I brought this to the staff's attention, and they were very nice; however, they mentioned it is ultimately up to the sellers to review their own stock. I personally identified about 15 rings labeled as real opals and silver that were not stamped, and one even had a plastic "opal." Owners should oversee their sellers' inventory to ensure that counterfeit or misrepresented items are not being sold. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, as many of the items were not legitimate.

I had regrets at the time even for paying so much for an item I couldn't afford, but now realising I can't even sell it and get my money back is a real disapointment.
