Dr Reass is great best chiropractor ever. He works a way to get you better not just keep you coming back. Feel better than I have in years.

EVERYTHING!  I finally visited Dr. Marks. I was opposed to additional pain meds and he agreed. He was sympathetic, focused, and committed to reduce my pain. And the procedures we did worked!  There are no words I have to express my gratitude. He was attentive, and even better... the staff he surrounds himself with are also equally accessible and attentive. The communication is awesome. The injections were quick and smooth (not going to say painless because that would be lying) but if you can't have it a little pain, they have the option for a local and aesthetic. If you are dealing with back or hip pain or pain in general your body, I would highly recommend scheduling a visit through your doctor.

If you can avoid, Dr. Jake Huntzinger, do so at all costs. He is extremely inexperienced and…read morearrogant to boot. Without going into much detail, from the very beginning of the conversation, you could tell he lacked experience and confidence in his ability to diagnose and/or treat "complex" situations. He started asking me questions like "so what do you think the problem is?". Well, I'm not the doctor, he is. I said just that. He proceeded to say "yeah no I get that but like what did your other doctors think the problem was?" This told me all I needed to know. We discussed a few things, but nothing to do with what was actually going on with me present day. He was more interested in discussing the past and had no insight on what the next steps would or should be. When I asked him what the plan would be, his reply was that he didn't know. This then prompted me to ask him how long he's been working at this practice. I guess this upset him as he stood up, took his laptop and said we were going in circles and he walked out like the true "professional" he is. I wasn't going to just accept that this grown man "physician" could throw a temper tantrum after I took off work, waited two weeks for this appointment, and paid an $80 co-pay so I made the nurse go back and get him. Both nurses that came in with him (one the first time, another the second time) apologized sincerely after he was out of ear shot because they heard how ridiculous he sounded. Celia (one of the nurses) had let me know he was out last week for training, but it's clear it didn't help.

My morphine pain pump, of approximately 6 years, failed in late April, 2024. I'd been diagnosed…read morewith spinal stenosis about 20 years earlier & had a laminectomy, prescribed opiates, a spinal cord stimulator, etc during this time. I'd been having the pump filled in Georgetown, TX under the "direction" & "care" of Dr. Alan Dennis. He began the process with refilling the pump with morphine, which I didn't understand why he did that after just emptying it then proceeded, over the next 11 months, of withdrawing the new morphine from my pump! I was so exasperated after NO relief over a year, I decided to go to another Dr. On what was going to be my last appointment with him, it occurred to me to ask him the question, "Is there any type of test, procedure, etc. like a MRI, x-ray or CT scan that would show if the leads, for med delivery from the pump to my spine, were viable, working, or had they been disconnected or displaced somehow? I was so surprised when he said there was a "pump dye test" for that. I was incredulous!! Why had he not suggested that & done that test early on instead of ME, the patient, finally thinking about it 11+ months later. NOTHING he did, which consisted of prescribing several opiates that had NO effect whatsoever. So, I had the dye test done which he said showed no abnormalities so I told him I no longer had any confidence in his ability to help & would be finding another doctor. I have to ask WHY did it take nearly 12 months to withdraw such a small amount of morphine (or whatever) from that pump. I have my suspicions but won't go into specifics. This has been the worst experience regarding my medical issue EVER in my 78 years!!

I hardly ever write reviews... but this one is long overdue…read more I had been seeing Dr. Raffi for about a year, and due to personal reasons I had to switch Dr's for maintenance of flair ups. I'm starting an intensive physical therapy program and hoping I won't need maintenance for too much longer. That being said, I am grateful for the time I had with Dr. Rafii. Dealing with a chronic pain condition can be stressful for the Dr. and patient both. But navigating those waters of trial and error didn't seem bad at all with him. It felt more like a team collaboration. Even when times were easy to give up and refer me out...he didn't. It was actually that exact act of kindness that made me want to explore outside of the box of just traditional pain meds. I felt like I had a cheerleader as cheesy as that sounds. It's really hard to find a good Dr. these days and especially one that makes you WANT to get better. Kuddos to you, Dr. Rafii. Thank you for your help. I would definitely refer you to anyone in need.

This was our second visit to Dr. Raffii and his MA Rosa…read more It's an extremely pleasant and well organized pain management center. The front office has many processes that assist in this level of organization. We have never experienced wait time here. Tom is so appreciative that Dr. Raffe takes his pain issues seriously and worked to find a potential treatment in pain relief for him. (Life changed for us when we had a serious motor vehicle accident 4/2/2022. Our plans to travel during retirement may have to be on a very limited basis based on Tom's back and neck pain.) His PCP and Neurosurgeon despite being great physicians weren't able to offer a plan of action. The consultation at Diagnostic Pain Management has offered some hope. Dr. Raffii ordered an MRI to see about his spinal column status. We are here to review the results. Although at our age it is expected that there will be arthritis, there appears to be some fluid that is likely caused from the incident. Hopefully the test injection that Tom will undergo next week, will support him going forward with the appropriate medication to help in controlling the pain in the lower back. The second injection Tom will have is a steroid injection into the cervical spine. Thank you so much Dr. Raffii and Diagnostic Pain Management Team!!

The only good thing about this place are the nurses; all of them, without exception, are kind and caring folks with good bedside manner. More than I can say about the doctor himself. Dr Kaplan has to be one of the worst doctors I've ever seen as far as bedside manner. He never sat with us more than maybe 5 minutes, enough time to make notes and leave. He gave the bare minimum of attention to my client when she was talking at any point, and interrupted her constantly to cut the conversation shorter. The one and only time he acknowledged ME was before a procedure, where he asked me to tell my client (who was in another room) not to call the office with any concerns for at least 24 hours unless it was an emergency. On our last visit with him, he straight-up told my client (who by this point was in so much pain she could barely leave her apartment and was feeling the emotional distress from that) that she was too emotional for him to deal with. That other people had it way worse than her and THEY didn't cry. Lastly, he told her that even after the two tests she had been through, he would not perform the final procedure on her until she proved to him that she was on an antidepressant (???????????????????) Now the office is giving us the run-around, pushing our next appointment back a week, then another week, then saying we would have to go to a surgical center because they just don't have the tools they need. I've flat-out encouraged my client to quit giving this practice any more of her money; waiting to see a doctor who will treat her with some dignity will be 1000x better than ever seeing this doctor again. TDLR: This doctor's bedside manner is awful, DO NOT RECOMMEND
