I have been living at The Wave for six years and love it. The staff is really friendly and helpful, especially Dylan Hooper. Dylan remembers everybody's (and their dogs'!) names, he is always going out of his way to be available and he tries to make people feel like this is their home. The views and amenities are wonderful. Pockets of Pioneer Square have its issues, but The Wave and adjacent areas feel safe with the private patrolling. Access to the freeways is super easy. My only complaint is the elevators could be a bit cleaner with all of the pets in the building, but I think that's on the dog owners as much as the property managers. All in all -- this is an awesome place to live. read more

I haven't moved in just yet, but from my experience so far, this place is absolutely awesome. It's got everything going for it that I can't think of a single reason not to live here. First, The Wave is in an amazing location. It's centralized in Pioneer Square, and you're in the heart of Seattle sports. If you live here, you can get a view of either downtown Seattle, the lake, CenturyLink field or Union Station/International District (there's also construction going on here too). Plus, you get access to a great rooftop, where you can watch games happening at CenturyLink, watch other games on big LCD TVs, or go grilling. Second, the amenities are great. There's a media room, which basically is a small movie theater (with leather seats, projector, etc...). There's a gym which has all the equipment you need for a great workout. There's also a lot of good spaces to do work or hang out. Third, the units are great. The building opened recently so mostly everything is brand new. Lastly, you have a great group of staff that's there to help you out. They really want to find you the perfect home and will be transparent with you on how The Wave can meet all your needs. My leasing agent was Eli, and he's especially helpful and kind. Great to talk to as well. I'll definitely update my review after I move in, but my initial impressions are definitely very good. read more

It's pet friendly which is big for me and in a good location. I do want to give a big shout out to Christen (concierge). She makes this place really feel like home and is always super prompt to help. I have lived at The Wave for the past two years and it is by far my favorite place I have lived in the city. I moved in before the building was technically finished, so I had a very competitive lease deal --- which was great. I had a skyline facing studio that was slightly under 500 sq. ft. but the high ceilings and sweeping windows made it feel spacious and bright. The appliances and fixtures were great quality. I loved the overall look of the apartment. I also loved living in Pioneers Square-- it has so much character and old charm you can't find anywhere else in Seattle. The area doesn't have the best reputation -- but you just have to know where you can and cannot walk at night. I never felt unsafe -- but admittedly did not walk anywhere at night alone (besides down to the market below the building). Living next to the stadiums was so much fun. The game days bring a welcome exciting atmosphere to the otherwise quiet neighborhood. Traffic can be a headache, but you just have to plan ahead on event days and have a little patience. Back to the building itself -- The roof top is amazing. I would often say"is this really my life? I actually live here?!" (so lame, I know, but it's true) The views of the Puget Sound, skyline, and mountains are beautiful -- not to mention you can watch half of the field during football and soccer games at Century Link Field. It's kiiiind of amazing. With that said, the common areas do get a little wild sometimes, but I feel like the building is sort of geared toward a younger 20s-30s age group where that kind of partying is not uncommon. I only witnessed a couple of occasions which were probably a little too out of hand. But, I actually admired the security and concierge for not "policing" the residents who were having a good time (I previously lived at The Post -- where they treated tenants like they had a curfew). I do understand why people in other reviews felt it seemed like frat house occasionally (puke in the hallway doesn't sound ideal) -- but I think that depends on what floor you live on and who your neighbors are -- luckily I did not experience anything like that or anything I took personal enough to hold against the building and its staff. Leasing agents and concierge were also great. Eric and Dylan always made me feel super welcome and were always very accommodating. The maintenance staff was fabulous -- They were always up on the roof deck cleaning the common areas and dog runs bright and early. They also cleaned and shampooed the carpets on our floor regularly and trash rooms were always immaculate. Windows were cleaned more often than I would expect. Lobby always looked great. Elevators were very fast in the beginning, but began to deteriorate in speed and service towards the last year of my living there. Not sure what the problem with them is now-- but there is at least one broken more often than not. Again, not something that impacted my feelings toward the building. I have nothing but great things to say about my time living here. I will definitely miss my little studio! read more

