I received a few quotes with varying prices and couldn't decide, therefore I also did a Google search of reviews of the various places to help me make my decision of where to take my vehicle. GP, which is 45 mins away from my home, and an hour in traffic from my work, quoted me a flat rate with parts and labor included, which was $20 more than a shop in my neighborhood. The removal and install was fast, and the gentleman was very professional. My bill was actually $20 more than the flat rate quoted. Therefore, I ended up paying $40 more than I would have paid had I gone to a local shop, 1hour 45 mins driving, and a 1/4 tank of gas. Pricey lesson learned. However, I'm grateful that my windshield is fixed before winter. I recommend this location for folks who live in the area. It's clean with a comfortable waiting room. Also, if you're low in cash, make sure you know that "flat rate" doesn't mean the same to everyone. Use the Project tool to receive quotes, etc, but do extra homework and know exactly how much a service will cost you in exact pricing, considering your travel (gas) expenses, and time when comparing.

Gerber team was able to give a fair quote that was much less than other shops. They were able to completely repair our SUV... it looked like a new car when I picked it up. I waited a couple weeks to post this just in case it drove funny or there were follow-up issues (which they guarantee to repair) but there is nothing zero zilch. I would 1000000% recommend taking your car here for repairs. They were in constant communication with any updates and completed the repair earlier than expected. It was seamless with our insurance as well. There is also an Enterprise rental office about 20 feet away. Thank you Hannah, Megan, and Gary. They were all so professional and friendly both in-person or over the phone.

Jake and his crew do an amazing job and they seem to really enjoy what they do. I initially started with just getting my windows tinted, but after 2 months with this new black car I finally realized Jake was right and that a ceramic coating is absolutely necessary. They were able to reverse the damage that the car dealership and a few car washes caused and the car now looks better than it did the day I drove it off the lot! I strongly recommend this place to anybody considering window tinting or ceramic coatings not only because they do a great job but they also walk you through all the options available in detail and recommend what you really need and not just try to sell you the most expensive options available. I recently had my truck windows tinted and honestly it was a game changer, the final product looks outstanding. The customer service was spot on and they have some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They explained everything clearly especially since it was my first time getting my windows tinted and the job was done super quick. tldr; A fantastic experience that we should have gotten done ages ago…read more The general rule of thumb is that SUVs get tinted windows, but sedans do not. I'm not really sure why. It seems silly and nonsensical, so I finally made the decision to get the rear passenger windows tinted. Overall we had a great experience. The appointment was easy enough to schedule, and they were very prompt once we arrived. The man at the front desk was very friendly and informative. He walked us through all the various grades and asked us what our goals were and matched them to our interior. At no point did we feel like we were getting upsold. We were walked through what matched our needs and no more. The experience was a great example of how a strong business can operate and everyone feels satisfied. We'll absolutely recommend this business to anyone and everyone, and we'll no doubt be back if the need arises. Extra shout out for the attention to detail.
