After a car accident in 2022, I visited their office seeking treatment. In a lot of pain, I filled out a stack of paperwork, unknowingly signing a UCC filing, which gave them the right to place a lien on my assets until the case was settled and the bill paid by my lawyer. I was shocked to later discover that they had filed the UCC immediately, even though I only owed about $100. I didn't find out until my husband and I applied for a mortgage, and I was flagged because of this lien. Despite paying off the debt and never returning after realizing what had happened, this has been a burden on me since 2022. The UCC filing remains on my credit report until 2027, all for $100. I now have to carry around a letter proving the debt is paid, and this filing under my name is public and embarrassing. When I went back to discuss this with them, I was told they had done everything they could. While I understand the need to secure payment, this feels excessive, especially for such a small amount. I feel this could've been handled much better and it's disappointing to still be dealing with the fallout till 2027!

They are taking temps at the door, you are required to wear a mask in the waiting room and in your appt. You can remove your mask when you're face down in the chair, but face up do keep it on. I was super excited to get. quick referral from the VA and reached out to PWC directly as instructed by the VA. The person I spoke to (Dr. Peng I assume) told me that he has a person that processes VA appointments once a week and I'd have to wait until next week to be processed and subsequently called to make appointments. I couldn't believe that was the response. That is NOT what the VA thought they were getting when I was referred. A day or two later I got documentation in the mail from the VA to contact them directly. I called back and was given the same line. "We have one person, that works one day a week, to process VA referrals and you'd have to wait". So much for caring for patients in need or veterans. I explained that that was unacceptable and I'll be reporting PWC to the VA to let them know they were happy to take the VA's referral money...but in no rush to actually see veterans. When I called the VA to tell them what happened and report them, I was told the PWC had "declined me service". Um what?! I was NEVER "served". I lodged my formal complaint to the VA anyway and while I was on the phone with them, I was referred to another massage therapist in the area...whon not only took my referral but saw me THE FOLLOWING DAY! And the company and massage therapist have been AMAZING to work with. I review LOTS of businesses and try to support as many small business in my area as possible but I'll NEVER recommend anyone to this place. Ever.

I am a very anxious person. Anxiety thrives in me 24/7. At an attempt to feel somewhat normal, and not have constant pain all the time, I decided to go see Dr. Boerger. Long time overdue. He immediately eased my fears, and let me know what to expect before, during, and after. He told me what he was doing before he did it, so that I wasn't surprised. All in all, my visit was a 10 out of 10. I will be going back on Friday for my second adjustment. Immediate relief from several of my ailments. The chiropractor I saw had no idea what she was doing. She struggled through what were supposed to be basic adjustments, fumbling and applying random pressure that felt nothing like actual chiropractic care. I've been seeing chiropractors for years, and I have never experienced anything even remotely close to this. I specifically asked for an ankle adjustment. After that visit, I was in significant pain that only got worse. A week later, I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with a fractured ankle. I am now unable to bear weight on it because of this visit. This place feels more like a volume-based operation than a real chiropractic office--get people in, rush them through, collect money, move on. There was zero individualized care, zero confidence, and zero accountability. Save your money. Spend the extra $$$$$ and go to a real, reputable chiropractor who knows what they're doing. Do NOT go here. Absolute joke of an operation. See ya in personal injury court. SMH

I've been treated by Danny for PT and Dr Renfro about 6-7 visits now. They are both friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable about what they do and human anatomy. Every session starts with Dr Renfro going through some questions and basic movements to see how things are progressing before he treats my neck and right shoulder (think deep tissue massage type work). After that, I meet with Danny for 15 minutes to discuss progress on my PT homework and also going through new movements for my next homework assignment. They've both been fantastic and I also like how they email you the list of exercises after every visit so you have it in email (there's also an app too).
