We travel very often and have used delta sky lounges all over the world. (The best one was in Tokyo). MSP's new lounge opened roughly a year ago, and it's nice! Food and drinks: Drinks are pretty similar at most of the lounges. Decent selection of complimentary beverages, from cocktails/wine to juices/coffee. Food is mostly the same... breakfast is a simple little buffet with pastries, cheese/meats, bacon, potatoes, eggs. Lunch and dinner is usually starch, veggie, and some variation of chicken thighs. Basic, but fine. Service: the service at this lounge is great. They come by often to clean up, take dishes, etc. Ambience: the space here is one of the better ones. Very open and airy, floor-ceiling windows, plenty of work space, nice bathrooms, really roomy overall. We are happy to walk extra steps make it to this lounge every time we go through MSP.

Be sure you go to the one at the G Concourse - its way better than the F Concourse (although a bit far). Very pleasant staff especially the bartender. There is an uncharge for premium beverages, however. The food is QUALITY! Beautifully relaxing inside.

Smaller than their main Delta lounge, but close to our connecting flight. Small snacks this afternoon. They have the smoke pepper tomato soup, it's not bad. A lemonade bar, some small bite wraps and sandwiches, cookies and carby desserts. Lemonade with some mint, strawberries and mint, not too bad. It's not bad for snacks.

This hub of a club has plentyyyyy of space to roam around. The bar area is nice, the food station is filling and the staff are amazing. It almost has everything that a SkyClub should have.

What a treat! Great lounges among lounges. Cool selection of beverages and food. Customer service was on top of their game and bartender was super friendly

So happy that two lovely women were at the entrance to greet us with smiles & flight information at 5:30AM. We slept a bit on our midnight flight from LAX, and their greetings woke us up in a pleasant way. We headed right for the hot tea & coffee first. Then we helped ourselves to cheese & eggs, sausage, and hash browns with a kick. I also got some fruit - blackberries, pineapple, and watermelon. Also on the food line were oatmeal, waffles, cereal and apples. Staff in the lounge were efficient and pleasant. As we finished, someone came by to clear our table. No need to hunt for a waste bin! Near the line of food is the bar. I was tempted to request an Irish coffee, but it's too early. On the way out we passed several complimentary magazines. Tempting, but my backpack is full and I'm looking forward to another nap on the flight home. This is a very bright, clean, and satisfying Sky Club!

Delta Sky Club has really upped its game! Outstanding holiday experience, with holiday cookie decorating station, very nice decorations, and a pretty good brunch and lunch spread. + hot cocoa station. still a bummer they charge for premium drinks. But redeeming Skymiles at 1.5cpp is not a bad use.

Easy check in and large seating areas. Good for relaxing or getting some work done. It's fairly clean considering the traffic. The food options are crap. The comp bar options are weak, standard well spirits with few mixers but I do prefer the dry bubbles they offer. There are no trash cans near the dining areas. I needed to toss the driest croissant that crumbed in my hands at the food bar (trying to cut it open to toast it at the toasting station), but there was no one that would look at me to ask where I could toss it or take it from me. Only after speaking up to the point they couldn't fake not seeing me anymore did someone help me. The toasting station has packets of toppings but no where to toss the trash. Smh The food options were far from Delta lounge 'best in class' tagline. Super dry croissants at 8am, Grape jelly (?!), no oatmeal in the 3.5 hours we were there though the dirty empty crock and toppings sat there, Greek yogurt parfaits were NOT made with Greek yogurt, and if offering impossible breakfast meat - also offer the standard too. Individually wrapped apples were appreciated but red delicious actually are awful. Who is your buyer? Fuji, cortland, or even Roma would be tasty and shouldn't cost any more than the Red Delicious. The only saving grace is the clean bathrooms and coffee stations. If Delta Sky Lounges want to attract more high end customers then they need to cut the bullshit and put some quality options out, stat. If I wanted bad cheese, lunch meat and Yoplait, I'd visit a school cafeteria. At least the school wouldn't have fake meat.

