Here's why: she sometimes gets car sick and when we notice it is becoming more frequent, we take her in. It sounds like complete woo, but it works! When she has little, she was vomiting ~50% of the time in the car. We were desperate. We tried chiropractic care, not because we believed it would work, but simply because of our desperation and willingness to try almost anything at that point. I was shocked that it helped so much! She still feels sick on occasion, but there is a noticeable difference after she is adjusted. When she starts to get car sick more frequently, we make an appointment for her. I typically go in for an adjustment when I am getting headaches. My husband will come along and get an adjustment for minor back or foot pain (he's a runner). Diana, Dr. Harry's receptionist, has always been able to accommodate us the same day and they never leave us waiting for more than 5 minutes upon arrival. With our BCBS PPO, a visit costs us under $30 each, so it's affordable. We are so glad to have Dr. Harry here in Round Rock.

I set an online appointment and confirmed all the burning, radiating pain in my back, neck and arm was due to my spine needing adjustment along with my neck and my hip was out of joint. After the first treatment, I felt better within a few days. Had a chiro massage a week later and am starting to feel more flexibility in movement. They are taking temps at the door, you are required to wear a mask in the waiting room and in your appt. You can remove your mask when you're face down in the chair, but face up do keep it on. This does make me feel safer and the employees do the same. Overall if you need treatment and are looking for a place with Covid precautions in place, look no further.

I couldn't believe that was the response. That is NOT what the VA thought they were getting when I was referred. A day or two later I got documentation in the mail from the VA to contact them directly. I called back and was given the same line. "We have one person, that works one day a week, to process VA referrals and you'd have to wait". So much for caring for patients in need or veterans. I explained that that was unacceptable and I'll be reporting PWC to the VA to let them know they were happy to take the VA's referral money...but in no rush to actually see veterans. When I called the VA to tell them what happened and report them, I was told the PWC had "declined me service". Um what?! I was NEVER "served". I lodged my formal complaint to the VA anyway and while I was on the phone with them, I was referred to another massage therapist in the area...whon not only took my referral but saw me THE FOLLOWING DAY! And the company and massage therapist have been AMAZING to work with. I review LOTS of businesses and try to support as many small business in my area as possible but I'll NEVER recommend anyone to this place. Ever.

My shoulders had about a 2 inch difference in how they sat, and my pelvis was HORRIBLY rotated. Worst of the pain was pain in my chest, shoulder, and shooting pain down my right arm. Awful, awful. I am a very anxious person. Anxiety thrives in me 24/7. At an attempt to feel somewhat normal, and not have constant pain all the time, I decided to go see Dr. Boerger. Long time overdue. I've been treated by Danny for PT and Dr Renfro about 6-7 visits now. They are both friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable about what they do and human anatomy. Every session starts with Dr Renfro going through some questions and basic movements to see how things are progressing before he treats my neck and right shoulder (think deep tissue massage type work). After that, I meet with Danny for 15 minutes to discuss progress on my PT homework and also going through new movements for my next homework assignment. They've both been fantastic and I also like how they email you the list of exercises after every visit so you have it in email (there's also an app too). It makes it easy to open the email, watch the video demonstrations, and even has a checklist to keep you on task. Overall, nothing but good things to say and I'd recommend it.
