This is a great place to have a drink before your flight. You have to be flying Delta and have a membership for access, but worth it.

There is just no better way to spend a few hours before or between flights. The food is good, the drinks are cold and plenty of outlets and comfortable seating.

There are, as of 2025, three Delta Sky Clubs in MSP Terminal 1; this is the oldest one, right by the main drag near concourses F and G. I remember it as the Northwest Airlines lounge way back in the day. Even though Delta has installed those two cool new lounges and this is the smallest, it is a nice airport lounge. It looks like they expanded the food bar so they have a perfectly good selection, and it's decent food if not mind-blowing. Numerous well-indicated vegetarian & vegan options. I don't drink so it doesn't affect me when there are charges for drinks, but there is an "upgrade menu" featuring drinks that include surcharges, but you have the option of paying in Delta Skymiles. It's really clean and there is plenty of seating. I'm tapping this out at 6:30pm on a weeknight, and although there is substantial traffic there is no shortage of food or space. Totally clean and modern restrooms, but no showers. Numerous espresso machines with many options. Kind employees regularly checking on needs; one of them saw me taking pictures and offered to take one of me so that's why I am in one of these pictures, I hope you don't mind that. Oh and they had a cute lemonade station going tonight, I like it!

I've been to this sky club a few times before and it seems like it is always very crowded and you have to really look for a spot to sit. I don't think I've ever been able to get a booth/sofa but I am always able to find somewhere to sit. This time I got a receptacle so that's a perk. The food was good with an Asian inspired menu that was decently executed. I liked the soda machine since it makes the little cubes that Starbucks has. It is a nice open space which also leads to a loud open space. It is better to wait here than at the gate but not by much. The biggest perk is the food and drinks.

Great place to rest while you wait for your flight. The food was not as good as the Amex Centurion Lounges, but still decent with warm and cold food options. Strong free WiFi is a plus. Ambiance was just ok, not luxurious. Overall, a decent airport lounge.

Very nice lounge. Thankfully my boyfriend had a credit card to get in here. He did have to pay $50 for me to come in as a guest. We didn't have a lot of time, so it really wasn't worth it to pay $50 to come and get some food for only about 10 minutes. If you have a long layover, this is definitely gonna be worth it. There's free WiFi and hot foods as well as snacks. Oh yea there's a bar here too.

At 7:40 pm on a Monday, this club was very busy, with a long line for the dinner buffet. An officious employee tried to stop me from leaving with a veggie wrap. I had a very tight connection, with time only to pickup a little food and run. Another employee who knew of my situation rescued me, and allowed me to exit.

We found this Delta Sky Lounge to be very clean, well maintained and has excellent folks working, both up front (agents) and in the back (hospitality) of the house. These are important criteria we look for when traveling. That, and lots of comfy seating. LOL We had a four and a half hour layover here before our flight to Amsterdam. We were here for most of that time and we tried to relax after some goof ups in our flight itinerary. But the Agents who were working to fix things, came over several times to keep us informed. Eventually, we met the senior Delta Manager at MSP in the Lounge. Though in the end, they could only do so much, we appreciated the personal contact and courtesy they showed us trying to fix our problem.

New egg bites (turkey sausage flavor ) There is almost sausage in all of the hot options, which in my mind is a good thing.

Quick update. First the good news. They switched out the fake omelettes (well they are real but clearly cow from someplace like Sysco and have been processed beyond recognition) for egg bites that actually have flavor (they taste like the ones I make but note that these are also processed a lot, maybe slightly less than the omelettes.). Beyond that the food has generally gotten better. The liquor assortment is also better with Old Forester 86 Proof Bourbon replacing Jack Daniels as one of the freebies (you can now craft a decent Manhattan for free here) The club is the same. The bathrooms have been upgraded which was very needed. I nicked off a star since around the country SkyClubs have gotten a lot better and this one has basically stayed the same. As a big hub MSP needs a flagship club and will get one when the new one in the high Gs opens in April.

There are 3 Delta Sky Club lounges at the Minneapolis MN MSP airport. The newest one is at gate area G18. But this is not the newest one. This one is near F/G gates at the start of F. The other is at C12. This one is really nice also and has a lot of space and usually hot food for breakfast lunch and dinner. Charge stations everywhere and cubicles for working as well as a printer for free printouts as needed. They also have boba tea for lunch and dinner which is always fun. The food is good and the comfort of the seating makes being here before or after your flight worthwhile. In the women's bathroom, there is one huge stall w its own sink and a stool so it's great to have this.

If you're flying in or out of MSP and have the opportunity to pass your waiting time in the Delta lounge then don't miss it! In the hustle and bustle of airports, this area provides a much needed space for the weary traveler. Upon walking through the door you scan your boarding pass to confirm you have access and then can make your way to the one of the many seats that all provide table space, and power ports. The seats are plentiful and comfy throughout. There are also high top options. A major bonus of the lounge is access to multiple food options throughout the day. I stopped in at breakfast, and they had variety of cheeses and meats, eggs, breakfast sausages, fruit, as well as cereal, and oatmeal. They have upgraded coffee machines where you can make your own espresso, lattes cappuccinos or just plain coffee. They also have a full complementary bar that many people seem to be taken advantage of, even at five in the morning! Vacay mode starts early! They have multiple boards throughout the loan so you can monitor your flight status as well and also have bathroom options to freshen up before you catch your flight. Definitely take advantage if you have the opportunity!

Had 20 minutes to catch my connecting flight and was glad this Sky Club was on the way and close to the gate. Airport was quite large and very nice inside. It is Delta Air Lines second largest hub. No complaints on the service, cleanliness, food or beverages as I got my fill quickly and was able to catch the next flight with ease. First time in MSP and would love to spend more time and check out the restaurants.

