Love my second new home here. I decided to relocate from a nice 3rd floor apartment to a first floor apartment across the courtyard, with the lawn right outside my patio. Once again, Kory made my move so easy - from finding me the perfect new home to coordinating the move out of the old apt. and the signing process for the new one. Thanks, Kory! read more

Do not move in to these apartments. I specifically asked before move in if they have neighbor sound issues and was told not at all. I can tell you what episode of what season of what show my neighbors are watching. I know what time my upstairs neighbor wakes up and stands on the floor. I can hear an alarm at 2, 3, 4am. After complaining I was told to buy a fan and they sent me a link to Amazon. The apartments are poorly built. No one is friendly. I used the Clubhouse for a Xmas party and asked to make sure the bathrooms would be left open after the leasing office closed and was told yes. A half hour later the same agent that said they would be open, locked them and said people don't leave them like they found them. So I spent my entire Xmas party using my fob to take children past a pool to an outside bathroom. They'll tell you anything to move you in and then do nothing to help you while you're stuck there. The only thing good about this place is Maintenance. They are fast and so friendly. Still not worth it. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Don't believe me?! Read the other reviews about moving out! Avoid The Wyatt Apartments at all costs. This place is a nightmare not just the management, but the way they run their business. Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and dishonest. I'm talking about you, amber. I have lived all over the United States due to my job, I move often. I have lived in apartment complexes all over the country and I have NEVER once had this happen. Moving out is a nightmare, fees added on, no way to pay, added costs for XYZ and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. Their behavior is not just unprofessional it's shady. It's the kind of practice that preys on people who are trying to do the right thing. It's infuriating and unethical. Plenty of people warned me about this place and about the rude and unhelpful staff (AMBER) but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Don't make the same one. It's been 2 months since I left and I am still haunted by them. What a nightmare. Run, don't walk, away from The Wyatt. read more

When I came to tour the property they showed us the biggest 2 bedroom model apartment. The agent stated the only thing different was that the other one would be a bit smaller (which we were fine with and understood). We loved everything else about the property and decided to sign the lease. Move in day came and we came to see our apartment and when we walked in a looked around I was truly disappointed. Not by the size but there was carpet in our bedrooms and the counter tops were different as well. I was beyond disappointed because this was not disclosed to us and one of my dealbreakers when looking at a new place was having carpet due to a couple of issues. I called and ultimately they stated that nothing could be done about it and that the agent would basically get a slap on the wrist. I asked to speak to the property manager and they never got back to me. I had to chase after them a few times and once I finally got to someone they stated that they could move us once we were 6 months in but we would have to sign a new lease and pay all the fees. What a joke. Other than that they said too bad and left it at that. They were supposed to follow up with me after we had a conversation and I've gotten no follow up phone calls (it's been more than a month since the last conversation). I truly dislike that the property has been shady about what you sign up for. Will definitely not be renewing our lease here which is unfortunate because the surrounding area is great. read more

I don't have anything negative to say about my time at The Wyatt. Staff is attentive and nice. Grounds are always clean. Gym and pool are convenient and enjoyable. Maintenace was quick and effective in resolving any issues I had (Jose always double checked that I was happy with what was done.) I had a great experience at this complex and was SO thankful they accepted my pets. read more

Good afternoon, I'm a resident here at the Wyatt in Gilbert, Az. The common areas (stairwells/ Hallways) is disgusting. They have been like this for two weeks and I have complained to the front office but nothing is being done about the issue. I informed the front office 09/22/3023 and no one has attempted to sweep or map. On our leasing contract, we are charged roughly $200.00 for common areas maintaining but clearly this is a "Breach of Contract"!! read more

Rylie was an amazing leasing agent helping us through the process! We love the community so far and for what we got our lease price at is so cheap for the area and especially for how nice the community is. Obviously, we got a little lucky because after a month or, so they are now the same price as everywhere else, but besides the financial standpoint the apartments are amazing. read more

if there's anything good i can say about this place, i'll say it's the maintenance team. the maintenance team has treated us so nicely and i appreciate how fast they're to respond whenever we need help with something. also, the man that does the valet trash service is so kind and amazing. thank you guys for making this place a good stay for us! read more

