They didn't send me pictures of 90% of the damage on the truck and when I got in, you could obviously tell there was something wrong with it. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and check out a few other vehicles and no joke Every single truck had something wrong with it. I would not recommend buying from this place.

Grease leak in the back left wheel, which resulted in both back tires having to be fixed for over $420 5. The speedometer is off 6. The tires are multiple sizes too small that are on the truck Naturally many of these issue are easily correctable but man do they add up quickly and some are not so easily correctable. So when I Called back after a week of owning the truck and explained the situation to the guy who sold me the truck, his exact response was "I don't know what you want me to do about that". It is sad to think that they truly do business that way, selling a truck to someone that is HARDLY in full working condition and then don't even attempt to rectify the situation. I recommend to stay away from their dealership whenever buying a vehicle because they are clearly shady and their customer satisfaction is low on their list of concerns.

The sale person indicated that it was not. I inquired as to making a deposit on it and they indicated that they would be glad to do that, but I needed to be aware that they were marking the truck up $10,000 over MSRP. I indicated that Ford Motor Company has warned dealers that this practice would not be acceptable. I indicted that I am a reserve holder and that I would be contacting Ford Lighting customer service. He responded to do what I had to do. I have filed a complaint with Ford Motor in this regard. It seems clear in my opinion that this dealer continued to not have the customers and or our needs in mind. It sad because I trade and buy vehicles pretty often and due to their poor treatment of me, they have missed several sales. In today's market with people shopping online and many Ford Deals with customer centered philosophy's a dealership might realize that eventually your customer base will dry up. I would highly recommend Rydell Ford in Independence which is no more that 15-20 miles away. They are a positive company that seems to be focus on customers. Thye have a new Lightening, but it has been committed to a customer so is unavailable, but they DID NOT mark up the price.

I mentioned I was calling customer service then she said we have cameras so go ahead. To this moment I closed my mouth. End of story I'll come back but never will I step up to her register.
