Now, that's it for the good.. he has absolutely no sense of time whatsoever! Not only can he not show up on time, or even on the same day as your appointment time.. he does a mediocre job at best. A child could have done a better job than what was done, and that's not a joke. I am really shocked at his ratings, after all, that's why I hired him. For the price I paid, I expected the whole inside to be clean, after all, that's what I paid for. The job I got wasn't worth $20! I got a hold of him yesterday to (politely) let him know that the car was still really dirty, and that I also have pics. He responded by saying he would come back today by 4:30pm while it's still daylight to clean it again for no charge this time. I did really appreciate that response. Now that it's just under 3 hours past when he was supposed to show up, with no call or text.... I am very upset! I'm mad now that he didn't even say he's sorry at the very least. I am a very reasonable and rational person. If he were to have shown up today, I would have reviewed him with 5 starts even considering what happened. I believe in second chances. That's why when he didn't show up when he said he would many times, I let it go. Trust me, I really want to be writing a good review right now, but he didn't even make it to my place to make up for his mistakes. I'd advise you to do your homework before you make your decision on which mobile car cleaning (detailing) company you hire. If I could give him zero stars, I would.
