Great Food, Great Server Livia, great atmosphere, great location, and cleanliness was great. But…read morefor my wife's and I anniversary I wanted to play the junk box at 4:45 PM on March 10, 2026, to play Music Groups, Aerosmith, "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing", and Savage Garden, "I Knew I Loved You". So I approached the juke box, and the bar tender Whoever said, that this is a family-owned restaurant, and they don't play the juke box during the day, because it is a family restaurant, but they have the Game Room, playing crude country music that doesn't respect the family, and they say my music is going make trouble. Plus they can have restricted stuff from not playing, instead, I felt singled out as a guest there. Yes, you can have your double standard rules, because this is America, and the freedom to do whatever you feel like, but that does not mean I have to go there to be singled. I don't have to go back there. The first time was great in January, but on my wife and I anniversary of 26 years, I think I can find a place where I feel more welcomed. It is always the case of passing a great place down through the family, in order for it feel unwelcomed of the glory days. Yes, I know this place has been around since the 1990's, but it is a very unwelcoming place. You can act nice, while showing you didn't want us there. They said it was because Karaoke was at 7PM, while a minute song at 4:45PM. While they didn't even know what songs I was going to place. Again, I thought it would be an old-fashioned feel. Thus instead, I felt the Cold Ridged Religious Feel that was a double standard of Gambling Rooms and so forth. Yes, I went to seminary and everything else, but I am going to let everyone choose their own path. They have their ridged rules, but that does not mean I have to eat there, especially for anniversaries. It is not an anniversary or a place for specially occasions. Again, it doesn't bother me one bit, because I move on, but I am raised with certain values to tell what I believe. My wife felt the onion soup was too breaded and cheesy. They had a great Salad and Gluten Free Pizza. And the bathrooms are clean when I went in there, but I don't feel welcomed there. Like you're a stranger that should never return. I just wonder.

Food finally arrived at 7:30 - one and one-half hours after we arrived. Many problems with dinner orders. One meal was cold and inedible. Customer was offered a replacement; which she chose and then was charged for it. Another customer received the wrong salad dressing. Two others had missing items. Needless to say, when the checks came, there were too many issues to be addressed here. Management should have been able to address the issue of short staff without customer service suffering. Probably not the first time employees called in sick. Several of us will not be returning to this establishment nor any other Undo's restaurants. I would guess that management was aware of these issues; yet no apology was offered other than from the server.

Tonight we were in for Father's Day. They had some entrees which I found in interesting except for the ribeye but it only came with a baked potato and no vegetables. I ordered lasagna and my wife the baked penne which are long time dishes. They brought us the cheesey bread and salads. The dressing is now Kraft Golden Italian which was poured all over; way too much. The bread was overcooked. As cheap as the ingredients are for that, why send such overcooked bread? The carafe of wine was oxidized and the glasses were covered with soap residue. The entrees were not very good. The penne was undercooked and a slice of cheese was thrown on top instead of shredded cheese and the sauce was poured on and the whole thing baked (or microwaved) instead of mixing the sauce in the pasta first. The lasagna was ok but it too had the sliced cheese treatment. I asked for the cheese shaker, didn't get it. When I got close to finishing the entree it suddenly became rather salty. The restaurant side is now used for banquets and events so everyone has to sit in the bar which is overly lit noisy and not very intimate. Overall, a mediocre experience.

The rice and broccoli was swimming in the glaze and therefore tasted like it. We also order zucchini planks. They were well presented but were way too salty and I like salt! It was noisy as happy hour was going on. We had hope to be in the dining area which has an outdoor dining area. Our server was efficient and very nice. That was the only thing good about the experience. The 2 people I brought were unimpressed and said they won't be back. I will as I know the salads and sandwiches offer some good choices.

My dad's fish was so well done that it was black and he couldn't break it in half with his hands hardly, the worst ever. We couldn't understand HOW COULD the COOK send it out like that ??? So dad got to watch us all eat. When we were done, his came out. Nope, NEVER Again. We went out of our way to go there. So disappointed. I chose the place for my dads and sisters birthday celebration - HUGE mistake.

So we went once when we got to WV and they screwed the order up ( in the middle of the week it was dead ) they forgot a portion of our order. FIL is on a schedule and he said whatever and we lived without fries and pickles. Went and did everything decided we wanted some Primanti for home, made a 5 sandwich order with extra fries. Girl working the front area was clueless about her job and needed help. It was pretty late so we didn't check the bag ( yes I know ). Got home and was yet again screwed out of two sandwiches and our pickles. It was a weekday and they were not busy, what gives? This is possibly the worst location outside of Pittsburgh. Called the restaurant, guy manager assisted these clueless girls, explained we were two hours away and he didn't even let me go into explanation, sighed and sent me a 50.00 gift card. Which means this is a common occurrence. He didn't even try to do anything, if it happens this often maybe talk to your staff. I hate how this has soured my in-laws on Primantis. I vow to take them to the strip one this spring. The food we got was alright. At least we got some of it.
