We wanted Andersen windows made with FIBREX material and we discovered McKinley Pro is the only "Premier" Certified Andersen contractor in Central Florida (which I called Andersen to verify) that sells and installs them, and they offer 0% financing! From contract signing, measure, order placement & install, it could not have been a better experience and their communication is fantastic. House is already quieter and A/C does not appear to be coming on near as much. Great job guys!

The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

They came in 2021 and installed the windows. Some of them were cracked - I was told that can happen in transport but that all windows would be replaced. Over then next 5 years I had delays, staff turnover, missing orders and had to live with looking at a big crack across my bedroom window and pray I made it through each hurricane season. This week they finally put in the new window- except it was a completely frosted and opaque window that I never ordered. They knew that and put it in anyway- then they apologize and tell me I will have the correct window in 6 weeks. That last time they told me this it was 6 months. It is such a shame because otherwise I would recommend this place to anyone. In fact- I recommended them to two friends. One opted to stay away when she saw the trouble we had- the other (a neighbor) used them to put in their windows. We never got the "reward" they offered for recommending a new customer. And they live on the same street we do so we know they put the windows in. As much as I like the windows they put in correctly I will never recommend them to anyone else. This has been a nightmare. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with an installer. If they fix their management I will give them 5 stars- but what good are the best windows if you don't have them installed for 5 years? And I am still waiting.....

I found BFARR on the GAF web site as one of their Certified Contractors with GAF Master Elite status, and President's Club Awards. I called BFARR and they responded immediately. Brian Douek was on time, professional, and really knew his stuff. He took pictures via drone and took a look in the attic. It was refreshing to find someone so thorough. And, he made it clear that he really wanted our business. Our two story home has many peaks and angles. We thought the job would take at least a week and were preparing ourselves for the noise and intrusion. The job only took two days! What a relief! Before we knew it, the gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts were done, too. After the install we had a few questions and Brian was here immediately to answer them. Follow through is so important and Brian exceeded our expectations. Our new roof looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Brian Douek and BFARR for any of your roofing needs.
