Throwing away money is one thing but to pay someone to do a lousy job is another and do little or nothing for me. That hurts. Pay to end up worse off than you started. Double whammy. I took my computer in one day. Complaining of a stop code I was getting on my computer. They said they would replace the corrupted windows, $95. Then I chose to have everything backed up, another $80. They had mine over a week for this simple project. I call on Friday and Valerie , who I think doesn't even know what she is doing there, said she was just backing up everything and would put them all in separate folders. She said in 2 hrs it had only backed up 2% and that it would take until the next day to complete. Seriously? 24 hrs to back up my computer? I don't think so if you know what you are doing like maybe a 5th grader knows how. Now she said it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Monday comes and they weren't even open. She also had the nerve to tell me that they had upgraded me to windows 10. What a joke. I already HAD windows 10. Guess Valerie has NO IDEA what she is doing. Tuesday I go in. Get my computer. Valerie shows me some pictures of someone else and says, ":Are these yours"? I said No. So my computer wasn't completely backed up. Basically I did that myself. After getting home some of those other person's pics were on my computer. So maybe MY PICS are on THEIR computer. Valerie put what backup she did all in one folder. I wouldn't ever want this girl to even wrap my burger at a fast food place let alone EVER touch my computer again. Not separated like she said she was doing. What she didn't back up I complained about and they took another day to put everything on a flash drive for ME TO BACK UP after paying them to do it. So I did most of the job I paid them $80 to do. What's wrong with this picture? This is when it becomes a ripoff. They also still had my stuff on their computer since I was now informed Kevin keeps everything from customers computers as he said, for the customers for 30 days". Seriously? I don't want someone working on my computer and backing up my personal pictures and info where they have access to it any time. That is scary. What gives them that right? NOTHING!!!!! Valerie showed me a folder that had 1077 pics in it that she hadn't backed up after I had insisted she look and found the pics. That wasn't backed up. I had to have her find them. Then they weren't even on the flash drive they gave me or my computer. 1077 photos lost. Also some videos lost. Giving me a flash drive with SOME of my stuff on it is not THEM backing up my things. It's a pathetic job of charging me and giving me a flash drive and calling it that they backed up. What a joke. The ONLY thing she backed up was my music. Kevin says to come back in and he would look at it since I am STILL getting the original windows message. Like I really want to let them touch my computer again. I will take my computer now again somewhere else and have them look at it. Also you can't get back what is lost. So they did nothing more than make a mess of things and make me pay $175.00 of well earned, on a fixed income. I felt they could also have take a snap shot of my desk top too, so I know all the programs I had to reinstall. Since they didn't do that it took me a week to figure out all I had so I could reinstall them. What a mess. I was worse off than when I started and a lot broker. Bringing it here and letting this girl Valerie mess with my computer was a disaster. Talk about being ripped off. Hard lesson learned and will NEVER be back. They backed up NO pictures. Thank God I had a lot on my external hard drive so why did I make this mistake? Had I known what was going to be done and not be done I would NEVER have brought it here. Live and learn.....AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
