Thank you, Sophie, for helping me send birthday flowers to my Auntie in SQM. It does make a big difference when you hear a kind voice on the other end of the phone line, making things easy and very helpful. Anytime, any day- I would recommend their customer service. I only hope that their arrangement " florist design" lives up to their customer service. read more

I walked into Billie's Florist today at 12:15 pm to buy my good friend a birthday bouquet. a super nice British girl was helping me. I was asking her about bouquets and saw an older woman doing a beautiful arrangement and said it was just beautiful. That woman looked harried and stressed. I get it. Even though this was not Valentine's Day or any holiday. Anyhow that same older woman walked past me in a hurry towards the back and yelled back at us that she wouldn't be able to have any bouquets ready until 4:00. She yelled this comment super loud and in a very annoyed, put out tone. I was taken aback and commented to the nice girl who was helping me that I would not be getting that woman to help me with anything; I would pick my flowers and take them in hand. I felt very uncomfortable and very humiliated. I would have walked right out but the girl who was helping me was so sweet and, I wanted flowers. I would like to say this is not the first time this woman has treated me like this. read more

We were absolutely embarrassed by the disappointing, ugly arrangement that was delivered by Billie's. We ordered a sympathy flowers for $100 plus delivery on top. Please see below what we got...3 roses, some unopened lillies and what looks like some weeds in a mason jar. Absolutely terrible! When I complained I was told that the owner herself had created it and a new replacement arrangement would be delivered the next day and they would pick this one up. The next day they delivered a only SLIGHTY larger, but equally ugly and underwhelming arrangement was delivered but they did not pick up the old one. Instead they bothered my grieving friend and her family a 3rd time the following day! Unbelievable! Skip Billie's if you need flowers in Squamish. They have no style and no class. You will just be left embarrassed and angry! read more

This is by far, THE WORST, flower shop I've ever had delivery from. My husband made an online order for our anniversary in which he selected the bouquet with stargazers, chocolates, and a stuffed bear. BIG disappointment when they delivered cheap carnations and the wrong chocolates. The only thing they had right was the stuffed bear... I honestly wouldn't have made a complaint until they started accusing us of lying. The lady I spoke to claimed my husband called in (which he did not as I was right beside him and he was being discreet) and placed the order saying he wanted the colours purple and red. What?? NO. Our anniversary flower is always, and always will be, lilies (stargazers in particular). He ordered them online, with his credit card. The only time he spoke to them was when THEY CALLED HIM to confirm the order. We had to repeat this to her a few times yet she still insisted they were right. How infuriating! The lady pretended that she never received a complaint like this before (ahem - did you see the last one star review they received?). This is projection at its finest. What horrible customer service and such a waste of money. Stay away from this company. They are deceitful, rude, and will accuse you of lying to them if you bare an issue. read more

Cute indoor plant and homegood store. There was no string of pearls that I saw but only string of bananas/dolphins.

Billies House is a Squamish gem. It's a dog-friendly flower and gift shop, with everything from candles, to jewelry, to greeting cards and more. The staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is light and happy. Billies is a great place to come and browse. A visit to the store is never the same twice, as they always bring in new stock and products. If you come to shop here, expect to spend some money. It's not cheap, but the items are top quality. read more

What you think you are getting for $54.95 flowers and delivery and what your mom gets for Mother's Day.. huge disappointment and feel ripped off.. (doesn't include the vase). Would give zero review if possible, what a poor excuse for flower delivery. read more

Alanna and her team at Billies did the bouquets and florals for our wedding in June 2013 in Whistler. The colours were gorgeous and Alanna really took the time to understand what I was looking for and what colours the wedding party was wearing. We had a very colourful affair with yellows, turquoise, pinks and reds and Alanna's team highlighted the colours and used succulents and silvers to even things out. The results were beautiful, from the bouquets for me and my bridesmaids, to the centrepieces and arbour decorations that created an absolutely perfect backdrop. Alanna was easy to work with - even meeting me in Vancouver to discuss arrangements face-to-face, and it was easy for us to make our returns despite it being a holiday long weekend. Thanks Alanna, you and your team are fabulous and I'd recommend anybody to get their wedding florals from you! read more

I received a Birthday flower arrangement 9 days ago and it is still holding up strong and bright. What a great gift, especially when it lasts. With the flowers came a most high quality French soap from Billies. I couldn't be more pleased..thank you! October 2018 Susan read more

Came in day before mother's Day to get a couple bouquets and asked for a custom $30 with Iris' and the owner was very accommodating about it. Now here's why I have it such a low rating. I asked to pay for one of the bouquets the next day because I was going to pay with a different card and the older British lady said "no you have to pay now" in a very rude tone. Eyebrow raiser. I come home from work and see this bouquet I was so excited to see all day. I have never been so disappointed in a bouquet that I've gotten from there. $3/Iris=$15 $2.50/carnations=$5 even though I asked no carnations. And cherry on top $10 of cheap greenery. I miss the old owners. My $30 bouquets were full. read more

Wanted to send flowers to a Friend for Birthday in Squamish. Talked to Tanya. Wow what an amazing lady, took my order, and suggested that it be delivered the next day as fresh flowers would be delivered in the morning. Being from Vancouver, I had no idea what to expect. Wow is all I can say. My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement, and I was speechless. The arrangement was AWESOME!!!!! THANKS to TANYA and her TEAM for a wonderful arrangement. Thanks Billies Flowers House. H.L read more

Billies is amazing! I'm always in there! They have a beautiful curated selection of healthy plants, flowers and other small local items (jewellery, soaps, ceramics). Their staff are super kind, knowledgeable, helpful and are happy to answer all my tangent plant questions. I definitely think they have helped foster my green thumb. So happy to have such a great plant/flower shop that also supports smaller businesses :) read more

I booked Billies Flower House last minute for my floral arrangements for my wedding in April 2019. Not only were they accommodating, they made it so that I was able to stick within my budget. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. They made my inspiration pictures come to life! My bouquet was absolutely stunning and the centrepieces were so beautiful that all the guests took them home after. Thank you all so much! read more

I've now ordered two times and both times I felt let down by the quality of their arrangements. Both times the arrangements felt sloppy and rushed. My first arrangement was a phone order and I was expecting full pink with hits of white as I requested. It was white and a couple pink hits. There were many single flowers including a big single hydrangea. And it looked very amateurish for the quality they portray. The second was an order the same friends mom ordered this last weekend. She requested pink, full round and long stems. Not only was it one sided there were stems with no flowers. Many single stems including one huge bullseye dahlia. The stems were not long either. I had to go buy more flowers to even out the almost 10 stems of lisianthus then re arrange in a shorter vase. It's too bad that they don't seem to put a solid effort into their product. The flowers for the most part are great quality and I think with the right efforts put in and someone to guide with experience, this place could be successful. read more

I received flowers as a surprise. The arrangement was beautiful. However, a couple days prior to the date of the surprise, they left me a message to confirm the delivery. My partner then proceeded to call them and ask them not to call me again to confirm the address and time etc. On the day of delivery, they called me again to confirm. It was a great bouquet bound with fresh flowers but the fact that they don't have the option to choose a surprise option sort of took the amazingness out of it. They added some chocolates to the order to make up for it, but when asking why they had to confirm multiple times with the receiving person they just said " it's what we do." So a bit of a let-down. read more
