One of the boxes arrived completely destroyed and contained random parts from three different systems. We contacted customer service immediately and made multiple calls over the span of two months -- often waiting on hold for hours -- and were repeatedly assured the issue would be resolved. After all that wasted time and effort, we were told that the only option was to disassemble everything and return the items for a refund -- as if they were doing us a favor. By that point, the units were partially assembled and the boxes were long gone, which any reasonable customer would expect not to need anymore. They refused to reimburse us for the packaging or offer any alternative solution. Given the amount of time we already spent trying to resolve this issue, the company should have issued a full refund without requiring further inconvenience. Instead, they asked us to spend even more time disassembling the product and arranging shipment, which shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time and effort. Disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Stay far away from this company.

I found them very efficient and extremely customer oriented. Felix set up the cabinets with another helper within a day. He was on time and very friendly. Edmond gave us an extremely reasonable price for very high quality acrylic, glides and plywood. Easily 10% cheaper than other quotes we got (and we asked for at least 3 other quotes). There were two mistakes (it was a super complex job with many changes) but they fixed it quickly and took full responsibility. Edmond replied to me emails even at 12 midnight - he literally worked 7 days a week for 12 hours to make sure customers are happy. My two suggestions to them is to have clearer written documentation and only write measurements on labels that you can easily peel off. My kitchen and living room cabinets look amazing and I have gotten lots of compliments on them. Thank you Instyle Cabinets.

All worked well for a good price except the countertops. My wife liked the most expensive one which was the IKEA Swan Cotton (Quartz) which came out to be $4100.00 - ouch. IKEA was having a sale, so we could get it for $3900. Wanting to compare around, I put a request for a quote online at Vancouver Counter tops. They didn't have the IKEA Swan Cotton listed on their site so I picked the closest one and in the notes said, we would like whatever matches the IKEA Swan cotton best. They got back to me the next day saying they could do it for $2400 and they can get us the IKEA Swan Cotton!!! I also learned through the process that if you don't want a seam (for example on a corner piece) then you need a jumbo piece. This cost an extra $400. But was well worth it for no seam and I also had the counter top go into the window sills and around some wall parts. It looks very professional. Apparently, the standard IKEA options don't allow for this and there is simply no pricing for this. On top of all this, my contractor was pressing me to get it done right away. Archstone said it would take two weeks but after sharing my situation they were able to get it done in under a week. Overall they were affordable, professional and friendly not to mention returning my calls quickly, taking credit card over the phone, coming when they said they would come and of course the counter tops look amazing. And personally, I love the quartz over Granite or other types. Bright, can handle heat, moisture and don't need any maintenance. I absolutely recommend Archstone. Cheers Kuhan

We spoke with Ronal about our reno and he was able to accommodate our request. We felt that Ronal was very honest and up front about our kitchen modification. He wanted to point out all the potential complications that could happen with the reno (colour matching, floor modification, toe kick modification) We also wanted to save one piece of the old cabinet to be used on the new installation. Aero was able to save this piece thereby reducing the cost of the job. We are very happy with the service and professionalism of Aero Cabinet and Bath.
