Our room felt dated, particularly the loud air conditioning unit that kept me up for most of the night (my bad for having forgotten to bring earplugs) and the fake wooden flooring gave the room a particularly sterile feel (though I suppose also makes it easier to clean than carpet flooring?). Oddly enough, the room did have a microwave, which I don't usually see in anything other than long-term stays with a kitchenette. The bathroom was an exercise in cramped, poor design. After standing up to turn on the water for the shower, I immediately banged my head against the metal rack for the towels. The toilet was very low and way too close to the door, so, if you wanted to open or shut the door, you had to stand right up against the sink. The cherry on top was the dark water stains along the bottom of the shower curtain. Amenities: Just the basics with hand soap, lotion, body wash, S&C. We forgot toothpaste but the front desk had us covered. The lady who checked us in and gave me bandaids for my uncomfortable heels at the end of the night was super sweet! Parking lot was free overnight.

It's not only a museum for modern patrons, but also the groundwork that has propelled North Adams to the inclusive community it has become. The art and the nice atmosphere to live in make for picturesque western Massachusetts expensive to live in and some surprising food variety for the size of the communities. There was also a tea experience this day where you did a calming practice and expressed an emotion thought anonymously via red leaves dropped on a box and a red ball was dropped in for a tree sculpture. I overheard the staff from there toward the end of the day it was attended so so. Lately, we have spent the last 5 -6 years visiting the northern regions encompassing Florida and North Adams, MA, mostly for its Arts scene (MASS MoCA, the Clark) and culinary scene (PUBLIC eat+drink, the Common Table). All the while in our midst an old cotton-spinning mill has grown slowly in time into an oasis sparking both collaboration and innovation, into what is aptly named Greylock WORKS. With its 240k square footage, the stunning campus now currently hosts a restaurant, a co-work community with private studios, a Culinary Lab, a Craft distillery, and the Berkshire Cider Project. In addition, current works in progress includes fifty spacious residential LOFTS with magnificent views of the surrounding Berkshire hills. The venue also hosts various events for weddings, conferences, marketing, food fairs and other cultural gatherings. We have discovered the culinary restaurant creation - STATE food+drink, with an expanding menu of American Southern fare and delicious Vietnamese cuisine. The Berkshires community continues its promising revival and growth. We are looking forward to seeing what is in-store this year! Thank you for reading.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a theater. We couldn't understand a word said by most of the actors. There were two or three who were able to project and enunciate, but all of the others were completely inaudible. A professional company could have miked them properly. It completely ruined the experience for my two friends of mine (one left during the intermission. The other two of us had seen it before so at least had some notion of what was going on.) During the intermission I complained and they offered us nothing, no help, no audio enhancement, change of seats, partial or full refund, nothing. It turned out there *were* audio enhancement headsets that my friend was able to find, but these weren't mentioned to me. I was able to rush to get one, but it simply made the poor sound quality louder, tho no more intelligible. When I wrote to the "Audience Engagement Manager" (who I had to rustle up myself, because, again, the staff who I complained to were unhelpful and in fact told me that there was NOBODY I could speak to at the theater, either while I was there or even afterwards), she offered nothing. When pressed, repeatedly, she offered to give me a description of the "options" for sound improvement for next season. Why would I go back next season??
