Always appreciate the respite in the Club. Even when it's super busy it's better than out in the chaotic mainstream between legs. Always good food options with something for most everyone. Hopefully I won't run out of access before the end of the year with the new rules Seems like a punishment for traveling alot with them.

This Sky Club never disappoints. I travel through MSP many times a year and this location provides great service, a clean place to relax along with above average food.

It's no secret that my favorite airline is Delta. I like the service, the flight schedules, and the many perks it offers. One such perk is having access to its more than 50 sky lounge club locations. While in Minneapolis on November 1, I visited the Delta lounge there. I was headed to San Francisco from Chicago and welcomed the layover. It gave me an opportunity to relax while enjoying snacks and beverages. The lounge has a full bar, beverage and coffee center, a buffet, salad bar, fruit stand, dessert station, chips stand, etc. It's nice and welcoming to weary travelers. Additionally, the Sky Club offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and the cleanest and most relaxing restrooms, too! There are severals ways to access the lounge for free: Have Delta's Gold or Platinum Medallion status when traveling internationally on Delta or a SkyTeam airline. Be an American Express Platinum Card member and present your boarding pass to the ambassador upon entry. You can also bring one guest with you for free or for a fee depending on your card status. Overall, it is worth it. I gave this Club 4-stars because the location was small and didn't offer the same things, especially when compared to the Sky Club in Seattle (which I totally love). If you don't have a membership, I suggest looking into it. It is totally worth it!

Giving this club a 4 - as the new rule about 3 hour limits are making us regular customers mad! Hope they reverse that ! This specific club tho is top notch - food is great - space is comfy and varied. Some desks / some comfy chairs / windows looking over the runway. Something for everyone- I enjoyed the dinner selections and enjoyed it. Soup / salad / pasta and other options really make the experience positive. That 3 hour rule though - I am rethinking my membership for next year -($545 a year).

One of the smaller Sky clubs in the airport and conveniently located near the concourse. They kept the food and beverages well stocked. Only had 20 minutes for my connecting flight so had to scarf the food down and run. For sure will be back when traveling through.

With Minneapolis being a major Delta Hub (legacy from its purchase of Northwest Airlines which I flew a lot when living in the Midwest), there are two large Sky Club lounges. We had a long layover (4 hours), so decided to use the smaller of the two (this one) near the C gates where we arrived. Delta has been dealing with overcrowding in their lounges, so we verified the crowdedness using the Delta app and walked over (it is located between Gates C11 and C12. Unlike LAX, there are no self-service kiosks to checkin...one has to wait for the next available associate to check us in...but it didn't take too long. It's a nice lounge, with a lot of separate nooks and seating areas. It has a really nice, manned bar (supernice) where you can get the usual Delta service (a lot of the drinks are complementary, some cost extra), though they didn't have any draft beer. On the other side of the lounge were two buffet food tables: one with cold (vegetables, salad...really love their potato salad, hummus and pita) ; the other one with hot (two soups: veggie chili and chicken cream rice; and meat dish of barbacoa, plus various cheeses and charcuterie). Everything was good: I made a version of beef chili by combining the chili with the pulled beef, and it turned out delicious (enough for me to get two large bowls of it to make a decent dinner). Another thing I really like about the MPLS lounges is that they have a healthy supply of bagged chips, peanuts, and other things that you can easily take on the go. It's great for bringing different snacks onto the Delta flight, to break the mototony of biscuits, almonds, and Sun Chips. The wifi strength is fast and strong. The views are OK. The bathrooms =are not large...only a few stalls, which surprised me with the number of people the lounge can hold. But there was no wait, so they must have planned it correctly. So yeah...the lounge near F/G is nicer, but this one seems to be less crowded. And the food/drinks are similar enough...so would recommend to just go to the one that is closest and/or most convenient.

    Steven W.

Decent snack selection with self service drink bar, with clean restrooms and plenty of rest area with charging stations.

    Finally traveling!

Aside from having the displeasure of walking extra distance, this lounge is probably the nicest dining/loungey space in the twin cities. It reminds me of the new Four Seasons downtown. That is not a knock on the Four Seasons, just pointing out how nice this lounge it. The design, fit/finish and quality of materials throughout are amazing, truly top shelf. Anywhere you sit, you feel like you are in a very special place. Also, it is mammoth, huge, gigantic. Expansive, too. There is plenty of room to spread out and find a space to sit and work or just gather with your travel buddies. There is plenty of food and there are a couple of bars, too. My one complaint is that it is so big, that it is tough for families to navigate with small kids. The inevitable back and forth for food, drinks, extra napkins, dropped forks, bathroom trips - can become a pain schlepping back and forth. But, if you are without kids, this place it great.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch after our trip in from LA, and found the food and experience to be decent. The club is over 21,000 square feet, making it the biggest at MSP (though not nearly as big as the newer Clubs at SLC and LAX and ATL). It is located on the upper deck of the airport, with entrance via elevator from the terminal floor. Its big feature is the year round open Sky Deck. There is a great variety of different seating, with various barriers giving different levels of privacy. The food was OK, with salad and a hot chicken dish being decent. This location continues to use real plates, bowls, and utensils, so bussing is a must to allow seating to be quickly reused. I did also stop by the bar to get a mojito, but the bartender did a poor job in making it (didn't muddle the mint, or use a shaker, and didn't bother measuring)...neither my wife or me bothered finishing it. Delta continues to allow visits after a flight, and with no AMEX Centurion Club at MSP, this club is a decent choice to visit for a drink and some hot food if at MSP.

