This is one of my favorite car washes - ever. In fact, if the darned thing wasn't so far out of the…read moreway all of the time, I'd definitely use it on a regular basis. I'm regularly near the Hy-Vee in the area, but it's another 10 minutes to drive to this location and back, so I really tend to only use this car wash if I'm driving by it. However, the car wash is pretty amazing. It's very clean and VERY modern. There's absolutely nothing about it that seems trashy or low-quality - which is pretty standard with a lot of car washes. Important for me, the car wash takes credit cards, and the pay station has always been accurate with absolutely no issues. It even has a video touch screen that includes vocal instructions about what to do. Don't worry - you can skip the instructions if you don't need them. Sometimes a lane might be closed off. It doesn't happen too often. The wash is a bit expensive - especially compared to other places. However, it's not insanely expensive, and for being one of the few modern, high-quality washes in town, I usually consider it worth it. It also doesn't have one of those "hold your tire!" spots that some washes do, and I hate those things. Just stay within the very vibrant yellow lines when driving in, and you'll be fine. It's always left my car very clean. Sometimes the drying doesn't dry like I'd like, but the cleaning itself has always been spotless and clean. It's always gotten all of the spots off of my car without any issue. The dryer has a count-down that's very visible for over a minute, so you can take your time going through the dryer if you want to try and get completely dry. There's regularly a line here unless you come through on non-busy hours. So be prepared for a bit of a wait. As long as the people themselves pay and go through promptly, though, it doesn't take that long to wait. Final thoughts: Good car wash and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very modern and clean, and it's enjoyable to interact with. A bit expensive, so you'll have to determine if it's worth it for you.

I was immediately impressed with the video display on the payment kiosk as you drive up. Most car washes just have a crude display that you hit what wash you get this one had a video of a person talking to me. It helped to get me over the sticker shock of the prices. $13 for a car wash. Holy smokes. I picked the $10 option in the soft touch bay and was really happy. The wash bay was clean and my car was clean when done. It got all the soap thoroughly washed off which can be a problem at the other places I've went. I will be back.

There was dirt on the doors from the winter weather, seats weren't wiped down at all, center console wasn't touched. $33 doesn't get you what it used to. Not worth the money. I was gifted a coupon book of washes recently. This was my first visit here…read more I was a bit confused where to go first. You pull all the way around back and park in front of the garage door. Someone will help you and print you a ticket of the wash you want. Then you walk into the garage and go down the hallway to the office area to pay. While you pay several employees are already at work washing your vehicle. The cashier at the office was very friendly and personable. She was a delight. For as beautiful of a day as it was I'm surprised they weren't busier. I got in and out in 10 minutes. My coupons were for their highest tier wash. They do a wipe down if the interior of the car and wash the inside windows but they do not vacuum. This is not a service they provide. My car came out clean and I was satisfied. I was aware I wasn't getting a vacuum service because my coupons listed all the services it was for. The service had a value of $25. I had not issues and would recommend. I will gladly use up the rest of my coupon book. Although I don't know if I'll pay $25 in the future for the service. But I'm not a picky person for my car cleanliness.
