I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so frustrating and time-wasting that I feel obligated to warn others. We ordered three walk-in closet systems. One of the boxes arrived completely destroyed and contained random parts from three different systems. We contacted customer service immediately and made multiple calls over the span of two months -- often waiting on hold for hours -- and were repeatedly assured the issue would be resolved. After all that wasted time and effort, we were told that the only option was to disassemble everything and return the items for a refund -- as if they were doing us a favor. By that point, the units were partially assembled and the boxes were long gone, which any reasonable customer would expect not to need anymore. They refused to reimburse us for the packaging or offer any alternative solution. Given the amount of time we already spent trying to resolve this issue, the company should have issued a full refund without requiring further inconvenience. Instead, they asked us to spend even more time disassembling the product and arranging shipment, which shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time and effort. Disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Stay far away from this company. read more

Bed Bath & Beyond is closing and the reason is very obvious why. The items that they sell here are over priced. Even the on sale items, I could find at say Costco for cheaper and better quality. The liquidation sell as of now is definitely a no go / not worth the price. read more

I came here to check out humidifier and found on website before I went to the store. It seemed like every bed bath and beyond all merchandised are the same but not well stocked. Staff was very friendly as well and bathrooms were nice and clean! However, they don't hv the model that I wanted. They would place the order if they out of stock for you and they also price match! This store is a clearinghouse for bottom quality warehouse items mass produced in China. Ordered a garlic keeper: waited 8 days. The item was shipped without a lid. Picked up a B&D toaster oven; only setting that works is the toaster setting. Better off picking housewares from Canadian Tire. Also the mark up on everyday items is beyond stratospheric. Kitchen strainer = $24.00 TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS and have to buy a set of THREE!! While mass produced in China, the same strainer (not set of three) was $3.25 at the Dollar Store. So methinks the same company own both, and anticipating disgust at BBB prices, they set up Dollar Store right next door. Totally disgusted. Will NEVER return to BBB read more

So, I had a dilemma and the store manager fixed it very quickly. I was about to purchase a bed linen set but forgot my 20% off card. The cashier was giving me a hard time for another flyer but the store manager came in and just took care of the 20% off. It's quick action like this from the manager that cares about their customer will bring me back to shop at this store. Thank you so much! Quiet, clean and well merchandised. I just wish their goods were not so pricy. They do offer a 20% coupon off 1 item if you have their flyer or sign up to receive their emails. Return policy is good if you have a receipt but they will try to get you to buy something (exchange) instead of a full return I had two people asked this in 1 transaction since the cashier has to get a supervisor to enter in a code to validate the refund. read more

This is a brand new location that just opened up in Metrotown. I came here on recommendation in conversation last weekend with another Yelper whom suggested I come here to check out their old school air poppers for popcorn. They were a bit above my budget, however, I did browse to check out some of the other kitchen ware gadgets. I had a question and found the customer service to be reasonable. read more

I'm a regular at this location and had always liked how the staff are friendly and very helpful until last Sunday, June 11th. Mollie seems to be having a bad day, or kind of in a rush to get rid of us since the store will be closing in like 40 minutes when we came. From the time of first contact she wasn't friendly at all, and became worse when she noticed the label of packaging of item we were exchanging was not the right one. It was switched with packaging of other similar item but just different color label. I can't paint her face and had been dragging the receipt, pen, and packaging on a very 'not so pleasant' way so I commented on "us" giving her a hard time. She replied and said to us in an irritated way - 'if you will pack these in the right packaging it will make my life easier'. That was after my friend and I apologized for having it repacked in the other packaging that belongs to another color (but same item) b/c the zipper of other bag was broken. She could have dealt or talked in a nicer manner rather than sulking and being mean...afterall, we apologized for repacking it with the wrong label twice. This so far was the worst customer service I've had from BBB. Even a regular and loyal customer can turn sour and influence hundreds more just because of one bad experience. It's sad b/c this will ruin BBB's goal of giving the best CS to their clientele. read more

I visited this location before Christmas 2015 and majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. But I want to mention the most awesome service I've ever had for 2015. I made a phone call to the NV location and asked if I can purchase an item that was only available in that location(other locations were sold out) and was told that companys' policies were changed with regards to shipment on another location - in other words, they were not able to help me. Said that I have to go to NV location to grab it (I didn't have the means - time and vehicle), not to mention the traffic since it was the holiday season. After New Year, I never expected that they will still have it on stock and tried to call once again on both locations, NV and McKay which is close to my place. They both turned me down. I tried for the last time after a day or two and LAUREEN, who took my call said the same thing to me but asked if she can call me again. Two to three hours after, she gave me a call and said that she was able to request to have it shipped to the McKay location. Now, that is what we call "GOING THE EXTRA MILE" to make the customers happy. Kudos to Laureen. read more

My husband was looking for a specific blender for his juice bar. He found it here and had asked for the guy working in the department for help and he very kindly answered all his questions. He advised my husband that only the demo unit was available as they ran out of stock so we would get 10% discount for the demo. As we got to the cashier, the nice lady was helping us check out when the store supervisor/manager ran up and said she doesn't believe they ran out of stock for that item. We told her that we are in a rush to head to an appointment and that one of the employees had helped us double check on inventory and confirmed that only the demo was left. Even after we said that the supervisor went and checked again herself, only to come back and let the cashier know to go ahead and offer us the 10% demo discount, with no apologies for the wait or her behavior. What kind of attitude and service is this?? No trust in customers or in her own employees. I was extremely repulsed by her approach to the whole situation. read more
