As I told them, they have earned their 5 stars! They are very, very nice, helpful, and professional. I waited for a little while in their nice office, but I didn't have to wait long. When I saw Dr. Burris, he had actually read my file (information submitted prior to visit)! He also had already looked at the x-Ray I got just prior to the appointment. He examined my knee thoroughly and listened to whatever I had to say. After that, Dr. Burris went through all treatment options with me after telling me that my knee problems were from severe arthritis; because I'm also concerned about costs, we discussed that as well. I chose the cortisone shots in my knee, and received one right away. No follow-up necessary until I need him again. It's rare that I can say this, but it was a very pleasant medical experience. I feel so blessed and lucky to have had Dr. Burris be my Orthopedist and surgeon. My surgery went well and I am recovering faster than expected. Of course there is pain and discomfort but it is less than what I lived with before. He and his staff are amazing. The St. David's facility is exemplary. I can now focus on recovery and PT.

I've been going to Airrosti for about 2 months now and have only good things to say…read more I injured my neck several months ago and was referred to Airrosti and didn't really know what it was; I was thinking more traditional PT that I'd been to before for other injuries but its that and much more. I've been treated by Danny for PT and Dr Renfro about 6-7 visits now. They are both friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable about what they do and human anatomy. Every session starts with Dr Renfro going through some questions and basic movements to see how things are progressing before he treats my neck and right shoulder (think deep tissue massage type work). After that, I meet with Danny for 15 minutes to discuss progress on my PT homework and also going through new movements for my next homework assignment. They've both been fantastic and I also like how they email you the list of exercises after every visit so you have it in email (there's also an app too). It makes it easy to open the email, watch the video demonstrations, and even has a checklist to keep you on task. Overall, nothing but good things to say and I'd recommend it.

Unfortunately in mid July I had a strain or pull that wasn't getting better and impacted everything I did- it hurt to stand, sit, and sleep. Enter Dr. Sinclair and CRS Bella to the rescue. From my first visit in July, I had constant communication from both of them on my pain threshold, feedback on the treatment, and the exercises that follow. I went from barely standing (and doing so leaning significantly) and pain all the time to being 96.7 percent after 4 visits. The remaining 3.3 percent I will get back by continuing my exercises. Can't recommend this place enough!

I have been coming to Integra for different issues since 2016. I started coming when I had bad back…read morepain while pregnant with my youngest child. I was certain I had a slipped disc or something, but the doctor recommended physical therapy. I was skeptical, but determined to do my due diligence. After coming for six weeks though, I am now a huge believer in PT. The therapists were able to get me relief and teach me how to do exercises that were safe for the baby and helped ease my back pain. In 2017 I came for knee issues after overtraining for the cap 10k. I came again this past year when I developed bursitis in my hip. Each time I have been injured I visit until I have consistent relief and then I discontinue therapy sessions and continue the work at home. I have only had to come the full six weeks once (that was when I was pregnant). Integra is totally cool with this because the whole point of PT is to get better. They don't pressure you to add extra unnecessary sessions. The first visit is an evaluation where they take a look at your issue, test range of motion, ask you about your pain levels and determine a treatment plan. Different injuries require different levels of treatment, more severe issues could result in multiple visits a week but most of mine have been once a week. After the eval, sessions usually consist of a 30 minute exercise session where a therapist walks you through good exercises you can do to strengthen your body in the area where you're injured and making sure you don't end up with any compensatory injuries. The second half of the session is usually some form of physical manipulation, for example, when I had bad back pain the second half was the therapist working out the tension in my upper back muscles. I would call it massage but it was not relaxing. It did, however, (eventually) result in relief of pain. I recently brought my 10 year old in for a knee injury and learned she has hyper mobile joints and weak hip adductors which can be a risk factor for injuries, so we will be working on strength and stability. I highly recommend Integra!

I injured a finger while rock climbing, and waited about four months before going to see Dr. Q. I…read morewaited as long as I did because I had previously only ever been dissatisfied with the quality of care that I had received from doctors treating my climbing injuries, Dr. Q changed that. He was able to quickly identify the problem I was having with my finger and begin treating it. Within a couple of sessions, I was able to climb on the finger largely unbothered, and after a few more, the pain subsided soon after. Not only did Dr. Q help in my recovery, but he gave me tools to help myself. In one of our last sessions, he mentioned that my forearms were tight and gave me stretches to loosen them up. I didn't do them, and a couple of weeks later, I started experiencing wrist pain. That pain went away as soon as I started doing the stretches that he had previously given me to do. I really appreciate how he looks at the entire body as a system, and does not just offer bandages to symptoms. I could not recommend him enough to anyone thinking they could use some PT, especially climbers.

A crisis in our country is the state of the healthcare industry and the toll it takes on providers. Providers can become so overworked or burnt out that they forget to see their patient as a person or have so little time that spending any extra time advocating can seem daunting. Dr. Gburek found me at the lowest point in my life. By simply listening to me, treating me like a human being, and advocating for me; he made all the difference in the world. He carefully made care plans based on my life goals like having children and factors such as my age to refer me to specialists. I had a unique case where I became medically handicapped in terms of medication. Steroids and NSAIDs cause me to develop stomach issues I had never even heard of. Stomach issues that caused me to be unable to eat regularly for nearly an entire year. I was wasting away to nothing while I waited for Cigna or any doctor to help me. I had lost 20 pounds unintentionally in 365 days. He tried to send me to specialists that could find an answer for my symptoms, but to my dismay, those specialists had no answer for me or even any ideas of how to help me. If you've ever been in that position you know how lonely and desolate it can be. It was traumatic To even be brought to that point I spent years of my life arguing with Cigna that my life mattered but, naturally, they only want to hear what the doctor thinks. Even if that doctor has not throughly completed an assessment, offered any treatments aside from medication, or been inappropriate with your care. Dr. Gburek is not one of those providers. He takes your health and goals seriously and will advocate to give you your life back. He is the only provider who advocated for me with Cigna over the last 3 years. My health struggles robbed me of my identity and I believed there was no hope. Dr. Gburek did not leave me with no hope and he did not leave me without solution. Instead, he fought for me and saved my life. By giving me a life with manageable pain, I am able to pick back up the pieces of who I used to be and who I want to become while continuing to help others as he helped me. I want providers like Dr. Gburek to know how important their care is so they don't lose sight of why they do this and continue to help people. I want patients to see this and know that there is hope for your case. He deserves all the praise and I am incredibly thankful for my healthcare hero. The injections were quick and smooth (not going to say painless because that would be lying) but if you can't have it a little pain, they have the option for a local and aesthetic. If you are dealing with back or hip pain or pain in general your body, I would highly recommend scheduling a visit through your doctor.