Almost two years in; still one of the best run apartment facilities that I've ever lived in. It's hard to find that; and the negative comments must be difficult people; it's very nice here and ran very well. Stop by and see for yourself. read more

Me and my daughter came to see the floor plans and prices, however we were not greeted nor talked to while we waited patiently. There was a man waiting before us and the worker at the front desk who's name is Kory took the man on a tour while we were waiting and didn't address us or even look our way before leaving. Simply just ignored us and didn't acknowledge us. read more

The whole leasing office is amazing!! they have been nothing but awesome since the day i moved in, they are all so kind and caring of their residents & maintenance was always on top of everything in a quick timely matter. Amber, Rylie, & kory were always available and helped us transition from moving in to moving out as easy as possible!! i have nothing but great things to say about this property! read more

I absolutely love living here!! The amenities are top notch and the interiors are beautiful! The community is super clean, everyone is friendly, and it's a great location. Riley was very helpful with my move in process!! I have no complaints. The only thing I will say is the walls are thin but that's to be expected for apartment living. read more

So update. When we moved out we cleaned this unit from head to toe. I even paid their people who "clean" the common area to clean the unit before we left. After talking with people who left and seeing reviews about them charging cleaning fees after people cleaned their units, I wanted to see if they were being fully honest. So I didn't let them know at move out what we did. Within a week I was issued a final move out invoice where I was charged $200 cleaning fee. I asked for more information about it and I was advised that they found a hand print on the wall next to the dryer. They found dust on the blinds and the oven hadn't been cleaned and there were trash bags left behind. So I asked for pictures and she goes oh well we didn't take any pictures because this was just common charges. There were no major problems. We only do that for major problems. I said well your no proof contradicts my proof. I told her I took photos before I left, and I hired your cleaning people who "clean" at move in and the common area clean the unit the day we left. She then starts questioning me on why I didn't tell the front office about this. That it's required to be turned in at time of turning in my keys. I responded with I don't need to tell you nothing. You need to be honest and it wouldn't be an issue. After it was all said and done I got my deposit back, but please beware they are not honest at the front office period. Like I said before they pay for positive reviews. read more

I have loved my time here! The staff here is super kind and helpful. The pool is fantastic alongside the gym, fire place area and the pool table in the clubhouse. All the residents have been super nice and friendly. And the apartment itself is very nice and updated. I definitely recommend this complex!! read more

This has been the best place I I've lived going on my third year here in Gilbert. It's very safe, and the staff do a great job keeping things clean that sloppy tenants leave behind. Jose and Alex are phenomenal maintenance men and their response times to maintenance inquiries are almost immediate! Amber, Gina, and Riley the ladies in the office are extremely kind and helpful. I've loved my time here read more

This has been thee worse apartment I've ever lived in. it's a new build I've been without plumbing for months. the new staff are nasty and harass their tenants. they won't let you pay rent early and they've added fees on top of fees. Do NOT move here. read more

Pure and utter garbage. Management, utilities, appliances, all pure basura. No smoking, nothing on your patios other than furniture, rent an arm and a leg for what it is. Do not move here ever, even if it means you'll be sleeping on the street a few more nights. read more

Absolutely worst apartment experience ever. My husband and I have lived in 6 complexes during our time together and this is by far the worst. The management is a joke, incredibly rude and lazy. It's over priced here, like you might as well go buy a quarter million dollar home and pay a mortgage for what you pay in rent here. When we moved in the apartment was really dirty and we had to spend time cleaning it. There was even caulking built up in the window seals we had to carve it out before we could even close the windows. Fast forward to moving out and I spent a whole day cleaning the apartment and they still charged us $160 in a cleaning fee!! They literally will tax every single item of your rent, so prepare to pay insane amounts of tax. When we asked the manager why this was happening (we had like 10 tax charges on our rent bill), she said "it's just what Arizona does". Which is CRAP, because the next apartment we moved into we got one solid tax charge with our rent bill. Seriously save yourself and do not move here, we found a place that was the same size just up the road, a bit older but the grounds are gorgeous, neighbors are much nicer and more respectful, and management is much much nicer and way more responsive. Our rent is also $600 LESS than we paid at the Wyatt!! read more
