Even after they finally scheduled county inspection, it took a month and 3 calls to have final plugging (as it is called) scheduled. THEN at plugging the tech advised me they did not have plugs for the door frame. And I will have to take care of that on my own Additionally the windows are NOT the same quality as last year and DO NOT meet Duke Energy rebate standards - even though when meeting with the same sales person as last year I specified same windows as last year. So value for these windows is definitely NOT there. I would rate zero on all counts. Except they were VERY QUICK to process the payment.
