Maintenance has always addressed our needs on a timely basis. They have professional in every sense of the word.

Living at Harbor Steps has been a great experience. Right in the heart of the city with close proximity to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. The concierge team are always friendly, and greet you with a cheery "Welcome home!" when you enter the door. The leasing office is staffed with a team of professionals who are so helpful. For example, I had to convert my internet service from a private provider to the one offered by HS. Teresa addressed my concerns and reassured me things would go smoothly. She was right. A completely seamless transition. Maintenance repairs ate communicated with sufficient notice and work orders are addressed promptly. On one occasion, the team member left me a note that he noticed another deficiency in my bathroom while making a repair and fixed that issue as well. Great proactive thinking! Community events are plentiful and a wide variety -they offer something for everyone. Live music on the steps during the summer, holiday parties (which are catered generously), and sports and karaoke events. Living in the city can be loud, dirty, and a western exposure can be brutal in the summer. The apartment itself is quiet with the windows closed, and if you keep the blinds closed during the day amd use a fan, the heat is manageable. Common areas are always clean - I've never encountered a mess when using the gas grills. Special mention to Jeska, Frankie, Joseph, Jessie, as well as the maintenance and security teams. Your efforts make Harbor Steps a home. read more

Harbor Steps/Equity property management probably is the worst community - do yourself a favor and pick another community to sign a lease with. If you want your packages to be stolen fairly regularly (prop mgt does not care), issues with the elevators happen more than they should (and there are only 2 elevators in some buildings so it means you are using the steps if you're in a hurry), for people with disabilities related to mobility who need reliably working elevators this is not safe, parking is expensive, also not safe (open to the public 24/7), parking can be difficult to find unless you want to walk a long distance, sizable annual rent hikes, DoorDash drivers ALWAYS have difficulty finding the building, and the people that work here (apart from the maintenance crew) in the management office are only nice until you move in and then they are impossible to get in touch with and when you do they don't care to be helpful. There is a "community" website where you can post questions and interact with neighbors but the website is pure shit - as you scroll on your phone the page has difficulty refreshing and will send you back to the top of the page (frustrating). If your neighbors leave their junk in the trash room, guess what!? YOU pay for it. Everyone on your floor gets to split the cost of their garbage disposal for that month. The site where you pay rent tries to get you to sign up for a credit card which is annoying at best. Note: Property management will enter your home without providing the WA state legal requirement of 48 hour notice. Putting a notice on your door after hours when you're sleeping does not constitute a full day. And when you call them out on it, they will lie and say 24 hours is all the notice they are legally required to provide. This is not a good place to live. Any downtown community is much better than this one. read more

I've had a leak in my harbor steps apartment since December 22 2024. Notice that not all of the leak catches and it just leaks everywhere in my bathroom. If you'd prefer this not be your situation then move somewhere else because that's what management will tell you to do when you alert them about the fact that you have a leak that's not getting fixed. read more

Here's the thing about Harbor Steps, it's not a bad place by any means. The problem is that it could be so much better and for some reason refuses to be. For example, they used to have an indoor pool and it got shut down during the pandemic and conveniently never reopened because " it was too expensive to maintain." And as someone from Concierge not so diplomatically said, "amenities are never guaranteed." They are not wrong, but when the rent keeps increasing and the amenities keep decreasing, that's when there's a problem. They don't really have resident mixers, there is no free coffee/tea, no free energy drinks in the workout facilities, no outdoor rooftop lounge. Now on to what they do offer (as of today.) They have a very small barbecue space on the lower floor and they do have a basketball court, two gyms and a sauna as well as meeting spaces. The dog park seems to be pretty well maintained, and you have a lot of different restaurants and bars in the complex. The indoor rooftop lounge they do have is decent but very minimal and bare bones. No pool table, or recreational things, etc. With a complex this size at the price point, they really need to up their game as many other down apartment communities have opened in the last four years. I've offered the general manager several times to help work on resident mixers and things to get people together. Unfortunately, none of my recommendations were heard. read more

Super easy to apply, and very straightforward staff and helpful as well. Was a great experience.