We just moved in 6 days ago and LOVE The Wave! Jade Weise was great from the first time we came to look at the Wave to the day of the move in. It was her day off the day we moved in. Jade called the day before and said she wasn't going to be at work on the move in day and wanted me to call her if we had any problems. Everything went very smooth. We had a reservation for the elevator and and to change the time because we where running late they worked with us without a problem. Everyone at the front desk in very friendly and always very helpful. We like the deck on the top floor with a lot of places for people to sit and enjoy either the Seahawk Stadium or the amazing city view. Love the gas fireplaces and BBQ's. Along with ships coming into port or cruise ships coming into dock. You can also go onto the 5th floor with another very large deck with even more BBQ's and fireplaces. There are two different areas that you can take your pet, which is very nice. read more

We moved here in June 2014 and it's by far the most wonderful place we've lived! The views are gorgeous (especially from the rooftop lounge areas on the fifth and top floor), the amenities are great (fully equipped gym, entertainment lounge) and the location is amazing, close to two grocery stores, Pioneer Square, and of course the stadiums. It's also surprisingly quiet with the windows shut, even on game days, thanks to the extra thick glass of the floor-to-ceiling windows which let in tons of natural sunlight; we hardly ever turn any lights on during the day. We got the upgraded appliances for living above a certain floor, and have thoroughly enjoyed the small perks. I also HAVE to give a shout-out to the maintenance team here. Submitting a maintenance request is easy thanks to the resident portal. I've had a couple issues (to be expected with a brand new building as things settle) and the maintenance team were always quick to respond and fix the problems, and very polite. I greatly appreciate them. You definitely get your money's worth living here. read more

*reposted since The Wave had the post removed somehow the first time. We ended up moving to a PH at The Martin, which we love and are so glad we did not choose the Wave! Very disappointing experience just trying to lease an apartment here. We inquired about the Wave with almost certainty in our minds that we would lease here but over the course of the inquiry process, we changed our minds. We had legitimate questions about some of the resident concerns (that are expressed in many of the low reviews this place gets), such as parking, price increase after the lease, and noise/construction, but as soon as we started asking them the leasing staff would give vague answers, backpedal, or outright contradict themselves. It was clear that they were only interested in taking our money, rather than ensuring that we would get the home and amenities that we would be paying for. We also received numerous delayed responses which significantly impacted a timeline that we gave to the leasing staff up front. When we requested to speak with upper management, we were then told that the original offer was retracted. When we mentioned the untimeliness of the staff responses and that we were now handling the process from overseas, we were given a 4 hour window of time to make a decision "as a concession". Neither upper management or the leasing staff answered our questions in any meaningful way about the complaints residents had regarding their use of amenities. We were also given the run around regarding securing an additional parking spot even though we would be renting a large two-bedroom+ unit. At first we were told that only one was available but they could certainly arrange for us to get one in the other property Nolo. Then we were told that we needed to figure out our need for a second spot on our own. Then we were told that there was only one spot available in the garage. Finally we were told that there were actually plenty of spots but they weren't for residents per their policy. They just affirm for us what others have said, that this place is only interested in nickle and diming their residents and where they can make a profit leasing out space or at the expense of their resident's experience. We were adamantly wanting to live at Stadium Place and we felt judged and unwelcomed. My boyfriend is an engineer and I am an attorney, we have the means to be selective about our next home but for some reason we did not feel welcome whatsoever and in the end was sorry to have to move on in our search. They seem to be looking for a very particular type of resident and sadly we didn't fit the bill. More sadly though is that many of their residents seem to be displeased with them as well. No wonder there seems to be a mass exodus. Despite sending us a jumped up chart of rising prices in their building for the next year (as pressure for us to commit immediately to their "deal"), their website shows a significant drop in prices from what we were quoted, as well as an increase in availability. Yes the building and view is amazing, but probably not worth dealing with the pretentiousness and you can't be guaranteed you'll get to enjoy everything you'll be paying a premium for. read more

