I was actually on the opposite coast when we spoke, but her friendliness and genuine care made me feel like we spoke in person. It actually prompted me to order another flower wreath for my mom. I was threatened with legal action for doing so. The owner then called back, out of control, telling me to listen to HIM and YELLED the worst obscenity a person could call a woman, calling me an f-ing c-word, then hung up! I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy. One star is WAY TOO MUCH, but I had to fill in something... Reported to our bank and the Better Business Bureau. Did not put any seed down and had to come back with seed. 2024 - Paid for full service up front. Lawn was greener. Same problem with over seeding. No seeds were drop on the lawn after Aeration. Manager and tech said they installed it but my lawn maintenance guy confirmed that there was no seed, Manager basically said I was lying about the seeding. 2025 - Paid in full but deleted Aeration and overseeding. Lawn was green but still had some crab grass in spots. 2026 Paid in full up front like other years, but only paid for basic service. Deleted the Lime application because money is tight. (senior citizen) TLC put down a lime treatment even though it was not paid for up front and sent us a bill for the application that we did not order. Called several times and even got hung up on by one person. In conclusion, we have requested that they do not EVER return to our prosperity and trade the last treatment due later this year for the lime application. Also please remove us from their mailing list. I guess you pay for what you get, but TLC is not worth the dollars spent.