They overcharge like crazy during the move out process. The move out inspector told me I didn't need to paint when he meant that they would charge me for repainting the entire place either way. Incredibly upsetting. Unfortunate because overall my experience here was decent, but they had to leave a horrible taste in my mouth at the end. This building is fine but there's no AC so it would get to be over 85 degrees in my unit with all the windows open and blinds closed and there was nothing they could do to help. They did nothing to help when a smoker moved in near my unit and I got smoked out every evening. They also raised the rent the maximum legal amount they could when my lease was up. I didn't renew. read more

We VRBOed a unit at Harbor Steps. Couldn't get any internet connection. Three TVs with streaming only service so they were useless. The manager was very nice but claimed she was 20 miles away and wasn't available to help. The apartment was great. The location was the best we've experienced in Seattle. I will definitely stay there again but not until I am sure we can get a wifi connection. Check it out before you book it. read more

The rent spike was much higher this year than previous years, over 8%. And then this week we had no hot water for almost 2 days.

I moved from California and have lived here a little close to a month. Both Kimber and Demetrius helped tremendously in making the move painless. Thank you both for welcoming both my mother and I when we arrived. I moved into a studio that is a little over 520 square feet. I will attach photos to this review to give you an idea of the space. I was sold on the picture windows that this home provides. I'm still settling so please excuse the Mickey Mouse set up. The home provides the appliances in the kitchen, the full size tub and a stacked washer and dryer in the bathroom. My home is on the 13th floor and I still get hardwood flooring which is nice. 24/7 Concierge made it easy to arrive anytime I wanted and ask for assistance with directions, guidance and obtaining keys. The location of this community is great. Having walking access to groceries, coffee and Target is extremely convenient. I definitely recommend giving this home a look. This review is mid-pandemic so I haven't had a chance to enjoy the majority of the amenities but if I feel this way now, I will only enjoy this place that much more. I have an Ig page : @seattlechronicles if you would like to see pictures of the city. read more

Now that i've lived at Harbor Steps for over a year, my review has definitely changed from 4 stars down to 2. I would not recommend Harbor Steps to anyone at this point based on how awful living here has been for me. Back in November of 2020, I let them know that the smoke from Vons restaurant's wood fire smoker was not only causing me to not be able to use my patio, but also causing the air quality in my apartment to be hazardous. After a few months, they retrofitted the kitchen vents to try and help. They did also give me a few air purifies as well. Unfortunately, the VP of Construction didn't seem to fix the problem given that the kitchen vents were not the problem. In June of 2021 ahead of my renewal (which was an increase of over $300/mo) I once again brought up how awful the smoke was given how hot the apartment is without a/c and not being able to open my windows due to the smoke from Vons. At one point my apartment was 88. They did bring me a portable a/c to help (and I will say that it was a very nice thing for them to do.) Before renewing my lease, I even put in writing that i'll renew given that I was told Harbor Steps filed a permit with the city of Seattle to retrofit the smoker from Vons. I followed up four times since then and was always told "it's in the works." Here we are now in March of 2022 and still dealing with hazardous smoke in the apartment and unable to utilize my patio. Once again, I was told this month that any time now the work would begin. With all of that, you would think my renewal would be minimal if any. It was yet another $300/mo increase. To review, my rent is now being increased by over $600/mo since moving in back in 2020 and the hazardous living conditions still exist. Does this sound like a property that cares about its residents? It is my opinion that Equity properties is more concerned about its shareholders than their residents given my experience. It's such a shame that they have a great location, but run such a horrible complex read more