Haven't been to this lounge before Covid so I can't speak to its changes, but it was a nice spot to sit down and eat before my flight! The food around dinner time was better than expected, and the Bloody Mary from the bar was pretty good too. Though it was a bit crowded, they did a good job of keeping all the food stocked and counting how many ppl were inside to make sure everyone had a spot to sit (there was a line to get in once it was full).

Aside from having the displeasure of walking extra distance, this lounge is probably the nicest dining/loungey space in the twin cities. It reminds me of the new Four Seasons downtown. That is not a knock on the Four Seasons, just pointing out how nice this lounge it. The design, fit/finish and quality of materials throughout are amazing, truly top shelf. Anywhere you sit, you feel like you are in a very special place. Also, it is mammoth, huge, gigantic. Expansive, too. There is plenty of room to spread out and find a space to sit and work or just gather with your travel buddies. There is plenty of food and there are a couple of bars, too. My one complaint is that it is so big, that it is tough for families to navigate with small kids. The inevitable back and forth for food, drinks, extra napkins, dropped forks, bathroom trips - can become a pain schlepping back and forth. But, if you are without kids, this place it great.

Without that credit it would be overpriced just like everything at the airport, but still that was very yummy. I think that without a card/membership that admits you for free, it is $25 to just come in and use the lounge. There are separate areas to this lounge. One is a bar and restaurant, and there is also a shop with golf-type stuff. Seating is comparable to a family restaurant and it overlooks the central concourse. Then there is the quieter, more lounge-y section. You can get the same food/drinks whichever side you choose. And there are golf simulators! That's not my scene but I imagine golfers will appreciate this option. Seems expensive to me, $40 for a half hour, but maybe that's normal and I just don't like it because I'm not a golfer. But I'm thinking about that omelette and thinking I should return and use my $15 credit toward some lunch or dinner.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch after our trip in from LA, and found the food and experience to be decent. The club is over 21,000 square feet, making it the biggest at MSP (though not nearly as big as the newer Clubs at SLC and LAX and ATL). It is located on the upper deck of the airport, with entrance via elevator from the terminal floor. Its big feature is the year round open Sky Deck. There is a great variety of different seating, with various barriers giving different levels of privacy. The food was OK, with salad and a hot chicken dish being decent. This location continues to use real plates, bowls, and utensils, so bussing is a must to allow seating to be quickly reused. I did also stop by the bar to get a mojito, but the bartender did a poor job in making it (didn't muddle the mint, or use a shaker, and didn't bother measuring)...neither my wife or me bothered finishing it. It is such a treat to board first or at your leisure, and get a priority tag slapped on your luggage among some of the perks. What I wasn't expecting was complimentary lounge access at the United Club lounge at MSP. I had been to one United Club in EWR (Newark) over a decade ago. I probably have a different perspective from others who have rated this United Club. I am the type who doesn't take such opportunities for granted. I am a seasoned traveller, but I still feel like I'm the newbie who crashes business class now and again. Between the EWR and MSP United lounges, the former is indeed bigger. I remember snacking and making hot chocolate. It doesn't take much to keep me content. However, I like MSP a lot more. Sure, it's small. Size isn't everything. I feel like many are so focused on how large things are. How about quality? How yummy the food is? How nice staff are? This club is between gates E6 and E8. Air Canada and United flights arrive at and depart from concourse E. To get the magical door of this club lounge to open, you press a button on the right side of the wall. Once you are inside, you check in at the desk by scanning your boarding pass. I always feel like I'm a newbie at any lounge. Luckily, the woman at the desk was so friendly. I scanned my boarding pass from my phone. It worked nicely. The woman welcomed me in as if I were a regular. As expected, all lounge seating by the window was taken. I was fine being in front of a TV screen, with the windows to my right. I actually was pleased that the view was so nice. I had charging plugs and USB ports by my comfy seat. I charged my phone, which felt like a luxury. I headed to the food and drink area to see what was there. I came in with a Caribou Coffee sparkling drink, so I didn't bother with drinks at this lounge. However, I did feel like a snack. I got veggie sticks and a turkey sandwich. Both were yummy and hit the spot. I was here on St. Patrick's Day. A woman came by, asking if I wanted a corned beef sandwich and coleslaw. Wow! I said yes. I got them on a little tray with a fork. These two items were even better than what I had just eaten. The sandwich was divine. Maybe it's because I don't indulge in corned beef as much as I used to. I loved the coleslaw. It was crunchy and I'm always a fan of some side salad. I used the washroom before leaving this lounge. It was a single stall and was clean. My flight was to start boarding at 4 pm. Instead, I heard a courtesy call in this lounge that it was the last call for my flight. What?! The good thing was that I was boarding at gate E3, which wasn't far. I also didn't have anyone sitting next to me in my aisle, so I didn't need to make anyone stand up to get to my window seat. I thanked the two women at the club front desk and wished them a great day. I then headed to my gate and heard my last name being called out with two other folks. I had a wonderful experience at this lounge. It had everything that I needed. Staff were friendly. That corned beef sandwich with coleslaw was yummy. (137)

Snacks to go were limited to chocolate covered espresso beans which is an elevated option, but not being a morning sweets kind of person, variety would've been nice. They did have orange juice, cranberry juice, teas, coffees, water, and lemonade so breakfast wise that worked for me. I did notice that there wasn't a drink fountain so you'd probably order soda from the bar. The bathroom was clean, the WiFi was fast, and the team members were friendly. There weren't any desks or meeting/phone spaces so not the most ideal if you're planning on working while traveling. This airport is pretty nice with amble seating, but I wouldn't pass up on this United Club next time I'm here. However, if you're buying a day pass, I'd probably opt for the Escape Lounge because it's cheaper, bigger, and has hot food available.