This review needs to be done in phases in order to get the full scope of the community and what you deal with: The Staff: Incredible. Can't say enough about them. They are not perfect, but who of us are. I will say that Sarah, Eli and the rest of the staff on down do work hard. The Property Company: Pillar, is awful. Their renewal rates are out of control and I am left wondering why you would want to lose a tenant after 25 months instead of negotiating to drop the lease? BTW, that same unit that the tenant vacated is now going for $300 less than what was offered for renewal and still sitting open. The Unit: Above average. The floor to ceiling windows are great, the fixtures are solid and the construction is quality. The support column in the corner kills the view and is awkward but that is what it is. The Elevators: AWFUL. There is at least one broken every other week. I'm not sure what the deal is, but on game days or if someone is moving you need to build time into your trip just to wait on the elevators. With the amount of units this building has, it really should have had four elevators. The freight elevator and loading dock set up are great for move in / move out though. The Amenities: Above average. The view is insane (can't say that enough). There are still some things to work out in terms of reservations and when they can be done. On my last weekend I was in the Summit Lounge early to claim one of the TVs for a Redskins game. Offered to give up the other TVs and audio for the Hawks and a young woman (if you can call her that with her manners) informs me she reserved the room and that she was controlling what was on. Rather than get all worked up on my last weekend I just let it be, but it's something that needs to be addressed. The views are epic; the amenities are a great thing to take advantage of for hosting parties for friends or company events. The gym was never usable as it was always packed. Reason being they decided to eliminate the gym in the adjoining property they own and have all residents of two buildings use one gym, which is just way too many. This review had dropped to a 1-star but I'm raising back up to a three star. The reason for the drop initially was an incredibly high move out cost after 25 months and two leases. The other reason for the extreme drop was the lack of negotiation on my renewal rate which went up quite a bit as I discussed above. Since then the staff has reached out, corrected the move out costs and confirmed when I could pick up my check back since I was due back a deposit. I was informed that the error was entirely clerical and they apologized and resolved the issue quickly. This is a great community to live in, but property ownership needs to reassess how they handle renewals and after a few years figure out a solid method for how reservations should be handled. My knock in stars is more less centered around that. read more

I stayed here for close to 2 years, and loved every bit of it! Only moved out because I was relocating to another city. 1. Very well planned apartment with top of the grade appliances, flooring and bathroom. 2. Floor to ceiling windows in apartments 3.Super friendly concierge and staff. Maintenance requests will be promptly responded to. 4. Management will send out emails regularly, to keep residents informed about window cleaning / garage cleaning 5. Management frequently holds resident councils, to get feedback from residents on what can be improved and takes concrete steps. 6. Common areas are well maintained, great views from the terrace decks 7. Plenty of community events organized around different holidays. 8. Location, Location, Location: Right next to Century Link and Safeco fields. Also there is a major transit centre (International district) right next door, so you can get a bus or link rail to pretty much anywhere , including the airport. Uwajimaya, is a pretty huge grocery store here, which is also super convenient. 9. Fairly decent lease renewal offers for residents. All in all, staying here was an amazing experience! Definitely one of the better apartments in Seattle. read more

I've been here for about 6 months now and have mostly positive things to say about it. Pros: Great location, central to Seattle and transit, but outside the "hustle and bustle" Very friendly staff and most of the tenants are friendly and social (not something you see much of in Seattle!) Near bars and restaurants, and CenturyLink/Safeco for any sports fans Great amenities, views, and the furnishings are top notch (really sturdy floors too), and the gym isn't some flimsy after-thought like most apt gyms - it has real weights, including power rack and even a yoga room Cons: The only problem I've had is a noisy HVAC unit that for whatever reason is making noise non-stop (constant popping and ticking), especially during night time hours. I've asked repeatedly for a solution and have essentially been told nothing can be done. Overall - great place, really would recommend it, just not a prime location for light sleepers read more

