Not recommended! My brother sent me flowers for a special occasion. Based on 5 star recommendations, he ordered from the Botaniste in Easthampton, MA. He requested something unique and beautiful. Cost - $175, not including delivery. The vase was the best part of the arrangement. - nice heavy base. The arrangement itself was sad! It was unique - but not attractive or pleasing, in any way. My estimate of the cost of the flowers was $35 maximum - Retail. The arrangement was wilted and dying by the 2nd day. I sent my brother a picture of the flowers to thank him for his thoughtfulness, and he was very upset at the poor quality and value of the arrangement. I dissuaded him from contacting the Florist since he would not have been pleasant in his appraisal of the quality of the arrangement or the talent of the florist. I would NEVER recommend this florist to anyone. read more

Wow! Excellent service! I had a crazy day and almost forgot to send flowers to someone I love who just lost a loved one. I live out of state, so I checked Yelp and found The Botaniste. I called them at 4:45pm on a Friday... they were pretty busy in the store, so she offered to call me back in a few minutes and make sure I was taken care of immediately. While waiting on the return call, I checked their website and found that it was so easy to use, I would just place my order online. She called me back as I was finishing and was so pleasant! We talked a bit about the arrangement and how to make contact with the receiver. At 6:45pm, just 2 hours after making initial contact, I received a very nice thank you from my loved one, along with a picture of the arrangement. Corina is exceptional florist and pays very close attention to detail and loves what she does. (My original order was placed through Teleflora who notified me the night before wake they had to cancel my order. I called Corina whom jumped in and saved the day.) Altho she could not provide a potted blue hydrangea, she went above and beyond to pull together a soft, rustic & beachy, "Cape Cod" arrangement using blue hydrangeas and soft hues of cream and peach. My aunt was so touched and pleased with the arrangement which she also delivered within 24 hours of my phone call. I wish all florists had her passion and desire to please her customers. I was happy to find The Botaniste within close proximity to my girlfriends home in MA and they had pictures of what looked like beautifully crafted one of a kind arrangements. I decided to visit this hidden gem in Easthampton after reading reviews on yelp. I was looking for flower arrangements for cemetery plots and wanted to find something that was suitable for Christmas and was not fake looking. I popped in the store on a weekday afternoon and was greeted by the owner of the shop Corrina, "sorry for any wrong spelling". I expressed my need and was promptly told that she did not have what i needed on hand but would personally make flower arrangements and would only take 10 minutes or so. It was definitely worth the wait to watch her put together these arrangements for two people in my life that are very special to me. PRESS PLAY The minute I got them on the phone, my concerns faded away. I was respected and felt like she genuinely cared about making sure that I, and more importantly the person receiving the flowers, were happy. Money troubles? Me too fam. But with only a $35 minimum for delivery it was hella affordable . I was getting a gift for a friend who left a bad job and she even helped me put together a note so on point you'd think I'd ordered a cactus. Corina and Sloan are a fantastic team, and the floral decorations that they pulled together for our wedding was pretty much a Pinterest dream board. Her style meshed incredibly well with our vision, and perhaps her best quality was her willingness to change all of her plans for our ceremony to be held inside - the day before! Our favourite touch was unique to the quality of the Botaniste: a collection of antique books that they allowed us to include in our centerpieces, along with beautiful bouquets.
