I was asking her about bouquets and saw an older woman doing a beautiful arrangement and said it was just beautiful. That woman looked harried and stressed. I get it. Even though this was not Valentine's Day or any holiday. Anyhow that same older woman walked past me in a hurry towards the back and yelled back at us that she wouldn't be able to have any bouquets ready until 4:00. She yelled this comment super loud and in a very annoyed, put out tone. I was taken aback and commented to the nice girl who was helping me that I would not be getting that woman to help me with anything; I would pick my flowers and take them in hand. I felt very uncomfortable and very humiliated. I would have walked right out but the girl who was helping me was so sweet and, I wanted flowers. I would like to say this is not the first time this woman has treated me like this.

Over the course of my trip, I purchased a linen blouse and linen shorts. Unfortunately, shortly after I got home, I suffered some quality issues with the two items. I contacted the owner and she was able to help despite some time having passed and me not being able to drop in to show her the items. Overall, a very pleasant experience - I can't wait to go back to shop in person! Minus just half a star for the quality issues, but the customer service was simply exemplary.
