Everyone is friendly and helpful and they are great about clearing plates and glasses from your table so the space stays clean and comfortable. One of the coolest features is the sky deck. It is bright, spacious, and even has its own bar which makes it a great place to relax before a flight. My favorite seats in the entire space, however, are the gold chairs facing the windows in the main lounge area. These chairs are perfectly positioned so you can watch the planes come and go. I always try to grab one of those. If I am flying out of Terminal 1, I do not care where my gate is, I am coming here.
