I emailed a few pictures after, to give a rough idea. Then trusted it to the shop owner. Boy was I blown away by the outcome! Quality and quantity exceeded my expectations, and everything was ready on time. In fact, we even asked at the last minute if we could pick up the arrangements a day early, and the staff graciously stayed past their closing time to accommodate us. Florists are artists. What I tried: Cotton Candy(white chocolate) - Soft serve was coated with blue color white chocolate and topped with cotton candy. Beautiful blue and pink colored dessert.
