I have gone to him eight times in the past two years at first he was OK never remembers you but every time it gets worse and worse and every single time he yells at you on the phone this time was it. I took my car to Tuffy's after Ericksons did $400 of work on my car and my service engine light was still on and then he asked me if I had any problems with my brakes I've never had an issue with my brakes until I left his shop the next day I went to Tuffy's in they said that he drained my brake fluid was completely empty I've never had problems just had an oil change all things were tapped off and go in the same place to have an oil change for the last six years but all of a sudden it was empty or you serious so he's trying to cause problems on my car now I need brakes and my calibers are bad because I drove with no brake fluid in my car this is not even half of what this man is done do not waste your time he is legitimately crazy and he forgets everything he could have your car for a week unless you call him he wouldn't even start on it it could be sitting in front of his door he does not remember anything. Tried to open my truck for about 2 minutes and left. They didn't call me but called the insurance company to send out a locksmith, which is super expensive and not covered by insurance. 30 minutes later Insurance called another provider scheduled to arrive in an hour. They were able to open the truck in under 5 minutes. I'm sure McCanns has some great qualities but in a pinch I wouldn't suggest them for opening a locked car.

Cliff checked my vehicle and found I needed an alternator mine had stopped charging my battery and my dash was lite up like Christmas. I was quoted a fair price and the got it done so fast then delivered it to me at the hotel. John told us he would do a compression test and make sure it wasn't something they had done. When he was finished he told me my car was basically junk. $1,000 and they could make it run for a year or so. I said forget it, and parked it and for the most part haven't driven it. My husband went out today put in a new battery and 70 bucks in plugs and wires and it works like a champ. Not only did they lie and try to squeeze money out of us but they also made no attempt to fix what they messed up. On a Sunday, I called that I blew a tire and needed roadside assistance. The lady who answered the…read morephone was extremely nice and did tell me that the truck was about 30 minutes away pulling another vehicle out of the ditch so I would have to wait a little bit. I said I had a four-year-old in the car so I would try to maybe call around still but to plan on getting me and I would call he back IF I found someone else. Gave her my name and number and she told me she would call me when they were on their way. About an hour later, my car AC wasn't keeping up because it was a real feel of 102 out. Like I mentioned I had a four-year-old in the car so I was starting to get concerned about heat. A little over an hour after my original call I called back and no answer. I left a voicemail asking about an ETA so I can figure out a Plan B with my child. I ended up finding a friend to pick me up, and I left my car on the side of the road. Two hours after my original call, I was home, but I was still trying to get a hold of them to tow my car. I called and left another voicemail stating I was home, but I would still need my car to be towed so they could call me back. Called them again 1 hour later. No answer and still no call back. They have my number from the original call as well as I've left it in two voicemails now. I called again another hour later. No answer. Finally after five hours and 6 unanswered calls I called and left a voicemail that I no longer needed their service. Yes I knew they were on another call but it was 30 minutes away. I waited plenty long enough and still after I got home I was going to use them to tow my car. I am now writing this 24 hours later and I have never heard from anyone not even an apology from the company. It was a Sunday so less people working I get, I called other places and they were just as long as waits so I get it. But not ONE call back or update. Even now not an explanation of what happened. I went with Sheetz Towing and they had my car towed within a hour. Also noting this started at 2:30pm, they are 24/7 and this was not a middle of the night situation.
