Here's why: she sometimes gets car sick and when we notice it is becoming more frequent, we take her in. It sounds like complete woo, but it works! When she has little, she was vomiting ~50% of the time in the car. We were desperate. We tried chiropractic care, not because we believed it would work, but simply because of our desperation and willingness to try almost anything at that point. I was shocked that it helped so much! She still feels sick on occasion, but there is a noticeable difference after she is adjusted. When she starts to get car sick more frequently, we make an appointment for her. I have spinal stenosis, muscular atrophy, Myelopathy, and Sciatica in both legs and arms. I see her once a week for an hour. She works on all my muscular issues that help with my anxiety due to severe chronic pain in my back, legs, and neck. She is very thorough and fun to talk to if you feel like it. Sometimes I talk, and sometimes I just lie there, enjoying the feeling of someone massaging my tight muscles. She is perfectly fine with either. She has great pressure, but she knows when something needs extra attention; she can attack it. I can only speak for Ashley, as I have not been with any other massage therapist who works there. Unfortunately in mid July I had a strain or pull that wasn't getting better and impacted everything I did- it hurt to stand, sit, and sleep. Enter Dr. Sinclair and CRS Bella to the rescue. From my first visit in July, I had constant communication from both of them on my pain threshold, feedback on the treatment, and the exercises that follow. I went from barely standing (and doing so leaning significantly) and pain all the time to being 96.7 percent after 4 visits. The remaining 3.3 percent I will get back by continuing my exercises. I've been going to Airrosti for about 2 months now and have only good things to say…read more I injured my neck several months ago and was referred to Airrosti and didn't really know what it was; I was thinking more traditional PT that I'd been to before for other injuries but its that and much more. I've been treated by Danny for PT and Dr Renfro about 6-7 visits now. They are both friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable about what they do and human anatomy. Every session starts with Dr Renfro going through some questions and basic movements to see how things are progressing before he treats my neck and right shoulder (think deep tissue massage type work). After that, I meet with Danny for 15 minutes to discuss progress on my PT homework and also going through new movements for my next homework assignment. They've both been fantastic and I also like how they email you the list of exercises after every visit so you have it in email (there's also an app too). It makes it easy to open the email, watch the video demonstrations, and even has a checklist to keep you on task. Overall, nothing but good things to say and I'd recommend it.