The third Delta Sky Club at the Minneapolis airport is the best out of the three! Minneapolis is a major connection hub for Delta Airlines (back from the Northwest Airlines days), so a lot of people are going through the airport. Most of these flights come into Concourse F and G in Terminal 1 (though once I flew into Concourse C), and people might have to move a long way to catch their connection. Up to now, there has been two Delta lounges at MPLS: a smaller one in C, and a very modern, spacious one between F and G, which was always very busy. They just opened a 3rd one in G (between Gates 17 and 18) in April, and we had a chance to stop-in during a long layover in June. Our flight came in on Concourse F with our connection leaving in G, so we started to walk towards it, and stopped into our normal one in F/G. There the nice greeters were actively advertising the opening of the new lounge and told us that since we were leaving from G, we might want to check it out. Really glad we did. It is located on the 2nd floor, and there are double elevators (along with stairs but painful with luggage). There is nobody manning the ground floor nor a line. We self-checked in via kiosk, once we exited. The first thing one notices, is how architecturally pleasing the look is. The large bar is the focal point of the space, and we noticed right away how uncrowded it was. If you move further in, one notices there is a large 4-season sunroom-like atrium (which I'm sure gets warm with a lot of sun), and this one has a large bar as well. None of the bartenders seemed too busy. The sunroom has a small addition that is actually outside. This area is a great place to admire the planes taking off. Like the other lounges, there are dedicated customer service specialists to help you with your flight info needs. We got there during breakfast time and we had already eaten, so found some comfy couches to hang out in. Like all the other newer Delta lounges, there is a variety of different seating types: some are meant for eating or being on a computer (straight chairs with small table attached). Others provide cushion AND head support, if you just want to slouch while on your phone. None of the seating allows you to fully recline back to sleep, though it would be easy to nap with proper head support. I stopped by the bar to pick up two mimosas during breakfast. It switched over to lunch menu at 10:30, and the staff takes about 10 minutes to do the switch. There were folks who just needed to grab whatever was available, and the staff never seemed to get edgy as travelers poked in/out. Most of us that had more time, waited till the switch was done. The food was just OK this time. There were some fancy salads, and the soups are usually decent, but my tastes just didn't align to what was offered. We did help ourselves to bagged snacks (chips, etc) and got two mojitos (they don't have fruit mojitos anymore on the complementary menu). It was surprisingly uncrowded...thinking that will change as the summer continues and travelers start hearing more about this. Delta did a real nice job here.

The club requires membership to enter. You may have walked by a Delta Sky Club entrance a hundred times. They are usually unassuming in a corner. When you actually enter the club it is a huge room with leather seats, free WiFi, charging outlets, free food buffet, free beer and wine. This is where all the elite flyers gather. This is "the room where it happens". Membership requires significant travel or the most elite credit card. All the high milers gather here between flights.

Say hello to MSP's third Delta Sky Club! This has now become my go-to lounge whenever I fly out of Minneapolis. It's so spacious and comfy with so much seating, including an outdoor patio for watching planes take off. The staff is always so nice and there are two bars so you never have to wait too long for a drink. Food options are definitely better than the other two lounges but still could use some work. I do, however, never leave the airport without taking a cookie (or two) to go!

Top notch. One of the nicest skyclubs (up there with the new Chicago edition). Huge space. Tons of seatings with power readily accessible. Good options. Coffee bar. Check out the 4 season room (complete with its own bar). Just a wonderful space.

This is the newest Delta Skyclub located in the G terminal by gate 18. The facility is beautiful, spacious, and modern. The seating capacity is double compared to the neighboring ones off of C and F terminals. There is an enclosed glass bar for privacy, and the food section is spread out, creating a perfect environment for comfort and relaxation. This Delta Skyclub rates in the top 3% of other Skyclubs in the United States.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch after our trip in from LA, and found the food and experience to be decent. The club is over 21,000 square feet, making it the biggest at MSP (though not nearly as big as the newer Clubs at SLC and LAX and ATL). It is located on the upper deck of the airport, with entrance via elevator from the terminal floor. Its big feature is the year round open Sky Deck. There is a great variety of different seating, with various barriers giving different levels of privacy. The food was OK, with salad and a hot chicken dish being decent. This location continues to use real plates, bowls, and utensils, so bussing is a must to allow seating to be quickly reused. I did also stop by the bar to get a mojito, but the bartender did a poor job in making it (didn't muddle the mint, or use a shaker, and didn't bother measuring)...neither my wife or me bothered finishing it. Delta continues to allow visits after a flight, and with no AMEX Centurion Club at MSP, this club is a decent choice to visit for a drink and some hot food if at MSP.

The space itself is enormous with tons of seating, which makes it easy to find a comfortable place even when it's busy. The decor is classy, modern, and really well designed and thought out. It feels more like a high end hotel lounge than an airport space. The bathrooms deserve their own mention because they are shockingly nice and incredibly clean! The food and drink options are fantastic. The buffet always has great choices and it stays well stocked. I have been here for both breakfast and lunch and both were excellent. There is a huge variety of non-alcoholic beverages available and the bar offers a wide range of complimentary drinks and the bartenders do a great job. The staff here really help elevate the overall experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful and they are great about clearing plates and glasses from your table so the space stays clean and comfortable. One of the coolest features is the sky deck. It is bright, spacious, and even has its own bar which makes it a great place to relax before a flight. My favorite seats in the entire space, however, are the gold chairs facing the windows in the main lounge area. These chairs are perfectly positioned so you can watch the planes come and go. I always try to grab one of those. If I am flying out of Terminal 1, I do not care where my gate is, I am coming here. I have even shown up to the airport three hours early just to spend more time in this lounge.

