Jeff's methods are effective because of his clear explanations and demonstrations. He is patient in teaching not only the dogs but the humans as well. I contacted owner an explained our situation. She texted that if i had contacted her a little sooner (hours) it would not be an issue. A question i had for her was what difference it would have made if you have a no refund policy. She informed us about the no refund policy. Told me she needed the money for rent, check cleared the bank and issue was closed. I'm not disputing the policy in which i signed, I'm letting others know how she chose to handle. I even offered to pay for her visit, again No Refunds. I can understand if she held place in her schedule and we caused a financial hardship due to cancelling at a point weeks later. At this point she has our money and has done Nothing for it. Is this someone you can trust! In life we have all been in a similar situation, Life Happens.
