After a car accident in 2022, I visited their office seeking treatment. In a lot of pain, I filled out a stack of paperwork, unknowingly signing a UCC filing, which gave them the right to place a lien on my assets until the case was settled and the bill paid by my lawyer. I was shocked to later discover that they had filed the UCC immediately, even though I only owed about $100. I didn't find out until my husband and I applied for a mortgage, and I was flagged because of this lien. Despite paying off the debt and never returning after realizing what had happened, this has been a burden on me since 2022. The UCC filing remains on my credit report until 2027, all for $100. I now have to carry around a letter proving the debt is paid, and this filing under my name is public and embarrassing. When I went back to discuss this with them, I was told they had done everything they could. While I understand the need to secure payment, this feels excessive, especially for such a small amount. I feel this could've been handled much better and it's disappointing to still be dealing with the fallout till 2027!

At times our issues were major, other times just in for regular adjustments. He is personable, great listener, and helps you understand the why of back issues. We highly recommend turning your care over to him. The only complaint we have has come about through direct interactions with his receptionist. I have called multiple times to try to get an appointment with Dr. Peng and she creates barriers to entry. When I ask if we can get scheduled this week, she is never accommodating; instead, advises he can't see us until next week or later in the month. I ask if she can advise of cancellations, and she advises we just need to check in. Really?! Past receptionists have always been amenable to working with us. Dr. Peng, if you are there, we haven't been in to see you because your receptionist doesn't accommodate us. I noticed this pattern when the receptionist was replaced. I always ask how people are doing when I interact with them. She wasn't interested. Not at all friendly, lacks personality, and doesn't try to even work with your clients. Sadly, we have had to seek treatment close to our home - we live in Georgetown and the office is in Pflugerville. We are happy to come back, but your receptionist needs to try to work with your longstanding patients. We still need you! Please help her understand that we are just trying to schedule treatments with your office.

My shoulders had about a 2 inch difference in how they sat, and my pelvis was HORRIBLY rotated. Worst of the pain was pain in my chest, shoulder, and shooting pain down my right arm. Awful, awful. I am a very anxious person. Anxiety thrives in me 24/7. At an attempt to feel somewhat normal, and not have constant pain all the time, I decided to go see Dr. Boerger. Long time overdue. He immediately eased my fears, and let me know what to expect before, during, and after. He told me what he was doing before he did it, so that I wasn't surprised. The chiropractor I saw had no idea what she was doing. She struggled through what were supposed to be basic adjustments, fumbling and applying random pressure that felt nothing like actual chiropractic care. I've been seeing chiropractors for years, and I have never experienced anything even remotely close to this. I specifically asked for an ankle adjustment. After that visit, I was in significant pain that only got worse. A week later, I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with a fractured ankle. I am now unable to bear weight on it because of this visit. This place feels more like a volume-based operation than a real chiropractic office--get people in, rush them through, collect money, move on. I've been going to Airrosti for about 2 months now and have only good things to say…read more I injured my neck several months ago and was referred to Airrosti and didn't really know what it was; I was thinking more traditional PT that I'd been to before for other injuries but its that and much more. I've been treated by Danny for PT and Dr Renfro about 6-7 visits now. They are both friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable about what they do and human anatomy. Every session starts with Dr Renfro going through some questions and basic movements to see how things are progressing before he treats my neck and right shoulder (think deep tissue massage type work). After that, I meet with Danny for 15 minutes to discuss progress on my PT homework and also going through new movements for my next homework assignment. They've both been fantastic and I also like how they email you the list of exercises after every visit so you have it in email (there's also an app too). It makes it easy to open the email, watch the video demonstrations, and even has a checklist to keep you on task. Overall, nothing but good things to say and I'd recommend it.
