Plus, they measured for our sliding doors 3x and the doors were still the wrong size. Doors are finally installed - look great, but there is a manufacturer defect. They order a replacement - it is the wrong size. We are still waiting for the replacement. In the mean time, I still have an open permit because they haven't inspected anything. The trim for my sliders hasn't been installed and is out on my lanai. We signed our contract August 31, 2023 and we are still waiting for the job to be completed. We have paid them, so they have 0 incentive to complete this job.

While the city was shut down, Jon continuously kept us in the loop as to what was going on with our project. Strange times we live in but once we opened back up, we were back in business. We were able to get our screen up in a couple of days. The guys that came out were knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful. During this entire process, the communication was open and frequent.