I used mine to get an omelette breakfast that exceeded my expectations. Just a really nice, fresh, cheesy omelette. Without that credit it would be overpriced just like everything at the airport, but still that was very yummy. I think that without a card/membership that admits you for free, it is $25 to just come in and use the lounge. There are separate areas to this lounge. One is a bar and restaurant, and there is also a shop with golf-type stuff. Seating is comparable to a family restaurant and it overlooks the central concourse. Then there is the quieter, more lounge-y section. You can get the same food/drinks whichever side you choose. And there are golf simulators! That's not my scene but I imagine golfers will appreciate this option. Seems expensive to me, $40 for a half hour, but maybe that's normal and I just don't like it because I'm not a golfer. But I'm thinking about that omelette and thinking I should return and use my $15 credit toward some lunch or dinner.

It is such a treat to board first or at your leisure, and get a priority tag slapped on your luggage among some of the perks. What I wasn't expecting was complimentary lounge access at the United Club lounge at MSP. I had been to one United Club in EWR (Newark) over a decade ago. I probably have a different perspective from others who have rated this United Club. I am the type who doesn't take such opportunities for granted. I am a seasoned traveller, but I still feel like I'm the newbie who crashes business class now and again. Between the EWR and MSP United lounges, the former is indeed bigger. I remember snacking and making hot chocolate. It doesn't take much to keep me content. However, I like MSP a lot more. Sure, it's small. Size isn't everything. I feel like many are so focused on how large things are. How about quality? How yummy the food is? How nice staff are? This club is between gates E6 and E8. Air Canada and United flights arrive at and depart from concourse E. To get the magical door of this club lounge to open, you press a button on the right side of the wall. Once you are inside, you check in at the desk by scanning your boarding pass. I always feel like I'm a newbie at any lounge. Luckily, the woman at the desk was so friendly. I scanned my boarding pass from my phone. It worked nicely. The woman welcomed me in as if I were a regular. As expected, all lounge seating by the window was taken. I was fine being in front of a TV screen, with the windows to my right. I actually was pleased that the view was so nice. I had charging plugs and USB ports by my comfy seat. I charged my phone, which felt like a luxury. I headed to the food and drink area to see what was there. I came in with a Caribou Coffee sparkling drink, so I didn't bother with drinks at this lounge. However, I did feel like a snack. I got veggie sticks and a turkey sandwich. Both were yummy and hit the spot. I was here on St. Patrick's Day. A woman came by, asking if I wanted a corned beef sandwich and coleslaw. Wow! I said yes. I got them on a little tray with a fork. These two items were even better than what I had just eaten. The sandwich was divine. Maybe it's because I don't indulge in corned beef as much as I used to. I loved the coleslaw. It was crunchy and I'm always a fan of some side salad. I used the washroom before leaving this lounge. It was a single stall and was clean. My flight was to start boarding at 4 pm. Instead, I heard a courtesy call in this lounge that it was the last call for my flight. What?! The good thing was that I was boarding at gate E3, which wasn't far. I also didn't have anyone sitting next to me in my aisle, so I didn't need to make anyone stand up to get to my window seat. I thanked the two women at the club front desk and wished them a great day. I then headed to my gate and heard my last name being called out with two other folks. I had a wonderful experience at this lounge. It had everything that I needed. Staff were friendly. That corned beef sandwich with coleslaw was yummy. (137)

The food selection was disappointing. Outside of the oatmeal, there weren't any hot food options. Everything else was pre-packaged like the fruit, boiled eggs, and egg salad sandwiches. Snacks to go were limited to chocolate covered espresso beans which is an elevated option, but not being a morning sweets kind of person, variety would've been nice. They did have orange juice, cranberry juice, teas, coffees, water, and lemonade so breakfast wise that worked for me. I did notice that there wasn't a drink fountain so you'd probably order soda from the bar. The bathroom was clean, the WiFi was fast, and the team members were friendly. There weren't any desks or meeting/phone spaces so not the most ideal if you're planning on working while traveling. This airport is pretty nice with amble seating, but I wouldn't pass up on this United Club next time I'm here. However, if you're buying a day pass, I'd probably opt for the Escape Lounge because it's cheaper, bigger, and has hot food available.
