In the process, it was not communicated what we actually wanted done, which I would find out later. I had to call 3 different times to confirm he was coming the day he said he was coming, at which point he tried to change the date on me. He called me at the time he was supposed to arrive at my house asking if we could find someone else to do the drywall work because he and his crew did not feel like they could do a good job.
