Gary has a great deal of patience and cares about his work. I was a very unhappy and frustrated person and I appreciate his dedication and perfection. In summary I had purchased storm screens for my patio and my original experience was horrible. Unfortunately, I was provide with poor reckless work from the crew of previously know stormfitters and Westshore homes. There were many issues including significant damage, broken parts, dented covers, and missing parts from the poor installation. One of my storm screens damaged during install requiring replacement of multiple parts for proper function. Considering all the time he was here fixing all the problems the cost was very reasonable as well. Fortunately, Gary is very persistent and all is well now. If Gary and his team did not fix the damage there may have been a safety issue for myself, family, and friends. The screens are functioning well now and I am now a very happy person. They left the inside very clean just like they found it. There was a white haze all over the outside wall around the window. Because I had some paint left over from the home builder, they came back on a different day to repaint the area. They are a very friendly couple and I think they said they have been doing this for over 20 years.

Even when he was here and he tested it out the blinds didn't close the last foot and a half. Then Oliver came out again to replace it. Again it didn't close. Each time Oliver stated to contact the office so that someone else could come out. The third time they came out was because the track began to have parts fall out of it. Another crew came out and installed a new track. This crew stated to "use gravity" to assist with closing it. This one was closed 1 time and got stuck half way with no ability to open or close it. Carlos was in the neighborhood and came out to check it out. Immediately he noticed that not only was the track completely malfunctions, but that the track wasn't level. Carlos eventually was able to come back out and install track 4. When Carlos was here he was attempting to close it and it didn't close properly. We never touched it. The office has constantly blamed my family for the failures of these blinds. The problem is that in each circumstance, the blinds were open and closed a total of 1 time each by us because they are so poorly made.

They order a replacement - it is the wrong size. We are still waiting for the replacement. In the mean time, I still have an open permit because they haven't inspected anything. The trim for my sliders hasn't been installed and is out on my lanai. We signed our contract August 31, 2023 and we are still waiting for the job to be completed. We have paid them, so they have 0 incentive to complete this job.

These were all things that I found as the client. I would expect that they held their installers to that standard. I definitely felt like I was the inconvenience when all of this happened to me.