I have been holding off on reviewing this property, which my husband and I rented for approximately 13 months, because the leasing agents, Eli, Brittany, and Kevin were great. However, my overall experience has not been great. My husband and I are responsible professionals in our late 30s, have owned/sold property, and have leased in various luxury high-rise buildings in the last decade in various cities across the United States. However, our experience at the WAVE made us feel as if we were 18 years-olds governed by an ambivalent dictator that enforces certain rules on certain residents, while letting certain nuisance level rules that negatively affected our experience (drugs, smoking, fights, loud noise, etc.) go unmanaged and unenforced. This is in addition to the construction of an Embassy Suites next door, so be sure you understand how your unit will be affected before you sign a lease. Recently, in one conversation with the Property Manager, she asked me if I thought her motivations for "move-out" charges was "malicious." I was appalled. My response was, "I don't know, is it?" In my entire professional career or rental history, I've never been asked about whether what should be an objective charge/fee/purchase/payment is subject to a personal interpretation or "vendetta." Never. (The move-out charges included, a "cleaning fee" not explicitly specified in the lease, and which my husband and I have never had to pay in our 10-year history, because we don't damage property). Speaking of the lease, ours clearly showed we paid a Security Deposit, but after move-out we received a note saying we had a balance, because we left no security deposit. This was their mistake, and once I provided evidence that we did leave a deposit, and the WAVE in fact owed us money, we received no apology. The whole experience has been very antagonistic. Since the Property Manager asked me if I thought her motivations were malicious (which is an odd question), I actually paused and reflected on my experience and questioned our treatment. There was the time, when, the Property Manager followed our 2 guests and their toddler during a Seahawks game, and asked to see their wristbands (which they had on, with short sleeves) as they waited in the bathroom line to change their toddler's diaper.... meanwhile, other guests were urinating in the bushes. Really? Oh, yes, wristbands (as if you were at an all-inclusive resort in the buffet line on Spring Break) were required during the ENTIRE football season (yeah, 4-5 months!)... if you want to use ANY of the amenity spaces, gym, roof, etc. Once, I got stuck in the elevator, which was slightly terrifying, and the leasing agent apologized for my experience and called maintenance right away, while the Property Manager whispered something and was just like, "okay." I'm not sure if this is the right building for people that actually try to be decent renters, and are grown-ups just wanting a comfortable, clean, amenable community with amenities. All of the leasing agents are fantastic and they really tried to make the space a great community and went out of their way to help us. They were way more than leasing agents, particularly Eli and Kevin who went out of their way to make you feel as if no requests were burdens. And many of the tenants are great neighbors. Nevertheless, collectively, they can't make up for the arbitrariness and ambivalence of the Property Manager and the inconsistency of rule enforcement. Sometimes, you will feel like you are living in a roadside motel draped in a luxury façade or like you are in high school with a principal that wakes up on the wrong side of the bed most days.... read more

I would like to start by saying that I am a former assistant property manager and that I have over two years of experience working in and managing luxury apartment complexes in Seattle. Since moving to the Wave in May of this year, I have been extremely impressed with the staff and the amenities. The staff at the Wave have far exceeded my expectations and are more attentive and effective than any team I have every worked with. They go above and beyond to ensure that their residents come first. I cannot say enough positive things about them! Eli, the current assistant, helped me secure my apartment. He made the experience extremely easy and straight forward. He was also very candid with me about the construction noise across the street when I asked if there was anything I should be aware of. From experience, I know that any potential flaws are not supposed to be brought to light during tours. That quality showed me that they really value their residents' happiness over making a profit. Since moving in, I have been a high maintenance resident. I constantly receive packages and on multiple occasions have had to burden the team with assisting me in locating "lost" packages. Not to mention constant questions and requests such as touch up paint, amenity reservations and adding a dog to my lease. I can't thank Eli enough for everything he has helped me with and for managing to still greet me with a genuine smile every time I see him! Other wonderful members of the staff include Jade (leasing), Dylan (concierge), Eric (concierge) and Sydney (who I haven't even met, just emailed). I am constantly amazed by their commitment to their resident's happiness. Especially Dylan, I have never seen anything but a smile on his face which automatically puts a smile on mine! Everyone I see on a regular basis has made it a point to remember my name and apartment number. They even ask me about my life and my day and want updates. And I see them do this with every resident! They might not realize it but I pay attention to everything, because I have been in their shoes before.. I have been extremely impressed by the level of customer service at the Wave. Everyone appears to genuinely care about meeting residents' needs promptly and effectively to provide the highest quality living experience possible. The building has by far the best amenity package in Seattle that I have seen. And I have toured many of Seattle's Urban/Luxury Multi-Family developments. The 5th floor amenities include a movie theater, gym, yoga studio, resident lounge w/kitchen, game room (including Buck Hunt!), a HUGE outdoor space with tons of seating, numerous grills, and the first of three dog runs. There are also amenities on the roof, including a great view into Century Link stadium... and the amenities in the Nolo. There are so many that writing them all would be exhausting. I'm telling you that a tour is well worth your time! The interiors themselves are medium to high quality. The stainless steel appliances, vinyl hardwood flooring, modern finishes and large windows make the homes very comfortable and quite stylish. The residents at the Wave are also very pleasant! Riding in the elevators and sharing the common spaces is always enjoyable. The only frustrating aspect about living here, is that the neighborhood can become extremely congested, especially on game days. Being next to the stadiums is a blessing and a curse. However, the location is extremely convenient for my daily commute to downtown, as the light rail is a very short walk. Overall, I hope I can stay here forever and that the wonderful staff never leave me! I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a place in the city! read more

