Haven't seen the quality of the bouquet but I'm not holding out for much after this costumer service experience. This friend has no family in whistler and just moved there a little while ago and I'm out of province to be there to celebrate. I was trying to do something nice, these guys dropped the ball. I was able to communicate my need quickly and efficiently with the staff, all while I'm located thousands of miles away in the US.
