere thorough and professional. My therapist Kristen was great and gave me a lot of information that aided in my recovery. My issue is with the business. I attended therapy there for 2-3 months. Because my job has a high operational tempo, there were a few times when I had to reschedule. When this was necessary, I always called and gave appropriate notice. Two weeks ago, I woke up ill. My appointment was scheduled for 7:15AM. I called twice in an attempt to reach someone but no one answered the phone. I had had issues in the past reaching anyone on the phone prior to 9:00AM, even though therapy takes place at the facility much earlier than that. There are people present, even front desk personnel. They just don't answer the phone. After two attempts I gave up. It is not my job to track them down; the phone should be manned. Last week they called me at 5:45 AM to tell me they were canceling due to weather. I said "no problem, see you next week." Yesterday, I got a voicemail stating: "Hi it's Dorah from Seton Pflugerville Physical Therapy calling to confirm your therapy tomorrow at 7:15. If you won't be able to make it please let us know by close if business at 5:30 PM." Now I don't know about you but to me that sounds like my regularly scheduled appointment was still on for 7:15. I showed up at 7:10 Dorah said "Harold?" Yes that's me. She then told me that I had been taken off the schedule due to "frequent no-shows." I would have to call back after 9:00 AM (interesting right?) to reschedule. So to summarize the facts: 1) I missed ONE appointment. As in, one singular "no show." Any other appointment I had been unable to attend due to work was called in by me with 2-4 days of notice and rescheduled. I missed due to an illness I could not have predicted. 2) I attempted to contact them to alert them that I could not attend and they wouldn't pick up the phone. The staff on hand in the early morning lacks the professionalism and teamwork to recognize need to pick up the line because the lady who does that comes in at 9:00. I suppose they just think it's not their problem. What a way to treat patients. 3) They called and confirmed my appointment for this morning, even saying to call them if I couldn't attend. They said NOTHING resembling "call us back or you'll be taken off the schedule." In fact the voice message stated the opposite. 4) They removed me from the schedule and told me I couldn't call to reschedule until 9:00. I am forced to conclude that taking me off the schedule was done out of spite, as if they are trying to "teach me a lesson" or some other such nonsense. I am sure they think they are "getting back at me" for my previous "no show." It's probably amusing to them to have me schedule my job around the appointment and then cancel on me. Well I am the customer and I am not amused. I will never return to your crummy center. In the event I require further therapy I will take my business elsewhere. Seton Pflugerville physical therapy isn't getting another dime out of my insurer. It is their JOB to accommodate the patient, not the other way around. Muster up some professionalism and pick up the phone and maybe you'll have fewer "no shows." Finally, they need to get a sponge and some bleach and clean the heavy black mold off of the air vents in that place. That mold turned out to be a metaphor for their level of customer service. Patient beware!

I came to Vinh/Hybrid physical therapy last June 2024 due to tearing my achilles playing…read morepickleball. I've gone to other PT places before for other injuries and I hated that I didn't get fully dedicated time with my main PT. Many places will have physical therapists see 2-4 patients at a time so this time around, I wanted to find a place that did 1-1 individualized focused sessions. This is hard to come by but I had a friend of a friend recommend Hybrid Physical Therapy and so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I found this place. I unfortunately got my injury 3 months before I was supposed to get married. I told Vinh my main goal was to be able to comfortably walk down the aisle and dance at my wedding. I was able to walk a lot sooner than I thought, danced all night and had the most amazing wedding day. Post wedding, I continued to work with Vinh to build back strength and I could have not done this without him. Vinh is so knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. I don't think I would have recovered as fast as I did if I didn't have that 1-1 time - it was a game changer! I also worked with Estefania a couple of times when Vinh was out and she was also really great and had amazing sessions with her. You can't go wrong with either of them! They also offer unique services like dry needling which most PTs in the area don't offer. 10/10 recommend Hybrid Physical Therapy!