I lived here for about 1.5 years during the pandemic and in two different units - obviously things have changed in the downtown neighborhood and not for the better. I will caveat that your experience living here VERY much depends on which building you lived in. Best piece of advice- AVOID living in the SE tower (the building where the concierge/ leasing team actually sits). That's the largest building/ where most of the amenities are. That building has the largest amount of package thefts and elevator issues. There are times I've seen like 10 people waiting in line for the SE building elevator bc all the elevators are down except for one. And the SE building elevators seemed to be having issues almost every other week. The other building elevators didn't have as many issues. The other towers are OK. The Northern towers are newer and share a package room. The SW tower is a bit old but the good part is they have an Amazon hub since there is no package room and FedEx/ UPS actually drops your packages in front of your door in that building. Which is honestly safer and much better than leaving it in the package room. Pros: Super nice staff- concierge, leasing office, maintenance all great. Any issues we had with maintenance always got addressed timely. We rarely had any repairs. Price/ sqft - definitely one of the best in downtown Seattle. We never had any issues with our apartment or noise. Amenities- I never stepped foot in the gym bc of the pandemic - when the gym reopened I was pregnant so...couldn't really use it. The lounge was really nice and a great place to take visitors. Cons: Issues with building security- obviously the buildings in a not so great part of the neighborhood. So yes- there will be druggies on the streets outside who will sometimes sneak into the building lobbies bc idiotic residents hold the door for strangers. I'm not sure why they can't staff more security in all the buildings vs just having a front desk in 1 out of 4 buildings. Oh and recommend NOT owning a car if you live here. The parking garage always has a bunch of thefts. Shady residents- What's worse is there are residents of the buildings themselves who are shady- stealing packages and/ or getting into fights with building security. Or people who throw up or have dogs poop in the common areas and don't clean up. I honestly feel bad for the staff dealing with these residents- idk what kind of vetting/ background checks the leasing team does. Package thefts- it's a huge issue in these building. Honestly I would just never order anything expensive bc anything can be stolen. Or refresh ur tracking numbers constantly and run yo the package room once they're delivered- that's what I honestly did whenever I ordered a big ticket item. I know for a fact there was one resident who would borrow the building cart used for moving things and go into the package room and steal items- even heavy things like large electronics. That resident eventually was locked out of the mailing room but still- you had idiots who would hold the packaging room door open for strangers or not close the packaging room door properly. My husband caught a druggie breaking into the packaging room once and stealing items and had to call the police to kick the guy out. The worst part is the security cameras in the packaging room are impossible to look at- the building managers NEVER let anyone look at security footage. It's a joke. So if you ever have a package missing- good luck bc you'll never find out who did it. I still to this day have no idea which sick individual stole my breastfeeding pads All in all, I didn't mind living here during the pandemic bc the prices were reasonable and there were great pandemic deals. That said, I've seen prices have increased pretty rapidly and with the deteriorating conditions in downtown Seattle, I wouldn't recommend this building at all. read more

Pros: -Lots of square footage for the money -Location near the waterfront -Great views from many units -Balcony space -Great maintenance team Cons: -Lack of security and concierge services (only 1 of the 4 towers has a concierge that monitors building entry - for the other 3 towers it's SO EASY for anyone to get in). We've had countless packages stollen, had homeless people camped out and charging their phones in our hallway numerous times, had our car broken into 3 times, etc. -Lack of adequate elevators. Only 2 elevators in a 25 floor building and one is often out of service for people moving in and out. Be prepared to wait for an elevator -Super cheap and outdated finishes and appliances (even in penthouse units). Our cabinets, drawers, and appliances are falling apart and we have those awful outdated vertical blinds they use in office parks. -Many units are rented out to tourists (AirBnB type nightly vacation rentals), so the elevators and amenity spaces are packed full of large groups of tourists with all their luggage, especially during the summer. And because there is no concierge is 3/4 towers, you will be constantly asked a barrage of questions from them (directions, etc). It's highly annoying and really shouldn't be allowed. They also make noise and often don't follow community rules (smoking, etc). -Amenity spaces are rented out to the public for profit. You are paying for the amenity spaces through your rent, but Harbor Steps is also renting them out to the public for an additional profit. This means that a bunch of non-residents are allowed in the buildings (creating additional noise and security issues) AND you won't be able to use the amenity spaces when they are being rented out to non-residents. Again, HOW IS THIS OKAY? We've lived here for several years and the quality of the experience has continued to go down. Equity puts profit ahead of resident satisfaction (they all do, but Equity seems particularly bad). read more

If I had to describe this place in one word it would be incompetency. Maintenance is laughably atrocious and clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I can't tell you how many times I've requested maintenance to fix something and they've either failed, abandoned it, or made things worse. Case in point: I don't have an in-unit W/D. There is a laundry room for the entire floor that has two washers and two dryers. I had been complaining about one of the washers being broken for several months. When maintenance finally got around to fixing it they replaced the WRONG ONE. That's right, they didn't fix anything, they wasted a bunch of money on a brand new washer just to get rid of a perfectly-working one. Now the whole floor has to share a single washer and I have to hope that it is available when I need to do laundry. Additionally, the staff at the front desk is clueless and often has answered my questions incorrectly. To call these people concierges would be generous. For example, I had a simple elevator question that I had to ask five different times, each time I was lied to, being told something would get fixed or that they would call maintenance email me with more information. Eventually I had to manually contact the head of maintenance, who told me that the elevator "problem" I was asking about wasn't a problem at all and was intentional design! Finally, I will briefly mention that not having an in-unit W/D is so much more inconvenient than it needs to be. To get access to the W/D, I have to give my ID (driver's license) to the front desk for a key to the laundry room - I don't get my ID back until I give back the key. Oftentimes there is no one at the desk and I have to come back another time. Doing laundry is a hassle. The place itself is average but dealing with the staff is just outright painful. If you come here beware, and make sure you get an in-unit W/D. EDIT: I know you guys tried to remedy the situation with the laundry keys after I left this review. The last time I went to get a laundry key, a new concierge asked me if I had lost my original one, to which I replied that I was never given one. Apparently I should have been when I moved in. I know I'm not the only one with this issue, as I consistently saw people having to get laundry keys. read more