Without that credit it would be overpriced just like everything at the airport, but still that was very yummy. I think that without a card/membership that admits you for free, it is $25 to just come in and use the lounge. There are separate areas to this lounge. One is a bar and restaurant, and there is also a shop with golf-type stuff. Seating is comparable to a family restaurant and it overlooks the central concourse. Then there is the quieter, more lounge-y section. You can get the same food/drinks whichever side you choose. And there are golf simulators! That's not my scene but I imagine golfers will appreciate this option. Seems expensive to me, $40 for a half hour, but maybe that's normal and I just don't like it because I'm not a golfer. But I'm thinking about that omelette and thinking I should return and use my $15 credit toward some lunch or dinner.

It is such a treat to board first or at your leisure, and get a priority tag slapped on your luggage among some of the perks. What I wasn't expecting was complimentary lounge access at the United Club lounge at MSP. I had been to one United Club in EWR (Newark) over a decade ago. I probably have a different perspective from others who have rated this United Club. I am the type who doesn't take such opportunities for granted. I am a seasoned traveller, but I still feel like I'm the newbie who crashes business class now and again. Between the EWR and MSP United lounges, the former is indeed bigger. I remember snacking and making hot chocolate. It doesn't take much to keep me content. However, I like MSP a lot more. Sure, it's small. Size isn't everything. I feel like many are so focused on how large things are. How about quality? How yummy the food is? How nice staff are? This club is between gates E6 and E8. Air Canada and United flights arrive at and depart from concourse E. To get the magical door of this club lounge to open, you press a button on the right side of the wall. Once you are inside, you check in at the desk by scanning your boarding pass. I always feel like I'm a newbie at any lounge. Luckily, the woman at the desk was so friendly. I scanned my boarding pass from my phone. It worked nicely. The woman welcomed me in as if I were a regular. As expected, all lounge seating by the window was taken. I was fine being in front of a TV screen, with the windows to my right. I actually was pleased that the view was so nice. I had charging plugs and USB ports by my comfy seat. I charged my phone, which felt like a luxury. I headed to the food and drink area to see what was there. I came in with a Caribou Coffee sparkling drink, so I didn't bother with drinks at this lounge. However, I did feel like a snack. I got veggie sticks and a turkey sandwich. Both were yummy and hit the spot. I was here on St. Patrick's Day. A woman came by, asking if I wanted a corned beef sandwich and coleslaw. Wow! I said yes. I got them on a little tray with a fork. These two items were even better than what I had just eaten. The sandwich was divine. Maybe it's because I don't indulge in corned beef as much as I used to. I loved the coleslaw. It was crunchy and I'm always a fan of some side salad. I used the washroom before leaving this lounge. It was a single stall and was clean. My flight was to start boarding at 4 pm. Instead, I heard a courtesy call in this lounge that it was the last call for my flight. What?! The good thing was that I was boarding at gate E3, which wasn't far. I also didn't have anyone sitting next to me in my aisle, so I didn't need to make anyone stand up to get to my window seat. I thanked the two women at the club front desk and wished them a great day. I then headed to my gate and heard my last name being called out with two other folks. I had a wonderful experience at this lounge. It had everything that I needed. Staff were friendly. That corned beef sandwich with coleslaw was yummy. (137)

Snacks to go were limited to chocolate covered espresso beans which is an elevated option, but not being a morning sweets kind of person, variety would've been nice. They did have orange juice, cranberry juice, teas, coffees, water, and lemonade so breakfast wise that worked for me. I did notice that there wasn't a drink fountain so you'd probably order soda from the bar. The bathroom was clean, the WiFi was fast, and the team members were friendly. There weren't any desks or meeting/phone spaces so not the most ideal if you're planning on working while traveling. This airport is pretty nice with amble seating, but I wouldn't pass up on this United Club next time I'm here. However, if you're buying a day pass, I'd probably opt for the Escape Lounge because it's cheaper, bigger, and has hot food available.
