I recently sent flowers from Jodi's florist shop. When I chose the arrangement I chose it…read morespecifically because it offered a vase that was not the run of the mill floral vases, I chose the medium size arrangement so it would not be skimpy, and for almost $95 (excluding tax) I felt assured I was sending a classy, attractive, arrangement. Our employee was grateful for the flowers and sent us a picture, when I saw the picture I felt embarrassed by the arrangement that was delivered - it did not resemble the picture: it was small in size, I could only see 2 roses (the web pic from just one side angle has at least 4 roses), the only "assorted greens" were a few ferns, and the vase that had been a selling point was a standard florist's vase. Our employee has worked for us for 35 years, lost her Dad, and what she received is mediocre arrangement. Website Description: EXCLUSIVE Our elegant bouquet is a warm reminder that loved ones will always live on in our hearts. Lush blue and white blooms are hand-arranged in our glazed, aquamarine keepsake vase, creating a touching tribute they'll cherish along with their memories while letting them know that brighter days are ahead. My husband and I…read morewere planning our wedding, and a family member wanted to give us our photography as a wedding gift. When my friend told us about Heidi, I checked out her site, and was thrilled with her work. I have a huge amount of respect for Heidi's foundation, because she is a pet photographer. My husband and I own two massive dogs that won't sit still for anything... and to see the shots Heidi can get of an animal is clear proof she is a great photographer. Her and her videographer, Chris both showed up right on time the day of my wedding and I was very comfortable with them. They dressed professionally and were so enthusiastic about beginning their work. They took my wedding gown outside, along with my shoes, and the promise to bring them both back and began shooting some wonderful pictures in our garden. They spent the day taking the normal wedding pictures, lining family members up, but then they let us get creative and had fun with other shots as well. The thing I liked best about Heidi and Chris was how laid back they were. They got all of the shots we wanted, and were never rude about anything. They had fun with us, and fit in as part of our wedding. After our wedding was over, this is really one of the best things we'll have... our photos and video. Heidi worked very hard the past 2 weeks to make our pictures available, and we loved every single shot. We sent them on to family members, who were all equally as excited. I recommend Heidi because of how much you are getting when you book with her. She is professional, smart, flexible, open to suggestions and most of all, just a sweet person to have at your wedding. I hope I have helped anyone make a decision about their photographer. -Sarah
