Doug informed me that he was a new owner but I shouldn't worry; he would take care of me. He contacted the company that manufactured the light and in under a week got me a replacement driver for free. He not only got me the replacement driver, he also lent me an LEC light to keep my girls happy until the new driver arrived. I had never met Doug before nor had I done business at Here We Grow since he became the owner. It did not seem to matter at all. The Lowes staff is always moving around the store, and so have a traveled understanding of many sections. It's a large store. I've met staff of varying ages, histories, and experiences at Lowes. I've gotten new blinds cut, hdmi extenders, keys, and more. I'm sure I could write more since I have a collection of names of folk who have helped me. Somewhere. The only caveat I have for you is that they have a chat bot call system, and you usually need to try different options until you can speak to a human being. It's worth it since I've gotten a lot of help from everybody throughout the store. More names in a future review I hope.

They said they cant issue a refund or switch my order to a in store pick up. I spent time opening a case to get a refund and was told i would get an update in 24 hours. I called to get an update and the store associate said there is nothing they can do and that they cant look up the case or confirm that my order was delivered to the wrong place. Now its been 3 days - no refund, no order, no case update, no problem solving. Just inconvenience after inconvenience and time wasted. Now I have to go to the store and purchase the item with no resolution. -5/10 experience.
