The fridge was at the coldest temperature, and not only were the rosebuds frozen, but the foam-thingy that holds water was frozen. The bridesmaid's bouquets were ok as most of them were in a different fridge, but my cascading, bridal bouquet was toast. We called Nuttleman's, and not only did they make a new one on the spot, but they gave us some spare baby's breath to help clean up some of the bridesmaids bouquets. I was prepared to pay an arm and a leg for these services, since we literally had no other choice, but they were kind and did not gouge us. The new bouquet matched the rest of the flowers, and my pictures came out beautifully.