I moved here a year ago. Now I am moving out. They hiked up the rent like a lot :( also I have really not enjoyed living here. The management has been really poor. Kevin one of the leasing agents left as well I think. The even had a centipede outbreak in the gym. It was honestly gross. The service requests are extremely slow as well. I moved in just last month, and life is so good here at The Wave! A huge thank you to Eli for making my move so comfortable and for being such a huge help since day 1! My apartment is beautiful - as is everything here. The neighbors and staff have all been really friendly and welcoming. I'm already really enjoying the amenities, and I love the fact that I feel safe and secure in my home! And most importantly, my cat is safe and happy here too! The construction noise is really my biggest problem - starts at 7 am most days, including weekends. I know The Wave cannot do anything about this, but this is fair warning: if you cannot handle being woken up at 7am on your day off to what sounds like your own walls coming down around you - don't even consider moving in here for at least the next year until it's over with lol. I'm learning to put up with it. The other thing I will say - because I was not able to view my unit prior to move-in day, I was not made aware that my unit was one without AC. In my tour, I was told that apartments featured AC (and I assumed that this meant all) so I actually sold my portable AC unit prior to moving because of this. I was really disappointed on move-in day to walk in to an 80 degree apartment and be told to my surprise that I didn't have that feature. I have to keep my windows open all the time and because there are no screens, bugs can fly in and out as they please. Wondering how other tenants deal with this? Regardless, I have been able to make things work temperature-wise with a few fans and still love my place. read more

My wife and I have been living here for a month now and I can't say enough about how good the staff are at this building. Everyone is kind and pet friendly! Very helpful with moving our border collie pup from a California house to this Seattle apartment. The apartments are set up well, pre wired for internet and all your needs, move in was simple and quick. We absolutely love the area and have been lucky enough to get a few free tickets to Sounders matches since we've been here from the building and the team. The views from the roof and dog runs seal the deal. read more

We don't even live here, but security and the concierge stepped up to help in a huge way. We were stranded in downtown Seattle on a Sunday night trying to get back to Portland. They let us borrow a charger, stay dry in the lobby and treated us like residents. On top of that, the resident attitude was friendly across the board, and it was extremely pet friendly. When I toured, the Asst Property Mgr, Eli, was more than helpful. He stated that their team would do all that they could and work with us to make things seamless and as easy as possible for our potential move-in. He said that they would do what they needed to accommodate a unique travel situation and move-in timeline circumstances, in terms of honoring specific leasing specials that were running. One issue that surprised me was the inability to secure two parking spaces. Eli initially warned me that parking was an issue. We'd be able to get one space, but a second may be pushing it. He said he would discuss with upper management and may be able to secure a second. I later found out that there is plenty of parking and the POLICY is simply ONE SPACE PER UNIT. I also later found out that this policy change caused an uproar with current tenants when it was implemented. My guess is that they're just being greedy and selling inflated parking on game days, rather than catering to actual building tenants. Overall, Eli was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in working with us to get us into The Wave or The Nolo, as our next home. I thanked him for his time and information and he understood that I would need to confer before committing to a lease or even making a deposit and that he looked forward to hearing from us. Again, we were in a time sensitive situation and timely and effective communication would be key, from this point forward. A follow up email was sent about leasing options and pricing of other units discovered online I had not initially inquired about. I also wanted some clarity on concerns from current residents expressed in reviews we had read. While Eli's response was thoughtful, it was indirect and not very timely. It was apparent from this email, as well as from later dealings with other property personnel, that they are very aware of the negative reputation that Pillar Properties and Wave/Nolo has received on certain aspects of building maintenance and with Pillar policies. In response to what they are doing on-site to correct this perception, no concrete answer was given; only that they're 'working on it' and putting together a resident council. They were unable to provide a timeline for when this council would be in place. We wouldn't necessarily feel comfortable paying a premium for rent at a luxury high rise, without knowing how or when property management would address concerns of non-usable amenities, a noticeable decline in facility cleaning and overall maintenance, and a lack of usable elevators that create extreme wait times or even lock tenants out garage access to get to their vehicles. After more delayed responses and indirect answers, we eventually asked to work with someone directly in management to eliminate the need of an extra middle man to clear terms I thought we had initially discussed during my first tour. Contact from the property manager, Matt, was made; but only to send a pricing sheet listing higher than what was spoken on and to step in to back and verify the content of Eli's emails. We were then handed back to work with Eli. The inability to meet the terms we discussed at our first meeting was later blamed on the fact that I never placed a deposit. Understandable, but Eli was well aware that I was not going to be placing one that day and not without discussing things with my fiancée, who would also be on the lease. At the time of the original tour, Eli was respectful of this and verbalized that it would be no big deal. And, we would be able to move forward with the terms discussed, after I was able to relay some leasing and property info. Stupid me for not getting anything in writing on the spot. I simply trusted his word, as he trusted my genuine interest. In an attempt to salvage negotiations and a fading interest of still wanting to move into the building, I tried again to reach out to Eli, then Matt. Both had the day off, so I was led to Chris, another Asst Prop Mgr. Chris was briefed on our situation and spoke with me about the terms I originally discussed with Eli. With Matt's buy-off, I finally had something in writing that more or less matched the initial terms I was met with on day one. But, here we were, almost 2 weeks later and with a leasing price increase. Among other things, this was a part of the reason timely communication and negotiations were key. It was at this point in time, we chose to walk away. Once we got into more of the nitty-gritty of negotiations, the communication began to break down. The process was more painful than necessary and even antagonistic at times. The tone became increasingly pretentious as we became more aware of concerns that people voiced about Pillar Properties and specific problems at The Wave and The Nolo. If they're aware, but unable to disclose a plan to alleviate these concerns, I'd rather live where management shows a higher level of tenant respect and interest. read more

