Food finally arrived at 7:30 - one and one-half hours after we arrived. Many problems with dinner orders. One meal was cold and inedible. Customer was offered a replacement; which she chose and then was charged for it. Another customer received the wrong salad dressing. Two others had missing items. Needless to say, when the checks came, there were too many issues to be addressed here. Management should have been able to address the issue of short staff without customer service suffering. Probably not the first time employees called in sick. Several of us will not be returning to this establishment nor any other Undo's restaurants. I would guess that management was aware of these issues; yet no apology was offered other than from the server.

TERRIBLE SERVICE Absolutely horrible service. My friends and…read moreI were here and received bad service and bad food. Our waitress was at our table maybe twice. Could literally see her standing behind the bar talking to who turned out to be the "bar manager" a joke if you want to call her that. I walked up to the bar and asked if we could speak to a manger and "logan" informed us she was infact the manager. She was very snappy from the jump. She then pretty much told me and I quote "if you don't like it you can always leave." In reference to me complaining about bad service, and undercooked meat... a few days later I was with some buddy's and informed them.. just for me to be told by them they SPECIFICALLY avoid the bar when logan's behind it! guess I missed the memo! Went there for fun and for pool and overall just a terrible experience when I was hoping for more. Even the beer sucked as the glasses weren't chilled. worst sports bar ever.

Great sports bar - lots of a TVs and many angles to enjoy them. We had a large group and were sat quickly. Our server was great! Kept my diet sodas flowing and made sure our party of 6 was doing fine! We split some bbq nachos and went with a veggie burger with coleslaw. The bbq nachos were quite good! Well dressed with plenty of toppings and lots of tasty cheese sauce. I really liked my slaw and veggie burger. Cooked well on a soft bun with really great fixings - it was a sizeable guy too! The slaw was great to top the burger with as well. Great spot for a crowd to watch the game!
