Once it was determined it could be done, he sent me a link to the glass insert manufacturer he uses to make my choice. I contacted Chuck a couple of days later with my choice. He texted me the price of the door and his installation fee. He was able to set up an appointment the next morning for the install. He arrived on time, was polite and got right to work.