Today one of their maintenance team members Giovanni came to consult regarding items I need to finish putting my place together and he was knowledgable and extremely helpful. If you are at a point in your life that you want to experience Seattle The Wave is the place to be. You are literally a parking lot away from Century Link, and a block away from Safeco. You do have to deal with the game day crowds and SPD presence but as long as your sticker is displayed they (SPD) let you through the barricades if you are on your way home. You are about a 20 minute walk depending on your speed from Pikes, The Seattle Art Museum and Central Downtown. Light rail stations are a short walk in a couple directions. Parking is pricey but inline with every other building in the area. You may have to drive around a bit to find spots at certain times but I never had an issue eventually finding one and they do offer reserved spaces for a little extra. As far as the units themselves, you get what you pay for. You aren't going to get off cheap but you aren't going to pay through the nose either. The location and experience justify any price they currently charge. The equipment was new and it is the first time I have seen USB ports in electric outlets. I didn't really use any of the amenities so I can't really comment on those but whenever I had a friend visit I took them to the roof, showed the views and everyone always wanted a picture. The looks are impressive. I didn't have a pet so I am not sure how well the pet owners have it but they do have pet baths in the parking garage. The staff was top notch and welcoming. The maintenance staff was probably the best I have ever experienced. I did only have two requests while there but they were taken care of in good time. I lived here in the 2015 time frame. Building, amenities, and location are great. The staff in the leasing office were always friendly and helpful (It's hard to say enough good things about Eli) My overriding complaint is their lease renewal policies & pricing. They seem to work like Comcast where they give you a "good rate" to get you in the door and then when it's time for renewal, they stick it to you. I'll think twice about renting from Pillar Property Management in the future. My recommendation is to sign the longest possible lease you can stomach and plan on moving when it expires. read more

DYLAN!!!!! Your the best employee here at The Wave. Your customer service is remarkable. I have been a resident at The Wave for over a year. The consistency of hard work from Dylan that is always wanting to satisfy the people that live here is noticed. Always positive, he welcomes me home every time. Dylan's dedication to his duties makes me appreciate this place. It seems that he is the only person that works here and one would think that he lives here. He doesn't, but it sure seems that way. If you have any questions please seek Dylan, If he doesn't know the answer he will find out who does and always gets back to you. I want to thank you everyday and thank The Wave for finding and keeping an excellent employee that goes beyond the norm for the residents. If you are wanting to move to The Wave, its a great place!. The amenities are on point. The location is without a doubt a 10+ (Sports, Sounder, Light Rail, Amtrak, Restaurants, Etc.) The Staff is knowledgeable of the area and your needs. I only have one complaint here. Its minimal due to its an easy fix because it is the residents that can fix it, not the staff. Residents please pick up after your dogs. I have a dog and its the easiest thing in the world to just pick up after you dog. The Wave provides poop bags so get off your lazy butts and be responsible. I moved into the new Wave apartments this past month. If you are looking to live the dream this is the place to move - it simply doesn't get any better in Seattle. I have lived in the majority of Seattle's high rise luxury apartments over the past 20 years and this place puts them all to shame. If you are a sports fan, you will be in heaven. And, a great place for a dog too. The building management is very different here, they actually listen to their tenants and what to make this place even better, if that is actually possible. read more

