This place is a total win. The staff was on point with attentive service from start to finish. The ambiance was electric - a perfect mix of energy and style. And the bar food? Way better than expected, with solid options to pair with great drinks. Highly recommend for a fun and good energy! Also, a Packers bar! Great experience!

Food was divine! We watched the NBA finals here and it didn't disappoint. So fun. Perfectly loud too. The bartenders were fine - nothing extraordinary, but maybe we aren't extraordinary ourselves! The Buffalo chicken sandwich is wow. So good. With blue cheese. Yum. The bun is great. Chicken is perfectly cooked. Buffalo is tangy. The fries are money. The cheese curds are an excellent appetizer. We sat at the bar. My total came to $27. I wish they would've asked if I wanted more water more often. Great place.

One of the only country-western bars in Hell's Kitchen NYC. Live music starts at 9pm on Saturday and the band was good! Be warned, it's a Green Bay Packers bar, so if that's not your scene, then you'll want to find a different venue for your NFL games. Tried the buffalo fried chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Large juicy chicken breast perfectly fried, served along side blue cheese dressing and fries (extra charge).

Waylon Cobb Salad...$12 for a tiny side salad?! Compare to dressing cup...never again

Ugh I'm never ordering from here again! I ordered the Waylon Cobb salad with cotija ranch dressing. It was $12 along with tax, delivery, tip, and caviars fees $16. What I received was a tiny little side salad Cobb style. This was worth about $5. Minimal bacon. Guac not fresh. Small amount of chicken. Small amount of pico. Was there a hard boiled egg? Maybe a piece or two? But wow. Worst Cobb salad I've ever had. I will never order from here again. Huge waste of money. You'll spend a lot and never be full coming here. I've had the Cobb salads at American Retro and they are THE BEST!!! Same price and triple the size and toppings. I'll stick with them. :)

Texas theme (straight) bar in Hell's Kitchen. Frito pie rocks. Prices are good for happy hour. Big outdoor patio (covered I think) and country music normally on weekends.

The best Packers bar they have classic Wisconsin foods and drinks, including cheese curds, brats, and bloody Mary's. I highly recommend doing a shotski after a Packers win! The staff was friendly and fun, and the bar is cozy and reminds me of a piece of home. There's outdoor seating as well

Me and my boyfriend were in NY for the weekend and wanted to catch the Packers game while in town. After doing some research ahead of time, this place came up as one of many Packer bars in the city. There was a little delay with getting the game on but after 10 minutes we were all set to go! With the cheering and fan base there, it was like I was at a bar back in Wisconsin! All in all, we had a great time and we already decided that we will definitely be back next year when we're in town.

Cool Midwest-meets-the-South vibe. We went on a quiet weeknight. Burgers were incredible and the old fashioneds went down way too easily!

Did they restart live music yet?

Would this place be a good spot to dance to some courntry or rock music?

Hi Kelsey! The Waylon is great place to dance to mainly country music and a handful of rock n roll albums (Tom Petty, Springsteen, Lynrd Skynrd) Heck, you can dance on the tables if you want!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with champagne, which immediately set the tone for a special evening. Our server, Daniel, was beyond amazing. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary meaningful. It never felt forced just thoughtful, polished hospitality. The team went above and beyond when we brought our wedding cake (which had been frozen for a year). Not only did they accommodate it without hesitation, they helped decorate and present it beautifully you would have thought it had been baked that same day. It was such a touching moment for us, and they handled it with care and enthusiasm. As for the food: incredible. The steak tartare was perfectly balanced and beautifully prepared. The tuna was fresh and vibrant. And the Beef Wellington... honestly one of the best I've had in New York City. Perfectly cooked, rich, elegant, and absolutely worthy of a celebration dinner. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance: romantic, warm, refined but relaxed. It felt special without being stiff. If you're looking for a place to celebrate something meaningful, this is it. We will absolutely return.

We started with the steak tartare with Melba toast and caviar. For entrees we had the creamy cavatelli with maitake and squash. Fortunately, The Grey Dog's Chelsea location had a large picnic table in the back (and yes, we had to make a reservation in advance). Even so, the seating was a bit tight and uncomfortable. FRIED CHICKEN & JOHNNY CAKES - 18 I wanted a mix of sweet and savory, so this option seemed like a good one. Each order came with two strips of fried chicken tenders placed on top of two large cornmeal pancakes, each bigger than my face. The fried chicken was heavily-breaded (perhaps a bit too much), with white chicken meat underneath that varied between juicy and dry The pancakes themselves were pretty forgettable, and I wasn't a big fan of the lemon ricotta or chili-spiced syrup on the side. Most of our group found their entrees pretty underwhelming. Additionally, service was really slow, and the kitchen forgot an order. Personally, I wouldn't return, especially with so many other great options within two minutes walk away. Edit: Owner pointed out that their chicken is not breaded. What I meant is that the chicken is heavily-battered. Sorry!

Our server didn't check up on us, and seemed to want us to leave quickly after dropping off the check. We would have been happy to pay the $65 each for afternoon tea, but it wasn't worth it and frankly, I was agitated by the whole ordeal by the time I left.