Fraudulent listing, they list apartment on websites (like Zillow) that do not exist, their marketing craft fake listings just with the sole purpose of luring in potential customers, and to (try) to increase leads. Prices are WRONG, photos are WRONG (they put pictures for a studio from a penthouse). Is this a common practice in the real estate business? We wasted few hours to go there just to find out that this listing was bogus. Bad place, do not play with people's trust. Stay away from this place like the plague. If they can trick people to come to the retail office, scamming them, imagine what are they could do to your lease. read more

We moved out in 2019, but this is probably my favorite apartment that we've lived in. The location is AMAZING (close to all the DT Seattle fun and the Link station) and the office was super nice while we were there. Maintenance issues were handled promptly. TL;DR - DO NOT RENT HERE. I'm going to give some pros and cons to staying at Harbor Steps but ultimately I would strongly advise against renting in this building due to severe lack of care for residents safety. Pros: 1. Maintenance team is prompt and addresses issues with sustainable fixes. 2. Cost for good views is relatively cheaper than surrounding buildings (though HS is much older) Cons: 1. Elevators break consistently trapping residents and management does not fix with any urgency. Our elevator in the NE tower has been broken for the last 2 weeks and sporadically for the last couple of years. Each time we get random excuses and are forced to walk up / down 20+ flights of stairs to go to our apartments or wait almost 15 mins for a second elevator to come (if it ever does). HS management does not care to address this in a sustainable way. 2. Package theft is rampant - HS is made up of 4 buildings and two lobbies. They refuse to put a security guard / concierge in the North Towers which allows anyone to stroll in and steal packages which happens almost every day. 3. The garage is VERY unsafe. I've seen many people camped out in the underground elevator lobbies, there are people sleeping near my car when I go to get in, and break-ins are reported all the time. It just keeps getting worse. If you value your safety and peace of mind skip Harbor Steps - also please keep in mind when reading the highly ranked reviews, these are mostly quite old or from new people who just signed a lease and are commenting on the leasing process - any tenant here 1-2 years will be complaining. read more

TLDR; The apartment, leasing staff, concierge, and location are great, but the management of the property, construction, etc take a big toll on life. It's managed by a big company so you're just a number. I moved in last year in September and just moved out a few weeks ago. I was lucky to get a very decently priced one bedroom apartment before the viaduct came down that wound up with a water view afterwards. There was plenty of space in the apartment, the appliances were great, and layout/space was easy to work with. I was always happy to bring guests over and definitely had the feeling of living in a luxury apartment. Most of the staff at HS are great. I've gotten to know all of the concierge staff and they have always been super-friendly and helpful. Some of them have even gone out of their way to help me at times. The leasing staff is great and my agent (Robin) was always extremely honest, helpful, and friendly. The amenities in the building are great and there are plenty of spaces to have fun or get away. I spent a lot of time with friends in the spa area, playing games in the community spaces, and by myself in the work rooms. The Vertex lounge is also a really good space to hang out in. --- Now for all of the negatives.... --- The biggest issue I had in this building was the construction and how it was managed by the building and the construction team. From the time I moved into the building, I would be woken up around 8/9am pretty frequently due to loud drilling and hammering. At first, I thought it was neighbors, but after awhile, I realized it was due to various projects going on in the building. As summer started, this became a lot worse and was loud enough that it would wake me up whenever it started. Personally, I took issue with this because I have a job which sometimes keeps me up late at night working on projects or working with teams in India. Any time I needed to get a little extra sleep during the week, I wound up exhausted because I couldn't. This wound up causing me a lot of distress and I even missed work as a result. Since a lot of the residents are engineers, I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this kind of issue. When asking about why they choose the times, the building always turns to "the construction team sets their hours", but I think that's a ridiculous excuse. If I were managing this property, I'd push the starting hours back to a more reasonable time or manage the project differently so the interruptions weren't so constant. This issue became even worse when the complex decided to change over one of the water pumps. For whatever reason, they decided it would be a good idea to drill and hammer from midnight to six in the morning on a worknight. The noise was so loud that I didn't get an ounce of sleep and wound up taking the next two days off. At this point, friends of mine in the building are also being asked to evacuate their apartments while their floors are getting work done. They aren't getting any reparations as a result. Communication from the building about all of this also hasn't been good at all. Back in September, construction was set to be completed by the end of the mont. At the start of October it was all TBD. Midway through Oct, it was set to mid-Nov. Early-Nov it became TBD again. At the beginning of Dec it was set to late-Jan. In Jan it was pushed back to Feb. I (think) that set of construction settled down finally towards the end of Feb, but around the same time, the viaduct was coming down. Right after that came notification of the next project starting in April. That final project was the breaking point. At one point, the management team sent a notification stating "We do expect there to be intermittent drilling noise throughout the day for under 20 minutes at a time, a couple of days this week between 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM" and then followed up with nearly constant drilling THE FOLLOWING DAY from 8:38 - 10:45 and again multiple times that day and the following days. After feeling like I was being lied to constantly and complaining/sending emails to both the concierge and main building email, I finally reached out to the director of the building. I pled with her to at least help me get out of my lease or give me some other form of reimbursement as a result of everything that had happened. I was basically told that nothing could be done. Even after losing many days at work, lots of lost sleep, and plenty of disruptions for a year, the management team wasn't willing to do ANYTHING for me. After all of this, I decided to leave and never come back... **** Update **** I sent a message out to the rep who commented on this review asking for them to reach out to me and never received a response read more

