After my appointment, when I had the chance to really look at my hair at home, I just about cried. The layers were not blended at all. The front half of my hair is so much shorter than the back, with no blend. While my hair was being chopped, I was turned away from the mirror the entire time so couldn't see what she was doing. My hair dresser was truly kind and nice and I didn't have the heart to tell her that I did not like the cut. Unfortunately, I don't see how my hair can be fixed without getting it cut even shorter which I am unable to do. I will be getting it fixed by a different hair dresser once it is long enough. My hair will not be worn down until this is corrected. I have been to Stiletto Hair Studio in the past and had it done by someone else. I was incredibly happy with how my hair turned out then. This is extremely unfortunate and I wish it didn't turn out this way but I am truly sad that I paid so much money for a cut that looks like this.

My six-year-old granddaughter had a knot in her hair so severe that we were honestly prepared for the worst--we thought she might end up with a buzz cut in the back. Instead of taking the easy way out, the stylists treated her with such kindness and respect. They spent several hours patiently working through the tangles, even providing her with hot chocolate to keep her comfortable while they worked their magic. After a thorough treatment, steaming, and a careful trim, the results were absolutely fantastic. Most importantly, my granddaughter was thrilled with how she looked. They turned what could have been a traumatic experience into a wonderful afternoon of pampering. We are so grateful for their skill and their compassion. Highly recommended!

She burned me multiple times and ended up needing advice about heat temp and technique by the manager. She also tried to post before and after results of my hair even though on the form I signed when I first came in I specifically noted that I didn't want to have my pictures on social media. Afterwards, I asked how I should upkeep it and she just said to wrap it. I asked how to do that and she said "I don't know." I looked like Kate Middleton with a bad blow out the next day. The next time I came to just get a trim. The stylist only asked one question about if I was allergic to rosemary (even though I already wrote that in the intake form). She also parted my hair directly in my face and left the store (like actually clocked out) while I was under the hair dryer and told someone in passing to ring me up in 15 min. Last but not least I got my hair finger coiled and to be honest I was for once extremely happy with the result. The stylist answered all my questions and I was left very satisfied despite taking three hours. The only reason I've come back is that I have a bday gift card I'm trying to use up. Otherwise I'd never walk in again. It shouldn't have taken me three different services by three different stylist to be happy.

The salon itself is nice and clean. It's huge! Some people do kids cuts so don't forget about your littles. The price was actually very reasonable! It's tucked in the corner over by Judy's Chinese restaurant and a sports bar. It's behind the target. They take credit card and you can tip on the card! Everybody in here was really pleasant. It's nice and bright inside and once again, very clean! This lady did an amazing job on my hair. She didn't take very long just gave me the exact cut I wanted. Highly recommend!

Originally came in to get stitch braids, but when they saw my hair they said it was too short and…read moremy only option was to get box braids. FYI, my hair isn't too short. Agreed to do box braids, but in the end was not satisfied with the work. When I called to let them know I wasn't satisfied, they put it on me and told me I got what I asked for. She stated that I got free parts, but I never asked for free parts, only box braids. No one asked to see my hair so that they could see what the issue was. The manager called me to see how we could fix it, but when I agreed to take some down, she stated my hair was too short... constantly giving me the run around. When I asked if a partial refund could be done, the manager scoffed and said "oh, no". Due to poor customer service, I will never step foot in or recommend this shop to anyone. A lady I work with got her hair done by the same lady, Lola & it looks completely different from mine.. it's actually perfect. $260 I expected way more. I couldnt even style my hair if I wanted to. I could only wear it in a bun. I didn't even want a full refund due to the time and effort put in but because of poor customer service, I'm fighting to get it back.