Outside of the great views, amenities, and excellent location, the maintenance staff here at The Wave is amazing. They're very patient, professional and responsive. The leasing staff is also very nice, they work very hard at making sure tenants here are taken care of. This brand new community couldn't really get any better. And if you're an extrovert, this is perfect for you. The location and proximity to bars, Century Link, Safeco Field and some great restaurants makes it the best living quarters in downtown Seattle. We were in town to help our son, Kevin, find an apartment close to his work. We scheduled three different locations and The Wave was the first one. Our agent, Oscar, showed us 5 units and all the included amenities in the beautiful building. Oscar was awesome and was very helpful with all of the questions we had. After the tour was completed, we no longer had to see the other 2 scheduled appointments because we knew this was the place! We had our son moved in to his new unit in less than 3 hours! Genevieve and Oscar were instrumental in ensuring all the paperwork went through flawlessly and we had the keys in hand ready to move in a very short time. They even gave us complimentary parking for the two days we were in town which was a big help. During our stay over the weekend, we felt like we were in a resort community. Waking up to a beautiful view of the city (21st floor), the great amenities, and the nice staff and great folks living there made it feel like we were on a vacation! I looked all over Seattle before deciding on the Wave at Stadium Place. Great unit amenities such as hardwood floors, upscale appliances including washer/dryer, AC, floor to ceiling windows with amazing views - mine overlooks Centurylink. The building itself has amazing amenities including 2 rooftop lounges: one that overlooks Centurylink Field and the other overlooks the Sound and the City, 2 roof decks complete with grills, gardens, fire pits, comfortable seating. There is also a well equipped fitness room, yoga room, movie theater, arcade and it's pet friendly. The staff are amazing and helpful. They also hold regular fun events for the tenants. This has been the easiest property management company I have ever worked with by far. Everyone here is super sweet and efficient. This morning I used the resident portal and put in a request for a burnt out light bulb I noticed when I woke up. Within literally 2 hours someone came to replace it, Giovanni English was the maintenance guy and he was great. I've lived at my places where requests like this take days or a week. I moved in here 1 month ago. As everyone said the amenities are great and the staff is friendly. However there is construction going on right next to the building. They are currently pile driving and it is really loud. No way you can sleep in after 8 am. If you are heavy sleeper this is fine. But I am paying $1800 for an apartment I can not even sleep in. read more

The Wave is an outstanding, delightful and friendly apartment complex located in the heart of Seattle, Washington in Pioneer Square. The building is conveniently located and neighbors the CenturyLink Stadium and Safeco Field where the sport teams play football, soccer and baseball. In addition, it is walking distance to wonderful restaurants and bars in downtown Seattle. I am a medical professional and moved out of state for a job position in Seattle and the leasing consultants Megan Norris and Eli DeBerry ensured my move was easy and in a timely manner. Both Megan Norris and Eli DeBerry have been extremely helpful during my move and have exhibited fantastic customer service to make sure the residents living in the building are completely satisfied. The building is magnificent from its glass exterior, bbq grills rooftop deck on the outside to its clean elevators, gym, yoga room, media lounge, wine room and game room for social gatherings on the inside. Also, the apartment complex is pet friendly and offers dog and cat lovers a home. The building has a 24/7 security staff and Mike and Ruben, the security guards, do a great job keeping the place safe for its residents. The Maintenance team also does a remarkable job ensuring the common places such as the lounges and the roof is clean and update for there residents. I personally believe The Wave Apartments ranks in the top 5 places among other apartments to live in Seattle. I have had a great time making The Wave my home and never had any issues with loud music and parties disturbing my sleep hours. I would absolutely recommend it to others coming out of state or moving from different cities to live here. read more