Let me start off by saying that I am not a Seattle native. My fist visit to Seattle I ate at Noi Thai in Harbor Steps and looked around and thought, how amazing would it be to live there. After living in Seattle a year, we started looking at other places to live and Harbor Steps did not disappoint. Quincy was out leasing consultant and he was sooooo nice. He showed us 5 apartments and even helped with the decision making process of how to narrow them down based off our lifestyle. The off leash pet area is very big compared to some others (and on the ground floor not 30th and god forbid your dog is a jumper). The gym is always clean and available 24hrs. The amenities are wonderful and--I know others will disagree--so is the neighborhood. Downtown Seattle is like any other downtown as far as hardships you'll encounter while walking around. Stay vigilant and you'll be okay. read more

Larry is awesome to work with, equal parts knowledgeable and helpful. We're new tenants and the process has been a cakewalk thanks to the leasing team. It sounds like there was a string of garage break-ins due to the transient community gaining unlawful entry into the garage but security has tightened as a result and I'm hopeful this will sharply decrease the thefts. I love living here. If you like the hum of a city, this is the place to be. I can walk to everything - Walgreens, Target, IGA, shopping district, doctor, chiropractor, THE MARKET! The waterfront, amazing walks on the bay, Olympic and Centennial Parks. Walk to both stadiums. Great food and bars. The building is secure, very clean. The maintenance crew is SO NICE (I've had them fix a cupboard door and clogged bathroom sink). I do miss the socialness of the residents, but that's our new reality in the COVID world. I don't live here but I am afraid to sign a lease based on the condition of the building. The building isn't even that old (1998?) but during my apartment tours, the hallways smelled way musty and the windows were super dusty. Coming from the East coast, I've seen my fair share of old apartment buildings (some way older), and I would never expect a 21st century building to be so "rundown" looking. There are old buildings from the 40s in Philadelphia that look better than this. The shared public parking garage area that lead up to the building elevator also seemed kinda grungy. The walls were all dirty and the elevator door was dinged up and the buttons probably have hepatitis on it. The call box at one of the entrances was also broken (frozen). The whole building just did not seemed maintained very well. Kyle from the leasing office was incredibly helpful and accommodating and showed me a lot of unique floor plans. Unfortunately, the grungy decrepit feeling I got from the building plus the negative reviews about construction noise just prevented me from signing a lease. read more

Horribpay le management has driven this place into the ground. SW tower has had only one working elevator for over a month now.And all the short term people make it worse. Our amenities are messed up by the short term people. They don't care. They are in and out. I loved this place when I first moved here over 5 years ago but lack of management has totally ruined it. I;m out at the end of my lease. Concierge is inept and rude. Treat residents like crap. So many inept people here now. 1. Leasing group is super terrible: always delay my request which caused me missing one unit. One of the leasing stuff always takes a few days to reply my email. 2. Have big concern about the garage security: my car was broken in in garage and I saw same thing happened to another car in their garage too. They do not have security camera in garage. 3. They only have two elevator in each building and one elevator did not work for at least 3 times a year and took a couple weeks to be fixed. 4. They are converting the hospitality room to rental unit. Residents will have less benefit. 5. With all those downgrade and inconvenience, the leasing stuff increases rental price at least 7% each year while the overall market has been going down. read more

Lived here for 7 months with marijuana smoke nearly everyday coming inside my apartment. Started in the winter where people smoke marijuana inside their apartments and the smoke comes into your apartment. In the warm months where you have to leave your patio door and windows open since there is NO air conditioning. People smoke marijuana and cigarettes on their balcony and it of course fills your apartment. Mgmt does nothing about it because they say they aren't sure which units are doing it. It lowers your quality of life tremendously. There is no insulation in the walls so you hear all the noise from neighbors as well. Windows are ancient and cold air blows in all winter. Hallways are not kept warm in the winter and cold air also blows through the unsealed doors to the hallway. Poor management, poor sales people. Price is relative to the old property and above info. That's reality here.... read more

Be sure you are physically fit - you WILL be taking the stairs sooner or later. The elevator situation, especially in the Northeast Tower, is pathetic. More often than not during the daytime, one of the TWO elevators is reserved for movers. This would be bad in any case, but note that much of the complex is NOT normal tenants, but short-term transients. Some hotel-ish, as in Stay Alfred (think corporatized Airbnb). Many others are new Seattlites, often foreign, and they move in and out almost daily. The 'neighbors' on my floor have turned over numerous times this year. Often, one elevator is out of service, and it takes many days, sometimes WEEKS for them to get it fixed. They must have the cheapest, sh1ttiest maintenance contract available. Recently BOTH elevators were out of service for a few hours. Upper crust. Add 10 minutes to your commuting schedule if you live here, seriously, just because of their cheap-a$$ing the elevator situation. A building with 25 floors (plus five parking levels) needs four elevators, not two. They will show their amenities, notably the sun-deck above Von's Restaurant. You can barely converse/breathe there because of the LARGE, NOISY, STINKY, GREASE-VAPOR-EMITTING restaurant kitchen exhaust. They recently replaced the long-ineffective gas-grills on the patio with offbrand garbage Chinese ones which barely get hot at all. Forget about properly cooking a steak on them. The deck is mostly used by pimply Amazon newcomers. The front-door entry system (for visitors to call you) was also out of service for WEEKS as well. I hope you like animals, there are a LOT of them, the elevators & halls are full of hair. No A/C, which is generally OK in Seattle, but the ambient noise is MASSIVE. I used to think this was viaduct traffic, but even in the middle of the night there is loud mechanical noise outside, making having the windows open a mixed deal. The little balcony is REALLY noisy. The place is famous for MASSIVE rent increase demands - note that these can be negotiated down. The building complex is showing its age, and the cheap-a$$ attitude of the management does not help one bit. read more

Harbor Steps Apartments - They may not pay for good elevator maintenance, but when the going gets tough, they make the elevator corridor a waiting room. Enjoy! - Apartments Near Me - Seattle, Washington

I have been living here for 5 months now. Staffs are nice, service is amazing, transportation is awesome, very clean and well maintained. However, atmosphere is very bad. It is horrible. There is a construction going on right in front of SE tower, and it is very noisy 24/7. They don't care about early morning or late night. I cannot fall asleep well since the weather got better, because the construction starts very early till late night. All kinds of big trucks are came and gone with lots of dust and serious noise. I really want to move out. Really..... As I said, staff, service, and building are amazing, only problem is CONSTRUCTION NOISE. read more

Dropping my newest review of Harbor Steps to one star. Kimberly Allen, the leasing manager, reached out to me to see if there was anything that she could do to convince me to stay. So nice, right? Nope. She waited to reach out for 4 days after I submitted our notice to vacate and after I paid a deposit on a new apartment. I replied to her email immediately and am still waiting to hear back ... and I'm already in my new apartment. read more

Did a self tour of the apartment. The apartment looks great, really loved the view and floor to ceiling windows. Our leasing consultant Lennie was amazing. She helped answer any questions we had and stayed in contact throughout the whole application and move-in process. Great experience so far. Hope to have a wonderful experience living here. read more
